Bad bad bad today Sunday 1:30pn nov7th 2021.The duty manager try to save labor almost no employee as we get in the store no carrying cars we have to go the parking lot and get our own .After we were done shopping the line was long because he close most the cash registers to save money was only 5 cashier . 2, for fast one 3 for the rest..the wating was long long way more than one hour wating.i will never come back at this store.Bad bad management

My favorite store because they have all the spices I like. Great fruit and vegetables!!! Fantastic products from different countries.

Among the ingredients for my husband favorite salsa and city street tacos, they’ve got a giant array of fruits and vegetables not to mention every kind of tortilla you could think of from low carb to gluten free and spinach wraps even.

They have a wonderful select of produce. Huge selection of meats.. But 3 stars because Employees were pretty clueless as to where any was and very rude.

For Fiesta and grocery customers this Fiesta is very nice and full of stuff . Prices are way lower than their competitors but may be some people think it is a Spanish food store which is totally wrong. It’s a main stream grocery and food store and some stuff available here are very hard to find somewhere else .

Its Fiesta. The manager didnt care about new product without a price tag, he pretty much said his employee will do it. 😩

Great place for produce and meat. Great selection of Latin American foods. Also a great selection of chili peppers.

Over crowded,services too slow and no not really enough staff. Terrible experience, seafood section was herding people in cattle. Would not recommend shopping here on the weekend.

So ive been shopping at fiesta for 10yrs now. Today we went in just to grab a few things and some live crab. Well we had 17 items and the other registers was pack line all the way down the isles. So we went to the 15 items or less. And most of the timed the staff is awesome and. Maybe the guy was having a bad day. Well this man looked at me with .y kids right beside me and said THIS IS 15 ITEMS OR LESS NEXT TIME YOU NEED TO READ THE SIGNS. Well i walked out with nothing in my hands and he got to put all that stuff up. Because he wanted to be rude. I went to HEB and i had 16 items and the gentlemen that was working self check was like there is a line down there that isnt so busy if you would reather go there. He was very nice amd. Polit. So maybe ill just take my business somewhere else next month.

Nice store clean. Unfortunately they have 11 registers and only 2 open its currently 10:56am on a Thursday. Sad I wont be coming here again.

They have fresh vegetables and the opening time is perfect good parking fresh bakery nice baked

Was really happy to see a proper Fiesta store, I’ve been away from Texas for over ten years and wasn’t sure they were still around. This wasn’t as big or fun as the Fiesta’s of old but it still has a free time that you can’t find at HEB. Will return.

My favorite store for quick pick up. Store was clean, check out was fast, and friendly.

Store is not an 6 clean sad before. Featured sale items are not useful.as before it was bought. Shelves are not managed so they look ragged and items not available.

Worse and worse, careless employeesstore director is a joke, don’t complain to that guy he will do nothing to help you . horrible place it just to be nice . I was there sunday for the last time.

I wish their was a Fiesta in Brazoria tx. When Iam in Houston or Katy I love to stop here. The produce selection is unbeatable, the bakery and meat department...oh and seafood! Are all fresh, lots of local and the prices are low.

I remember Fiesta Marts being bigger...maybe they are and this location is smaller but either way its just fine. Good selection, fast service, nice people, lots of parking.

Great store but I went in after mask mandate ended, they asked me to wear a mask so I wont be back. Dont complain when they cut your hours and your business suffers.

Another great example of a grocery store offering a huge variety of products and not charging an arm and a leg for it! Produce is exceptional here and during the recent 2020/2021 world events, Fiesta did a pretty good job keeping stock on items no one else had, even did better their parent grocery stores name brand.Recently I was looking for Adzuki Beans (red beans) but out of 6 grocery stores I went to, Fiesta was the only place to have red beans listed as Adzuki Beans. Id give 6 Stars if I could, very nice place to shop!

Fast friendly service clean store good prices

This place was the only thing opened at 9:30 on a Thursday night. Being an out of towner I had no idea what Fiesta Mart was as far as store. Its a grocery store with some of everything and anything you need. Loved this place so much I went back before I went back to Georgia. They have some of everything. The produce was beautiful. Mangos were huge. They sell loose beans and peas in bulk. Get as much as you want. They have a humongous meat section. Off the chain anything you want or need. I was just really impressed with this place and wish we had something similar in Georgia.

This where buy my meats, fruits and vegetables, always fresh and reasonably priced

I love this place, it has good prices for Venezuelan and Colombian items difficult to find somewhere else, the vegetables and fruits section it is really well maintained and the people that work there (at least the guy that answered my questions) is really helpful and kind, he walk all the way with me helping me to find my products, recommended market 💯%

Great place for latin food and products

The marinated fajita meat I got from here made my whole family sick. It also tasted like fish.

11 check out lanes and only 2 open. 5pm on a Wednesday.

4 stars . One star off because their line, is always so long and the express line allow those have more than 15 items get through .

Self checkouts... you guys need self checkout

Always a long line for the 2 or 3 checkout lines that are open. Im talking 20-30 minutes. No self checkout lines either.

Always have what I need lil bit expensive but otherwise ok 👌🙂

Every weekend the lines to pay are very long, the manager should do something urgent to fix this problem.

