Purchased a door from them,, had it installed, and found it to be defective. I STILL have the very nasty letter they sent me calling me petty and comparing scratches on the glass and fingerprints inside the glass to having a beautiful wood floor that creaked a little bit. VERY rude and just downright REFUSED to honor their warranty against any defects. And, at the time, I did not know they were a clearance center. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. NO WARRANTY.

We stopped by on a whim and so glad we did! We ordered a beautiful solid wood door and they did work with us on price since we had flooded. Within about a week, door was delivered and installed. To be honest, it’s one of our favorite purchases through this rebuild process.
