They have a few interesting things there. I bought a couple of Chinese cats, frog and dragon statue. Those that say are for good fortune and health. Had another piece that caught my eye. It was a big dream catcher style made with small owls. And also a bamboo windshime that sounded very soothing. Not bad over all.

Amazing and absolutely perfect silk wraps are the most beautiful and easy way to dress up or just dress at all and are so able to manipulate to your perfect size or shape of which you desire to wear it. This is a long way from my driveway and I am about 3 miles away from it every 28 days and I still have trouble getting to go there and celebrate dressing myself for any occasion. Bless them for the practicality of the whole concept.

If your into crystals or earthy things, this place is for you, it has crystals, crystal trees, tapestries, jewelry, sweaters and shirts, pricey but worth it.

Insisted on mask in spite of CDC guidelines. Handed the item I was about to purchase to the politely superior salesperson and left the store. My money spends fine at more welcoming stores.

I love the store but honestly the staff is just bad vibes an I feel like that is very detrimental to this store because of their merchandise. I’ve gone here multiple times an I’m always getting stared at or feel like I’m being watched by the staff an it makes me feel uncomfortable because I’m simply just trying to figure out what crystal I want. I almost stopped shopping at earthbound until I went to another location in Louisiana and realized it wasn’t the store that was making me uncomfortable it was the katy staff that was. I really suggest you guys hire people that fit the vibe of the store because the employees you have now will run the customers away ( I’m African American btw)

I love this place!

I bought this amazing book from here that I had been looking for forever 😂. The staff is friendly and helpful. The vibes and environment is very welcoming. Not as other Earthbound stores were they are telling you anything about stones and inscence just to make a sell. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this store.

So Saturday I went to Earthbound with my family to get a couple things I needed. As soon as we walked in I showed my husband the tarot deck I saw online and wanted. Immediately an older lady came up to us “trying to help”. We told her we were fine and I asked where the pendulums where. She pointed in that direction and I thanked her walking away hoping she would leave me alone. She didn’t. My daughter is 5 and loves stones and crystals, so we went to look for some. The lady came back hovering and looking. Then we saw some stones in a pack and picked up some we liked. I was holding two packs in my hands that I liked and the lady came back and was like oh you’re looking at stones and basically grabbed them from my hands and said let me hold these in the front for you. She kept eyeing us like a hawk and really wouldn’t leave us alone. I tried to ignore it, but it bothered me being with my daughter who is just trying to have a good experience and a great day being looked at as if we were going to steal something. Her energy was completely negative and evasive. I picked up a couple more things and my daughter went over to the necklaces... she comes up to us yet again and says wow looking at necklaces let me bring those to front for you or would you rather hold it? Then I told her I would rather hold it and she walked off and I heard her say to another employee “she has a pendulum and necklace in her hand and her daughter is carrying a set of stones and a necklace”.... like really????? She continued to hover and I saw from my peripheral her watching us. I watched and she didn’t do that to ANYONE ELSE. JUST US. (My husband and I have many tattoos and my husband has face tattoos, but that doesn’t mean we are bad people, don’t have money because we are definitely well off, and doesn’t mean we would steal anything.) I ended up buying the things I needed and wanted anyway, but honestly I will probably never come back to the Katy mills location because of her. That was completely rude and disgusting behavior for judging us based upon our appearances and we had our child with us! But the young lady at the check out counter was very sweet and awesome.

Love this store,very friendly employees there. Belen is the young lady who helped me, and she was very helpful, and recommended some cool stuff,the only thing is that I bought more than I should of -lol, but love it and love Earthbound.

I was greeted and helped with my search for particular items. Everyone was knowledgeable and polite to my little ones. I went on a day their apparel was buy one get one half off and the sale did not disappoint with me now owning one of the softest shirts I have and knowing my money went to am environmentally friendly cause.

Love this place its so whimsical and friendly. The vibes are great and it has great finds. I will definitely be going back. The staff are great love these ladies. Its a must to visit.

I’ve never written a review before but I had to after my experience here. I’ve been to this store since they’ve opened but it seems they’ve changed manager or gotten more racist. I’ve never felt so disrespected when walking around a store and being followed closely. They asked me to put my larger bag down (totally understandable in theory) but the tone sounds accusatory. When I finished browsing and picked out some stones, the cashier asked me to see ID when I used my card. It was a ten dollar purchase and she didn’t ask the person before me for ID. If it wasn’t for the other person not being asked, it would be a different story. Maybe they treated me nicer when I was with my white ex during prior purchases. I will never buy from here again.

The staff was soooooo very friendly and helpful. They made the shopping experience so nice I bought items that I would not have originally purchased due to the price. They were so friendly I wanted to make sure I made a good purchase.

An amazing store if youre spiritual. Has an amazing selection of everything from incense to crystals to jewlery and all these great decorations. Some pretty great wind chimes to. The jewlery is of so many spiritual themes. Its definitely a place that should be visited if youre a free spirit.

My wifes chakras totally chakranate with positive, vague energies whenever shes here. Good stuff.

VERY unpleasant atmosphere..Can understand the need for security, but when all the employees try to be subtle about following you around the store(at every turn),it feels like im being stereotyped as a thief. I didnt want to buy anything after noticing and would rather find it online to avoid the judgey looks. Cool products, but get some cameras and a security guard. Id rather spend my money elsewhere after that experience (*i wasnt dressed shabby.collared shirt,jeans,clean shoes,and shaved)

The product can be kind of cool but be prepared to feel like you are being followed and having the employees hover around you a lot; thats how they are told to be by corporate, because corporate is unaware that that is NOT how to attract a customer. I once stopped shopping and left the store when one employee asked me how I was doing twice in 2 minutes and literally followed me around.

My girlfriend and I used to enjoy shopping at this store (almost every week for the past 2 years) until we were BANNED.The newest manager banned us from the store, falsely accusing us of thievery (stealing).We were searched, disrespected, and humiliated. Nothing was found. Security guards deemed us innocent and we were still BANNED.My girlfriend wanted to bring her cousin in the store for the first time to show her where she buys all of her clothes and other accessories. We were followed and being watched the ENTIRE time we were at the store.They went to try on clothes when the manager opened the door on my half dressed girlfriend accusing her of sneaking a necklace in. Unknowingly, they actually did have the necklace and my girlfriend handed it to me to give an employee. After giving the manager the necklace and apologizing, we were called liars and security was called.The manager was completely silent when we and other bystanders explained our side of the story. The only excuse she could think of is after SHE was proved a liar was they wouldnt let us hold the items after asking them several times. After I explained how I used to be a salesman myself I completely destroyed that theory explaining how thats just a sales tactic that they used. And this is after we came there the previous day and handed them everything that we actually wanted to purchase. My girlfriend was even wearing the clothes she bought the previous day.The manager looked stupid and didnt have the maturity nor humanity to apologize for her flawed judgement. The security guards asked again, are you sure you want to ban them? And she said yes, I dont want these people her anymore!We were disrespected and racially profiled. (Funny because they strictly sale ethnic items) Something that neither of us deserved especially after spending over $3000 there over the past 6 months.