Lines are super long, because they didnt hire any baggers, and the cashiers take their sweet time to scan their items, they looked like they were hired yesterday and dont know what their job description is, To Scan as fast as possible not to annoy customers.

I know it has nothing to do with the store part,but the bathrooms were All disgustingly gross. On top of that,I went to change my baby and there was a razor blade on the changing table!!

Its a cool place

So this particular Fiesta was out quite a bit of inventory for it to be on a very busy street & a lot of shoppers in there. I wanted fresh catfish filets & it was empty until I asked. The man finally comes back with some but the box was frozen. Completely defeated the purpose of what I wanted. Couple of other items on shelves that were empty. I ended up leaving going to another store to get everything I needed. Typically Im happy with Fiesta, this visit not so happy.

I always enjoy going to fiesta, I went there to buy bitter lemon but they only had one in stock. I was a little different that I didnt get what I wanted to purchase after making the trip over there. With that said I still enjoying going there.

At first when the flower bouquet I bought on sale fell apart I was very upset and wanted to leave a very bad review. They were for mothers day after all, for my sister. I realized however its not the whole store at fault or even most of the personnel, its strictly floral dept I had an issue with and the customer service of someone in Leadership named Jose. Before she left to Indiana too. The petals fell all off one rose and the other rose had most of its petals fall off. I was very upset, as soon as I left the store the petals were falling out, in my car until they all fell off at home when I took off the wrapping. I was very careful too. I understand these were on sale but at other grocery stores that has not happened to me despite being on sale. Also when I called to complain they didnt offer a return of my money, or merchandise credit. Just chastised me for waiting so long to say anything. Fair enough but you dont have to be rude. He did seem to listen and pay attention and told me where to give my feedback which was nice of him. I still expected more, oh well. I will just avoid buying flowers from here until quality is significantly improved. Money wasted.

Proces are different that most stores . This supermarket takes advantage and raises prices . Most people don’t look at receipts, shopper beware . Day before the 24th Gatorade .99 cents today the 27th 1.29 cents . Assistants manager says this is not Walmart and lies about the price being .99 cents . Worst customer service ever

I like that I can find products at Fiesta that are difficult to find elsewhere. The cashiers are usually friendly and helpful, but the people at the seafood department are horrible and rude. I was looking for dried cod and all I saw were other dried fish. I went to ask the men at the seafood counter and both of them ignored me. Finally I stared down the one closest to me and before I could even get my question out, he cuts me off and goes, “Whatever is over there is all we have.” I will never purchase seafood from Fiesta with the fishmongers having such bad attitudes. I’ll go elsewhere where they understand the concept of customer service.

It makes me sad I couldnt ride my new mobility device I bought to my favorite grocery store. Its an Airwheels scooter, and Ive actually been able to breathe better standing up on it, than sitting in a cart.Plus my leg started to cramp up in your cart.But thank you to the man who took a electronic grocery cart to my car. It looked like you were limping too.But you know, I still need to eat.And you all have the best prices on Sushi.

The produce department does a great job in set up of their department. No fishy smell throughout the store due to fish department.

Their meat and chicken are low quality and cheap . I bought ground beaf from fiesta . There was red color on the ground beaf . I never ever come back again . I dont recommend fiesta not at all

This is one of the most cleanest grocery stores I have ever been to. This store gets overlooked a lot and it is actually a wonderful place to shop. They carry a wide variety of products and their produce prices are the best. Stopped by after work on a Friday for a few things and they had every register open and I was out of there in no time. Fresh seafood and an excellent butcher shop too.

Store is a 7/10, most employee are really helpful. Some cashiers are rude. 1 stars for only having Samsung pay. I could get 4 star with more options of payment.

They always open just 50% of the registers, making big lines in place. The store is not organized according. As a Latino I hope this change as it reinforce our bad stereotype and bas type of do business that we had in our countries. Please elevate your standards this is a Supermarket in USA!!!!

Incredible produce section. Lots of fruits and vegetables, all very fresh. Lots of labels only in Spanish, but youll figure it out.Also, some foods that are obviously just Latin American in origin, so your pallette gets to learn something.

Fiesta always has good deals, especially on meat. The store is laid out pretty well and is usually pretty clean. Prices are hit or miss on items that are not on sale as compared to other big stores. Bakery is very good!!!

This grocery usually has an average customer service. I think they do not think seriously about improving customer service.

Enjoyed the shopping selection here and it was great and easy.

Good place to buy your groceries

I like this store in general and have always gotten good customer service, but today on 3-19-2020 at the seafood section we went went to go get fresh seafood and one of the guys his name was Mark he went to help other customers while we were standing there for like 10 mins and specifically told him we were there first, he still helped other customers. He was extremely rude so much that the other guy working who was busy stopped what he was doing and apologized for him. You would think in a time like this, an employee could at least have some courtesy. When helping us he also basically threw the food over the counter with no regard. I am completely disappointed on the terrible customer service Mark displayed.

Great place for quality meats and poultry at discount prices. Variety of vegetables and fruits to pick from. Full time butcher on hand for meat cuts of ant kind. Bakery has a variety of sweets to choose from. I will definitely be going back there ro buy groceries. Recommend giving this place a try if you in the area.
