We have purchased our bedroom set and dining set as well as wall decor from Texas Furniture Hut. We ALWAYS ask for Yvette, and we have never been disappointed. She takes such great care of her customers which is why so many are repeat customers! Take photos of the room you want to furnish and decorate and measure the walls and living spaces. She will help you decorate your home and get the style you are looking for. I recommend going during the week as it’s less busy and you can get some more one-on-one time with her. I’ll post some photos of the artwork and decor we purchased. Almost everything is by the artist “uttermost.” The pricing can be more pricey than Ashley or Rooms To Go but the quality is MUCH better and the items look much nicer. The wall decor is very fairly priced in my opinion. I find it’s better to spend a little more for something that looks nice and is good quality that you’ll have for a long time. The dining table did take 8 months to arrive because we ordered it online instead of in store and they don’t put as much focus towards online orders.. but it was worth the wait. So happy we finally have it! We will be going back in the future for the guest bedroom set and decor.

We had the pleasure of recently working with Yvette when we visited the store for the first time. She was super friendly and helpful with helping us select our dining table and mattress/boxspring. Due to current supply chain issues furniture pieces may be on back order, but she was able to help us find furniture that’s currently in stock. The furniture appears to be high quality and fairly priced. We will definitely return.

Had a great experience at Texas Furniture Hut! From the minute my husband and I looked through the store, we could already tell the quality of the furniture here was much higher than all the other furniture stores we visited (which was at least 5+). We first went to the Cypress location since it was near my in laws and we ended up speaking to the owner of the stores (Amir) who was very kind, not pushy at all like some furniture salesmen and he was extremely informative, giving us presentations and a background of the different brands. He was also very upfront with pricing and up coming sales, which was greatly appreciated. After visiting a few more furniture stores, we knew Texas Furniture hut had the best quality bed at the best price. So we went to the Katy location a week later and purchased the Universal Boho tufted bed. It was just delivered yesterday and it’s absolutely stunning and extremely sturdy!! We couldn’t be happier with our purchase! We would highly recommend purchasing furniture at either of their locations!

I rated this 5 stars only so it would be seen!I have a service dog and when I entered the store the rude woman looked me up and down, and let out a snarky “ there are no pets allowed here.” I informed her that I have a registered service animal. She said, “ well then he’s to big you cannot hold him and that’s what you have to do.” Per law all service animals are allowed into public and private places per the service animal rules and regulations code. Service animals are used to provide help to their owner which is what he is for! Extremely rude and unfair to suggest leaving my service animal in a hot car in Texas!

It was a wonderful Experience first store I had been in today that they didn’t treat you like you didn’t have any money ( unfortunately that happens a lot) - The staff is also wonderful However Ms. Yvette M was a stand out she was charming and personable and allowed me to be a little chatty - I need a house full of furniture Miss Yvette M made me to feel like I don’t need to furnish the whole house in one day - let’s start with one piece at a time - l love it

We purchased 2 couches in March, not the cheapest in the store, $6000. the recliner on 1st one broke in June, It took 4 months to get it repaired, The 2nd one broke while waiting for part for 1st one. I have been getting the run around trying to get 2nd one repaired, Customer Service does not return phone calls. We are now moving. The couches are not even a year old. Still under warranty. Customer service is telling me if they arent repaired before we move I will have to pay for shipping for parts!!!!!!!! Not even a year, still under warranty and they want me to pay for shipping!!!!!!! My advice is stay clear from purchasing anything if you want it to last.

I stumble across this amazing furniture store. They offer quality furniture. I was able to find a living room sofa within seconds . The quality of the furniture is similar to high end stores. I will definitely return to purchase more items for my home. I appreciate the customer service of my salesperson Donna.

Weve bought two pieces of solid wood furniture from Texas Furniture Hut in the past year - both times we got solid service. The first time, we went an picked up our table and chairs and that went very smoothly. The second time, we had a sideboard delivered and the crew was great - they were very careful not to damage our floors or door coming in and were super patient while my husband inspected the unit.Both times, I had been shopping online forever for the right pieces, but hate buying things sight unseen - I was able to make sure that they were at the Katy store to look at and was taken care of promptly. Everyone there is very polite and helpful.

I placed my order practically at the beginning of 2021 and the delivery date was first week of May but ever since the dates just keep on changing. If we are lucky, now it may be until the end of August when we get the rest of the living room. No one follows up on pending orders and the only way we find out about why our order has not been fulfilled is until after we call them. They say they have no control over the manufacturer and we were just left hanging with an invoice saying all sales are final...If you can get your furniture somewhere else, please do it.

