Dr. ONeill and the Katy staff are very attentive and nice. They were helpful and responsive at my appointment and later when my contacts were not working well for me and I was quickly given samples and able to order a different brand. I highly recommend Eye Site and Dr. ONeill to all those looking for a local eye doctor.

If you buy your glasses from them your experience may be great like mine was until I left with a Rx I cannot use to buy glasses with because it doesnt contain a Pupillary Distance Measurement needed to buy glasses. I have an existing pair of glasses I wanted an exact replacement for they didnt sell that brand/model. Upon locating them online, and trying to place an order and finding I needed that I called asked if that was on my Rx or how I would get that I was told the Optician would measure that when I bought glasses it was not part of the exam and was not on my Rx. Wish I had known that before I went in and had my eyes examined there. Disappointed, less than a half mile from my home and otherwise great experience, but this really ruined it for me. Cancelled my husbands appt for tomorrow and promptly located another near by provider that includes this measurement in the exam and on the Rx and made him an appt for tomorrow. Lesson learned

I moved to Tx from Louisiana and needed an optometrist. Dr. Harrison and the staff there were awesome! They were friendly and knowledgeable. His exam was thorough and he explained everything to my level of understanding.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, the exam was quick, and my new eyeglasses were ready the same day. Highly recommend!

Dr. O’Neil is the best. I’ve been going to him for at least five years. He is wonderful. His bedside manners are wonderful and he’s very attentive and caring. His staff at the front though…they need some work. Numerous times I come in and they’re not very friendly. All females. Dry and don’t smile. Some have attitude as well. Other than that, I’ve had pleasant experiences there with him and that’s why I continue to go to him

Great place honestly. I found this place thru my insurance, and I don’t regret it. The staff are great, the doc was super friendly and informative and they’re frame selections were really good. From affordable to pricey, but great quality. Super cool place.

The staff here is so kind and accommodating. We had a family emergency and had to leave town. They were able to squeeze my partner in early in the morning so he could get his contacts before we left. And with me they were very patient and eager to answer all my crazy questions. Highly recommend coming here to visit these guys.

My sign in and exam went very well. The checkout is my issue. I am a recent widow with very limited funds. I purchased VSP insurance so I could afford to get glasses with progressive lens and contacts. Do the women out front get a commission on their sales. I was so confused. I decided to get the year of contacts and was then told you had a discount on frames. I picked out the frames and in the final figures I would have to pay for the progressive lens. I went ahead and ordered but now wondering if it was your office policy I could only get one discount. The glasses or contacts. I know I didn’t ask but again was confused and even told Bella I was so confused. Could someone please answer this and advise if the discount policy is yours are VSP? Thank you

I’ve been coming here for over five years and they are still great! This is the first eye place that finally got my contacts right with my astigmatism! They have a great selection of frames that are timeless! My last pair lasted four years and if I hadn’t scratched them, they would still work! I’ve seen several of the optometrist’s and they are all very knowledgeable. I will continue going here!

Went to get new lens in my own frames. Their office was clean and service was extremely fast. Everyone was friendly and was professional. Ms. Liz was very pleasant, friendly and personable. She was very helpful with my needs.,Their frame selection was great. If I didn’t bring my own frames, I would have purchased at least 2 brand name styles. Location was very close by. Location 99 @ I-10. Overall, I was very happy with their service at this time and recommend. That being said, pick up was a different story...

I am giving 5 stars because I enjoy the pleasantness from the Team, along with Dr. ONeil he is a great doctor I have been coming since they were in Katy Mills Mall so just about a decade. I personally just want to say everyone is great, although my recent experience with the young lady helping me pick out glasses was some what pushy and rushy during the dilation waiting process. I work in sales myself, and I noticed as she is going through the doctors notes and my insurance while telling me to leave a review the lady is going really fast saying I need this, and that for my lenses, but not explaining to me why what I need them for. Not that I needed her to do so, but it made me kind of uneasy, because I work in customer service and Sales, and it completely made me want to stop my order and go else where, because her customer service STOPPED during the process not sure if she works for commission or not, but it made me feel a little uneasy as stated before, again its not a make it or brake thing for me, she was a really nice young lady along with everyone in the building, but the pitch needs some work.

