I drove 2 miles to come here to buy an envelope only to realize I had left my wallet at home. I begged the gentleman at the counter if he could give me the envelope for free after explaining my situation but he quickly snatched the envelopes from me just because of $4. So disappointing. Hopefully we’ll staff people with better people skills

This store will LOSE YOUR PACKAGES! They will also not honor insurance claims. My mother dropped off a bunch of boxes that I had stored in her basement at this location. It was wrapped on a pallet, and when it got to my house and unwrapped, 3 of the boxes were missing. One of which was a large wardrobe style box.It took months to go through the process of trying to find the boxes (preferable, since they included many sentimental items) and then filing an insurance claim as we had purchased insurance. And after all of that, they denied the claim as I had signed that I had received ONE item (the pallet), and contacting them the same day when I discovered the missing boxes wasnt good enough to let them know that I didnt receive what had been dropped off.I cant be certain at what point the boxes were lost. The pallet looked untampered with, so I feel that its less likely the freight company opened it and repacked it, and more likely the store lost the packages. The owner claims the security footage was fine, but didnt share the footage with anyone, and it was conveniently deleted after being too old once the claim was denied.Neither this store nor the corporate office cares that they lost my packages.
We are to send a package, it was in a 5x5x5 inches box and the associate told us the package was too small, that there was a possibility to get lost in transit... really?... But supposedly thats the core business, I mean is what they do, delivering packages!, why someone would want to send something knowing there is a possibility that never arrives. So he sell us a bigger box, that was like 2x6x8 and according to him this bigger box didnt have the possibility to be lost....really bad Business, cant believe it.
Thank you for your terrible customer service yesterday dear lady with an attitude when returning my Amazon package. I now found a new place to process my returns and they are more in tune with their customer needs than you are. I would have never found them if it wasnt for you. They are across the street from you, quick processing, free packaging/shipping included, and I even got a 25% store coupon to use! I understand now why Amazon has them listed as their first partner of choice and you the third.I came in and explained that I had returned the Amazon package at their location I had on my hand a while back and that it came back to me instead of Amazon even though my tracking app still said in transit.She took the package from me saying that was not possible and said she would make exception but next time she would charge me for packaging because the bag was open. I reiterated that it was closed the first time I brought it in but was not expecting it to be delivered back to me so I opened it and that the mistake was theirs not mine.A colleague heard, asked what happened and she told him it looks like someone from here, got on their vehicle, and went to deliver this package back to her. Instead of addressing her sarcastic comment he asks me for the old shipping label. When I said I did not have it they both looked at me like this was their confirmation that I was lying.Make up your mind! In the past, I held on to my labels until they were delivered. I went back one time to this location to ask about a package that still indicated in transit even though I had received me refund and was told not to worry, rest assured package was delivered, and as long as I got my refund I could toss the receipt. This situation followed all these guidelines. So whats different now?
2 days in a row, and 2 different employees were unable to locate my package. Not even 10 minutes after receiving notification to pick up from access point, it was lost. Thought it would be safer to deliver my packages here than home.. I was wrong... Had to remove this location from my access point after multiple incidents.

Ive been going to this UPS store for years, now. Never had a problem. Theyve always been professional, courteous, and quick with service. My only complaint would be that I wished they stayed open a little bit longer than 1900 hours. But otherwise, I highly recommend using their services at this location. Good people working there👍👍👍

Just walked out of the store and I gotta say that the 3 gentleman behind the counter were super nice! They would greet everyone and were very helpful to those with questions and concerns. Super patient as well. The line was almost out the door and never once did they rush their customers; I was at the counter within mins. Great service!

I wish I could give negative stars for this UPS location. I remember them being unprofessional before but I decided to give them another chance. Never again. The guy at the register told me I had to pay $1 for a tape because I am using their resources. If it wasnt sad it would have been hilarious. Luckily I brought my own tape so I told him that was rude of them. Also, brought my own box because that store is a rip off. I dont usually leave a negative reviews but this one is well deserved. And I will encourage everyone I know to stay away from this place.
This location is super busy! It’s at a popular intersection. So if you go here have patience because traffic flow can increase instantly. The staff goes as fast as possible and are very efficient. I have to say great job! I’ve been going to this location for the last year.

