I have been a regular customer of this location and previously, every single time i left with a good experience. Today 9/2, i must say I couldn’t have any worst experience. Two young girls were present in the shop, literally yawning. I asked couple of questions in regards to what product should i buy and what i am looking for, she hardly answered me and the behavior was “just get outta here”. Not a good experience. I don’t like leaving negative comments for any of the small businesses but i was left with no other choice. I called the other location before leaving my review here, to see if i am able to show my concern over a phone call with the responsible person or the owner, but couldn’t get in touch.

Give them the chance to make it right if you have any issues, management was actually very helpful.

Came in for the first time to buy incense and couldnt have left with a better experience. Lauren and Taylor were quick to help me find what I needed as well as make sure I got the best deal possible. Stellar friendly staff, good pricing and the interesting selection of products will have me returning for a second visit.

I loved this place especially the insence they sell... I went and spent 30 bucks on something got home realizing the item was damaged. I called see if u could exchange the cashier was rude and told me they are not exchanging or refunding anything. I will no longer shop here again.

Wouldnt go here, managers dont respect the time, gas, or health of their employees.

I bought two pairs of plugs this past Wednesday night and when I got home, a pair of my plugs magically disappeared from the bag. The receipt shows I paid for the two. And I know for a fact that it couldnt have fallen from my pocket since they were sealed in the Ziploc bag. I get home to find only one of the bags missing the plugs ..I feel scammed by this experience as it was my first time there...I dont think I would do business with them again... Thank you for your consideration.

Close way too early & selection could be better but its location is tough to beat and staff are usually very helpful.

As far as head shops go. It is large and covers quit a bit of merchandise. The staff is generally helpful although when I had purchased a lighter for $10 and brought it back in an hour when it failed, I was told I might not be able to have the lighter replaced, really? She had to call the owner to get permission to exchange it, which they did. The one reason I do go there is because they are open on Sunday as most head shops are not.

Kristina was very friendly and awesome. as was Justin, i think his name was. i have absolutely no idea why this place has so many negative reviews. i went into about 7 smoke/vape shops looking for what i needed to compare prices and service. this was the 2nd stop i made, and after my 7th stop, i found myself going back to Bizzare Bazaar. they were the most inviting staff of all the places on mason. alot of the time when you walk into a vape shop, and dont know much about the culture, the staff is very snobby. these guys answered all my questions and were very helpful and knowledgable. even if it meant spending a few extra dollars(which they were actually cheaper for what i needed) i didnt mind because the service made up for it. kristina was easy on the eyes and very nice. and justin was able to help me find exactly what i needed. i will definitely be back.Bossman, please order my DRAG mini coils 🤗🤗

Rude saleswoman. I was sold a defective item and she did not even bother to understand what went wrong. Very expensive products in comparison to other shops. I will never go there again!

Went one time had a good experience with the young lady who worked there went back the next month and they totally lost there minds. Prices are old as allm the products in the store tattoo supply prices are crazy and the owner lost their mind thinking hes giving you a deal. Ill travel across town before they get aa dime from me worst head shop ever.

The guy disnt know much about products. even saying what i wanted wasnt caired. he got very angry with me when i told him i got it there many times before. leaving him i found another work who appologized for his atituded and showed me the stuff. will not be going here anymore
