Visited yesterday hoping their customer service improved and I was wrong. Barely greeted as the employee at the front entrance text on her phones when I entered. No one asked if I needed help. Two other employees engaged in conversation in the front as well totally ignoring the customers in the store. I left disappointed and went to Kate Spade and had an awesome experience as well as purchased a new bag at Kate Spade where the employees are friendly and behave as if they want my business. Michael Kors brand has tons of competition that are better in price and quality. It would behoove the employees to try to keep what little business they have.

My favorite store! Love all my purses and shoes! Great prices and this is now my go to place.

The employees at this place simply don’t care about helping customers. It was just me, another customer, and around 7-8 associates at the time I went in. No one bothered to ask / offer help . They also never picked up their phone so often that the mailbox stays full for months. Terrible service has been going on for a while. Idk if they make their sales that good through bulkbuyers, but as a regular customer, I’ve decided to bring my business elsewhere.

Employees werent helpful at all and just stood around chatting. They rush you as soon as you walk in and let you know about specials but as soon as you have a question later, they dont care to help you. This location needs better customer service.

There are definitely some good deals, but also some misleading deals. Above the wallets it says 60% off, but then they tell you it was the price listed. Disappointing, but found the wallet my GF wanted.

I visited this store on January 2nd, 2021. Face mask is required. Due to limited capacity in store at time, there was good wait, unfortunately there was not any accommodation for limited mobility people as me, no chair or bunk to sit and wait. By the time I get in, I was very tired. The associates weren’t very helpful. The only helpful and welcoming employee was the lady in the shoes section.

This outlet mall definitely has more to offer for men. Some great prices here, for both men and woman. All the usual bags are on sale here but this store also has more foot wear for ladies, as well as casual clothing for men (jackets and t-shirts).Friendly staff and more styles to choose from are on offer here!

All I wanted to do was a simple return, Granted I was few days off literally 4 days over and my request wasn’t accommodated. I work as an assistant store manager at well known retailer and we accommodate all reasonable requests. I don’t live in Katy I live in the loop and to make the drive on my off day to be turned down is just poor customer interaction.

We went very late so a lot of the stores were closing ;but the Michael Kors store was still open and we received very good customer service. I dont remember the workers name but she was very sweet and she carried a smile on her face the whole time we were there. We definitely recommend that you visit.👍

Just going to say the best two sales rep Ive ever met in my entire life. They were in the Katy mills outlet mall. One was named Dani the other was Amori. These two ladys were sweet, funny, and just joyful sales rep. If you decide to go there ask for them! Definitely worth it!

I loved my experience here! They have so much to offer in the store, and the customer service was so nice. They were so helpful when I needed help. They gave me my space to shop and when I needed help someone was right there to help. I can’t wait to come back

We wanted to buy 5 different bags and wallets, Raphaella told us that she will put them on the cashiers desk. We just continued shopping and when we wanted to check out, big surprise, sets are gone. Nobody cared about the missing sets and us. So we did not check out and left the store without buying anything due to the bad customer service.

Went to visit this location to buy a new purse. The store was not that busy and there were plenty of sales associates. I was not greeted or asked for help while in the store. The sales associates were standing around talking to each other. I ended up leaving without making a purchase. The customer service is lacking at this location.

Was there Sunday afternoon they hold a woman watch for me I had to pick it up next day. They had it on clearance. I when the next day and they when yup on the price. Not only that he call the sales person that help me and he was rude to her on the phone it was bad experience not want to deal with the men ever agüen he was rude and had no reason to call her and go crazy on her

Great service. My wife and I were looking for a specific item but they were out of stock. So we bought a different item. 20 minutes later the employee came and found us in the mall to tell us they now have one in stock. Now thats above and beyond normal service. Thamk you Dani.

Waste of time

The customer service is nice, but they follow you around like a puppy and try to sell you EVERYTHING! I bought a wallet and a purse and when I got home I took out my bags to spray them with the leather protector, but the wallet wasn’t the one I wanted. The lady had grabbed the wrong one out of the drawer and didn’t make sure t was the correct one and didn’t let me check and just put it in the bag. I will be coming back to return it and get the right one I wanted! I wish they didn’t rush you so much! I wanted to look at a lot more and possibly get more items, but they just rush you so much! I wish there was a closer outlet store by me so I could go to them!

Im so disappointed with my recent purchase, i bought around $1200 worth of items and they all put my items in 1 big plastic bag. i told them to put at least others to another bag because its too heavy, they told me they dont give extra and they need to fit it in 1 bag. my son helped me to carry it and when we got out in the mall, the bag handle got broken and my stuffs fell on the floor!!! im not sure why dont give at least an extra. ive been a customer for years and this was my first time to experience this!

Customer service sucks! The manager cant even do her job right, please whoever is shopping there double check your receipts because the manager (Jamie) and the red head guy that works there cant do their jobs right and will charge you extra. I recommend the MK store @ other malls! The one at Katy Mills is terrible.

Spoke to Manager(Karen) The customer service is horrible. Purchased an item which was defective they didn’t wanna cover it. She was unresponsive and didn’t wanna provide customer satisfaction. Have purchased so many things from here and the first time we came to get something serviced they didn’t feel like helping us. Gave us the toll free customer service number to talk to them and waste our time. As being a manage of another retail services to the people this experience was horrible for us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

What the store manager Ronnie told you the promotion on the day, and then tomorrow, he doesnt admit that. Do not trust any one tell you the promotion until it shows on the cashier.