This store has terrible service! I came here to return Amazon package with return code. Amazon says You do not need to package your return or print a shipping label. The UPS Store will pack, label, and ship your return for free. The store manager refused to tape my package and I was forced to buy tape and return labels! No other UPS store I know does this and the Manager was so rude and didnt care! Do not go here for any reason!!
My mother in law went today to print somethings out for me and we weren’t sure if it needed to be on a usb driver or our phone but my mother in law let me know that a lady named Art was very helpful and super sweet. She made the process so much easier. We will be going with this store to send out packages for my work. Thank you so much Art for the awesome customer service.! Keep doing amazing
This UPS store is hands down the BEST there is. They are personable, professional, and proficient. I trust with all my shipping and printing needs. They operation is topnotch. The office is clean and clear of clutter even on the busiest of days.

If there was a hundred star rating, I would definitely award this store with it! I am new to Texas and the staff is phenomenal! Last Friday I needed to fax important paperwork for school registration.I knew it was lunch time so I called to ensure that the notary would be present upon arrival. I am thankful for the entire staff: the notary person, Nicolas, Monique, and Cynthia. It took me about an hr to arrive there because I walked from my location and to my surprise, the notary had waited for me; he didnt take his lunch yet. Cynthia greeted me with a nice cold bottle water, as I waited for my fax confirmation, Monique offered me a chair to sit while a wait, and offered to put on a movie for me.Nicolas was very helpful in faxing my paperwork; he also suggested nice areas my family and I to eat here in Texas. I said all this for little ole me. Thank you UPS staff for your kindness and generosity that you bestowed upon me. Management, youve hired a wonderful staff!

These people ARE AWESOME. I cant believe that there are any negative reviews. Perhaps those are based on previous owner/management. Kindest folks Ive ever dealt with. I arrived frazzled at 5:35 p.m. Friday, got a friendly wave the second I walked in. Had deadline to return a fancy cell phone & grandma here couldnt get everything back in the Itty bitty box with slots for unknown doodads. My home printer on fritz, couldnt print label. Manny Molina, the manager, was like a good son, sweet, patient, basically fixed everything for me & because AT&T required it be sent USPS, he prepared everything so I could walk out the door and drop my package at Post Office. All for a grand total of $3.Id used this location for some Amazon returns last Christmas and remembered how helpful theyd been. Victor Molina owner, his brother, Emmanuel Manny Molina, manager. DOLLS, absolute dolls. Do not believe any bad reviews. Also the pic posted by Google of a dark brick facade isnt correct, must be a stock photo, other guides have posted true pics.
I used this store to return an equipment to Directv and after a while I started receiving letter from Directv asking me where is the equipment, I call the UPS store and supposedly the “owner” Victor put in hold for 20 mins and when he came back to the phone he just told me that they don’t any information about my delivery and didn’t have a tracking number to find what happened, I contacted Directv and due to this UPS store fault I was charged for the equipment because UPS lost it, I even have a receipt from the store but with no tracking number with the name of this Victor on it. Victor just told me to call Directv and provide a copy from their receipt and wait for Directv to credit my account and resolve the problem that they created, this person Victor was very rude and for sure I will never use their services again. If you have any equipment to return make sure they give you a tracking number, or even better, don’t take the risk with this people and use their services. They are worse.

Awesome service!This location is very professional, friendly, and efficient. If I have any mailing needs I will travel to this location.I opted to send my package for next day delivery. Due to mechanical difficulties, my package arrived in 2 days instead.I went to the store and verified what happened. I was informed of their 100% satisfaction guarantee. They checked the computer to see when my package actually arrived and they refunded me for the inconvenience of my package being late.It was a smooth and quick process. They would NOT tape up my shipping bag that had a rip in it.( the bag that was shipped to me from Amazon)They said I have to either pay $2.71 for a new bag or go and tape it up and bring it back. Amazon pays them for this return but they still nickle and dime you here at this location...The UPS Store on Morton Ranch does not charge for taping it up. I will go there from now on for all my UPS needs.
Its already been a year Ive had a box here and I HAVENT HAD NOT ONE SINGLE PROBLEM. The staff is very helpful friendly to my wife and I. Its a Cheers-like atmosphere when I come through the door... Everybody knows my name!
I visited this store 20 mins before closing and the service I received from Victor was quick and efficient. He gave me a couple of shipping options, and I did not get that feeling of being rush with it being so close to closing. I will defiantly be visiting this location again.
These guys always have always have my back. Compared to the other ups they make sure they send out email when stuff comes in. If i dont pick up in a few days they give me a call to make sure Im going to come by. They double check locations when I think something hasnt been picked up or wondering if it has came in. They also helped me tracked out a few packages.
The employee was rude and even though I explained my situation he was very short and rude with his answers. In a city where you have UPS stores all over the place you have to reach high to provide excellent customer service and due to just one person who I suspect is the manager or owner falls short of being helpful or even pleasant. I for one do not feel compelled to come back to this location

