I had used this company once before to trim one of my trees and they did a great job. However, I tried to contact them again and they simply will not return phone calls or text message. I received one response asking for my address and then complete silence. I tried contacting them 6 times over the course of July 28 - Aug 13... No response.

They did a great job of removing dead limbs in general and removing limbs overhanging the roof. They cropped off a number of lower level limbs in the backyard more severely than I had expected.There was some collateral damage. A large piece of a medium sized bush was broken off, and nearby, they knocked over several flower pots without righting them. A little more care and they would have had a 5.
