This is the best place in town for embroidery and/or screen printing. The owner is kind and generous. The reviews that are negative are because some people come in and want everything done within the same day - digitized, merchandise ordered, and embroidered or screen printed (even Amazon isn’t that fast).This is a wonderful small business to support if you live in Katy, Texas!If you want professional, custom promotional products for your business or are looking for personalized items, this is your one stop shop.Thank you guys for all you do!!

What a wonderful experience at this place. When I walked in freaking out. I needed some shirts made ASAP to remedy a situation I was in. Kim not only went above and beyond to help me with my wardrobe dilemma. She also provided some calming, much needed advice to help me relax about my situation.Wonderful store and extremely helpful personnel that work there.

Have used EmbroidMe for multiple projects and their quality of workmanship and attention to detail have made me return again and again. My company uses them for different promotional materials as well as for shirts and company swag. Their customer service is outstanding. The owner is a nice lady who is almost always there and always wants to take care of each and every customer. Whens she not there, the man who has helped us always does a great job.

Zero customer service. Dont waste your time. The young gal was wonderful but when Kim walked in it all changed. She said the gal was too busy to finish helping me and chased her away. She was flat and rude and just wanted me out of there. I requested a formal quote so I wouldnt have to start over the next time and left. I requested confirmation of my file type before having to drive over because you have to go in to place the order and Id already gone there twice. Never got a reply. They had all my contact information, Id had a quote done while there and literally never attempted to contact me once. They contacted my coworker! Who had nothing to do with it and was very annoyed. At the very least they could have emailed me for my contact info rather than contacting my coworker.We were referred here and I let the referral know this wasnt a good place to refer to.If Id ordered online or someplace else Id have my items already. Very frustrating.Update: I did end up ordering local from a different company up the road with amazing results at a far better value. Dont waste your time here. They dont appreciate customers at all. Go somewhere that knows this is important to you and will get the job done.

I have been using EmbroidMe Katy for 7-years. They are knowledgeable and AMAZING. They are always able to help with the various projects I bring to them. In the last 7-years they have helped with embroidered baby gifts, backpacks, violin bags, laptop bags, work shirts for our plumbing company, writing pens to pass out to customers, shirts for our Disney vacation, shirts for an upcoming concert, a safety vest for my Rodeo committee, blankets, etc. The list really goes on and on! Kim and Art are simply amazing. I have never submitted something and not had it back in the time promised. Their sign clearly spells out the turn around and as long and I am proactive in getting them the order form and payment in the correct amount of time I always have my stuff before it is needed. If you want top notch embroidery then you have found your spot! Great Job EmbroidMe Katy!

Mr. Art is very detailed and confident his work. Ms. Kim however, seems bothered or uninterested in quality offering customer service and annoyed when asked questions about the business such as possibilities and quotes. If customer service is not most important to you then I would recommend it solely on the quality of Mr. Art’s work!

Called to ask for some information about processing a large order of embroidered bags and the lady on the phone was very rude and even cut me off because a customer just walked in through the door. She said she was going to call me back but never even asked me for my phone number before quickly hanging up the phone...

The lady at this location is very rude with her customers. If I could I would leave this review with no star for this establishment. The gentleman I spoke to the day before was quite polite. But I still will not ever come back.

Dont bother calling!Hung up on me... I asked why her charge to digitize a logo was $20 more than the company across the street she went on a rant about her experience and before I could say a word she hung up.Dont bother calling!