Absolutely brilliant service from the store manager, Hasib. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. I ordered a dresser and I was very impressed with his excellent service. I would definitely recommend Texas Furniture Hut for all of your furniture needs.

On June 5, we visited the Katy location. We entered with our senior dogs. At first, all went well. The staff were even playing with the old guys. But just as we were zeroing in on a purchase, a man (didn’t get his name) wearing a suit and had a beard, stood up from his desk in the back and shouted at us across the entire showroom to please leave. We were not permitted to have the dogs here.We did not purchase anything and promptly left. Our issue is not with the policy or the request, but the manner in which the message was delivered. I can think of about a dozen ways in which he could have/should have shared the information with us and still preserved good customer relations. Shouting across the showroom is not one of the choices. Even the sales people were embarrassed. And he had customers at his desk and still shouted. Imagine what they thought?!?The store itself carries fine brands and were saw many pieces of interest. However, his rude behavior dictates that we will shop elsewhere.

Nice place to shop for unique couches, beds etc. The associate that helped us was very nice and friendly also knowledgeable. Yvette really explained everything we needed to know and how to care for our couches. We will be going back for bar stools soon.

My mother and I went to the Texas Furniture Hut today only to buy lamps. When we walked through the door we where met by a smiling face, the sales lady that helped us was VERY FRIENDLY! The way she treated us was like if I had always known her. We found the most beautiful lamps and at a great price... I had been to almost 20 different stores over a weeks period and could not find what I wanted. The first store I stopped at today was the furniture Hut and I found exactly what I was looking for! I should have gone there first. It would have saved me a lot of time! I would definitely recommend this store for people who love quality and a great price! I’m definitely visiting again... may try to get my husband to go so that we can get a new mattress 😉

Buyer beware, ALL SALE AS FINAL! The sales representative and the manager failed to mention this during the sale. They were to busy tell me and other customers that Today is the last day of the sale, which is still the same sale from July and there is a shortage of furniture in Texas so you better order now.I found out that all sales are final when I tried to cancel my paid in full order a few days later(still waiting on 4 of the 8 pieces). Conveniently months later I am still waiting on furniture and no one at customer service can help me or my sales rep

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Texas Furniture Hut while looking for new bedroom furniture. I found the most beautiful REAL cherry wood set. I was helped by a lovely lady named Yvette who couldn’t have been more helpful. The manager of the store, Bill, was just as helpful and willing to make sure I still got the President’s sale prices even though I wasn’t able to get back until a little later because of the severe weather issues here in Houston. I would recommend this furniture store to anyone!!

I had a great experience with Mrs. Sandra Martinez, she helped me find the area rugs I’ve been looking for a long time. She was friendly and personable; I was happy to see that a person of her age is employed and is doing so well. I also had a brief contact with Mr. Bill, he seems to be the store manager; he was nice and on top of things. Everyone seems genuinely happy to see you. Needless to say, I ordered two large area rugs for a very good price.

This store has wonderful high quality furniture, but what stands out is the level of customer service. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about their furniture and respectful to the customer, but they go the extra level to provide the help that you need to be satisfied with your purchase. We had a complicated issue with our order at the Cypress location, and everyone was so helpful in resolving it. Amir especially went out of his way to handle the problem. Highly recommended.

Bought a farmhouse dinning table . I am very pleased with their next day delivery, thankfully this one was in stock and we had no issues despite the bad reviews .

The furniture is great quality and their delivery team was amazing. They asked to wash their hands before touching my white furniture which I greatly appreciated. We are very pleased with way TFH resolved a problem we had with a purchase. We picked the item up from the warehouse and discovered it was damaged. After a phone call to customer service and providing pictures of the damage, the item was promptly exchanged. We are pretty easy going but to replace our current sofa that has pizazz in our otherwise beige-ish front room furniture set up we were looking for a sofa with PIZAZZ! The name, Texas Furniture Hut, is rather deceptive. This is a very large furniture store with a wonderful selection of quality furniture. It is very spacious inside and the furniture grouping are professionally displayed. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. AND, the prices are very reasonable

Texas Furniture Hut was our first stop on a list of seven furniture stores to fill the living room of our first house. By the end of the day, we went back to TFH to place our order with Sarah. This was our first time stepping into TFH and we expected it to be like all the other furniture stores we had visited. Instead, we are now lifelong customers! The prices can’t be beat and they have high quality furniture. They carry many of the same brands as Star Furniture. I purchased a Mayo couch and chair. They were one of the few companies that carry this brand. Service was excellent. Price was very reasonable.