Love going here! Staff is super nice and helpful. Doctors are great too! They take time to listen to you, even the small things 🙂

With the new normal of having our kiddos attend school online and having so much screen time, we recently has our first visit with Eye Site. Our experience from the time we walked in until the time we left was amazing! The facility was a very clean environment and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Both of our boys ended up needing glasses. The doctor was very detailed and explained everything our boys needed and answered all of our questions. Ms. Josie was AMAZING with our boys and made them feel very comfortable and at ease. Josie help our boys pick out frames and explained everything to them in a way so they would understand. I felt very comfortable taking our boys to Eye Site and will definitely be back for my own eye visit soon! Thank you Ms. Josi for being very kind and sweet to our boys we really appreciate all of your help.

Great Place! The staff is helpful. From start to finish. Antonio (I believe thats his name), was thorough. Dr. Harrison was great. He answered all my questions and was very detailed. Liz is amazing! Very patient when going through the frame selection process.

We recently had our first visit with Eye Site and the overall experience was pleasing and refreshing. Both of my kids wanted their first contact lenses, so we checked it out. The entire staff was great, but Tiffany A did a phenomenal job in training my kids to wear and remove their contact lenses. She was very clear with her information, organized in her processes, and an overall pleasing professional. The kids really enjoyed her and we will definitely return to Eye Site for future exams.

Came here for a glaucoma screening. It took a long time to do all of the baseline screenings, but Nina was so fun and patient with me that it made time go by quickly!

Excellent service!! Both of my daughters went for their yearly check-up. My youngest has a learning disabilitly and it is hard for her to read letters. The doctor was super paitent and understanding to her needs!!! Liz Paulk was super sweet to hang out with each one of them while the other was back getting seen. Doctor Harrison was Definitely the bomb per usual gave me all the right information I needed for my eye issues during my exam, advised me how the health of my eye was doing since I suffer from a scar on my eye due to horrible care of my contacts, I upgraded my glasses and upgraded my contacts I am so pleased with my selection today . I love the staff and doctors so much that I even bring out of town visitors for their eyeglass and contact needs. From simple glasses to complex multifocal contact lenses, I completely trust Dr. O’Neill and staff to address my eye concerns. I highly recommend and will definitely return!

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.I’ve never had a worse experience in my life. From the beginning I could see the disorganization everywhere. I scheduled my first appointment online and when I was called to confirm the appointment, the gentleman on the phone wasn’t able to pull up my insurance information. Wanting to make the process easier I offered to email copies of both insurance cards.I was called four additional times... FOUR. Asking for my insurance information, and each time I told them I’d sent it to them and when they searched my profile they were able to find it within one minute.I initially went in for my appointment only for them to then realize it wouldn’t be covered by insurance u til a week later. I wanted a contact lens fitting and so I asked what the price would be and I was told my insurance would cover most of it and I would only need to pay $25 out of pocket but I had to reschedule the exam due to insurance.When I came back for the appointment I was then told I would be charged $85 “teach me how to put them in.” When I interact with people here, all I get is a sense of disorganization and desperation and I would not recommend this place to anybody unless you’re looking for a nightmare. I’d rather pay 100% out of pocket at Memorial Eye Care on Cinco Ranch Blvd.

The staff is good and the optometrists know what they are doing. But they seem to have changed their office procedures. They no longer answer the phones, they may or may not be in the office on Saturdays (regardless of what their posted hours say), and its nigh difficult to get ahold of a living person without stopping into the office. These guys used to be good. I have moved on to another eyecare provider who still believes in solid customer service. I recommend you try a different provider.

This was my first time going to Eyesite and it was great! I was seen very quickly (within 5-10 minutes) and Dr. Harrison was so nice and helpful! Liz, my optician, and Tiffany were very sweet and helpful too. I’m not sure who I spoke to on the phone when initially making my appointment but he did not have a friendly tone when speaking to me but overall, great experience!

I’m really glad that i care here! I haven’t been here since 2018 and they have a lot of new technology which is sooooo much easier. Don’t have to dialate my eyes and now when you’re doing the exam they can change the slides from the computer soooo cool. Definitely reccomend and they are always quick and take care of you!!

The facility was clean and precautions were taken due to COVID. The staff and doctors were great. I was seen right on time and the eye exam was very thorough and they made sure to understand what I needed. The technology and equipment seemed state of the art. Dr. Harrison was great, very friendly and made sure they addressed everything I needed. It was a perfect experience and I would highly recommend.
