We recently had Yilaam Kitchen Cabinets renovated our master bathroom and two Secondary bathrooms. We can’t tell you how happy we are. From concept into design, our finished space was so easy with their process. The team of employees was great to work with. They are thorough, detailed, and customer-oriented.We are now using our completed bathrooms and every day we are so excited. These people have no experience with remodeling services. I found them on google search, looking for cabinets only. After visiting the store, they convinced me about giving them my whole remodeling project. Something I waited my whole life. From day one, the whole process was a headache. This company was very inexperienced and unprofessional. I had to deal with late workers, messy workers, dishonest workers, bad outcome, horrible results, some damages, etc. I learned that this company doesn’t have a “team” the owner was hiring subcontractors from the internet that many times she didn’t even know. It was 4 weeks of stress and at the end, they didn’t finish everything they started. I had to find at the last minute, people from the internet to finish my project and be able to move to my new house. I lost money and as days pass by, I found out some damages in my property because of careless workers. I was basically the “contractor” directing people the whole time, when that was not what I signed for. Their cabinets are nice and good quality, I guess. However, regarding remodeling, take your business somewhere else. I’m pretty sure these 5 stars are from family and friend or cabinet business only.