Came in on Sunday looking to buy a recliner. Sandy greated me and was not push and listened to what I was looking for. She made a few suggestions and than let me to test sit the recliners. She check on me a few times, but key was she wasnt pushy for me to buy. She offered me a beverage and let me look.I was very happy with being allowed to take my time and not be forced to look at something I didnt want. I found the recliner that met our needs and we negotiated the price. Success! Got the recliner we wanted at a far price. They offer delivery for $99 and they will setup the recliner.

This file matched our home office desk which we also purchased from Furniture Hut. I made the purchase in the Cypress location and went to the warehouse to pick it up. Found Texas furniture hut when I was looking to purchase another Mayo brand couch. Got on Mayo website and they listed TFH as a distributor. Went to check it out and was surprised with the amount of beautiful furniture they carried! Very helpful sales staff, but not pushy. Purchased 2 sofas and they are being delivered tomorrow! I highly recommend.

We recently bought 2 matching desks, they were delivered to the home & we saw they are there but didnt inspect carefully because we were doing some minor work before moving in. Just moved in & re-arranging the furniture & see a crack in one of the desks. TFH refuses to do anything about it... buyer beware...

They have nice furniture but its not competitively priced. Also we walked around the whole store and not a single sales person walked up and asked if we needed anything... Not a single sales person out of at least 3 sales people talking to each other. I get not hovering but we walked right past them and they couldnt be bothered.

TFH has absolutely stunning furniture, reasonable prices, and incredible staff.

We discovered Texas Furniture Hut a year ago by accident. We found the perfect Flexsteel couch in Lake Jackson but it was very expensive. I did an internet search for Flexsteel dealers and came across TFH. It was an hour drive for us, but with the sale they had going on, the same Flexsteel couch at TFH was almost $1500 cheaper than Lake Jackson!! The sales staff was very friendly, helpful and we bought it on the spot. Fast forward to dec 2020, my wife was having hip/leg/back issues and the furniture we have didnt help her pain. She couldnt get comfortable. We looked online for options but no solutions were found.I told her to look at TFH. We travelled to Houston and browsed at one furniture store with no help. I told her lets stop by TFH. She told me she didnt see anything there online she thought would help. I said you cant buy furniture online - you need to sit on all the styles in the store to find what you like. We stopped at TFH in Katy and were so glad we did. The sales staff were very friendly and helpful. We sat on many styles of chairs and recliners but my wife didnt find any that helped her pain. We then saw 3 different-looking chairs. They were zero gravity recliners/chairs. New to us, but they recline so far back that your feet can be above your head if you choose. The salesperson mentioned that she had several hip replacements and she uses a zero gravity recliner herself. They take the weight off of different parts of your body, depending on where you have it adjusted. My wife sat on all of them, but one style was really comfortable for her pain. She stayed in the chair while I paid for it, and it was even on sale for 20% off. We got the zero gravity recliner home and my wife finally has some relief for her pain. I would like to thank Sarah (if my memory serves) and TFH for helping us out again. You can look online for furniture, but do yourself, your body, and your wallet a favor by stopping into TFH and experiencing what they offer. We will definitely be back when we need more furniture. Watch out for these CROOKS!! I bought a sofa from cypress and decided it’s not what I wanted and only 30min after leaving I called and canceled. They argued with me about getting a refund on the state tax I paid $159, and said they couldn’t refund that even though the purchase hasn’t even went through yet. Spoke to the GM and he got very angry on the phone saying it was a “deposit”, but I wasn’t told that, and on the receipt it says TAX!! They’ve been turned into the taxcomptrollers to be audited for fraud. I know If they’ve done it to me, than it’s been done to many! Do NOT go here!!! Scam artist...

Texas Furniture Hut is a large well laid out store and is an excellent source for a variety of quality furniture. Sandy, my sales person, is knowledgeable, gracious and was very patient. Exceptional pricing for quality furnishings. I am very pleased with my purchases and I recommend this store highly.

Quality at a reasonable price. Salesman at Texas Furniture Hut was excellent and delivery was even earlier than expected. Delivery men were very prompt and wore masks and gloves. I appreciated how careful they were.

Bill was very knowledgeable about the different collections and styles, he went out his way to make sure I got what I wanted at a reasonable price. Overall great customer service. Really nice Gallery furniture type furniture but much more affordable. Great selection of fabrics to thumb through for each furniture maker. Sales associates are a bit aggressive but I understand because they work for commission. Easy location to get to and from.