If I could give this ups store less than one star I would. I spent $50 to ship a fathers day gift overseas to my husband. He never received it. UPS had it shipped back. When I asked for a refund for a failed delivery they said it was refused and therefore no refund would be given. They later sent me an email saying it hadnt been refused but that I had given an invalid address and it was now my fault and that they needed me to return and pay a $33 fee for the return of the package.The address was correct.I felt attacked by the manager. He was obviy angry and refused to accept any responsibility for the failed delivery.Poor customer service. Poor service in general.Take your packages to a different location.

I come here often..but today there was a lady who was not rude but was definitely hard to work with and responded to absolutely everything with attitude. Ended up leaving the location without dropping my boxes.

I had mail sent out and I had lost my receipt with the tracking number so I called to see if I could retrieve it. The first time a gentlemen answered but told me to call again when the owner got back since he is the one with the receipts. Okay, fine, I call two days later and Im guessing the owner answers and treated me like I was stupid! He was so rude. He was about to give me the tracking number when he said I say the whole number first so dont interrupt then you repeat. I got a few numbers wrong and said no all wrong erase all that! I didnt say any of that!. At the end he said Thank you! In a sarcastic laughing rude way! Point blank the owner does not know how to treat his customers! Never again.
Im writing this review because every time I go to the store (3 or 4 times), the service is excellent. I saw some unfavorable reviews about this location and was reluctant to go at first. But a few days ago seal the deal, as Ive seen enough on my various visits to say this is a great place to shop. Greeting, good eye contact, fast service, I was out in 4 minutes the last time ... what do these complaining people want? There is a location on Hwy 6 that is just the opposite. Thats why I started going to the North Fry location. These guys are professional in every way.
If I could give a lower rating I would. DO NOT ship with this UPS store and dont ship with UPS all together. Not only did they not get my package to the destination on time but they also broke everything inside. The Manager Manny is condescending and takes no responsibility for the care of your belongings. UPS is horrible and I will never ship with them again. They give you the run around with insurance claims and they make a messed up situation that they caused worst.

The owners of this UPS location are some of the nicest people in the industry. They stayed open over an hour after closing to help me finish hundreds of placecards that I needed for my brother’s wedding that same evening. Long story short, I had to redo all the placecards at the last minute after the software crashed, which I had initially used to create and print them.They really tried to help me out and got a lifetime customer out of it. Thanks so much.

The bad reviews on here are not accurate. Manny was a great help. Everything I needed done was in a timely manner. He got me in and out even while they were busy (Christmas). I will certainly be visiting again for my notary or shipping needs!

The indian man running the store was very rude & far from helpful. Simply asking him general questions about my package caused him to raise his voice at me. VERY RUDE. I advise you to choose another UPS, I was appalled....

Do not waste your time going to this UPS store. They are lousy. They are grumpy and rude. They refused to just lend me a tape for me to close my box. I went to UPS at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch and received excellent customer service. They lent me the tape and even helped me close the box.
This place is the worst UPS I have ever encounter, the manager there Manny is super rude and he even told off my 2 year old for being desperate from the waiting (he was playing with one of the post card carrousel and not even rough just spin it ) while I was over the phone trying to fix the problem with the shipping, anyway the service is slow and I prefer to drive to another location even if it’s further ...I give one star but if I could I’ll give none ! Who hires people that are super rude in a service office as a manager, super bad choice. And te staff needs to be train because they certainly are not efficient.

Went to get a planner spiral bound. Rung total up to 16 plus dollars and then realized they didnt have thw correct size binding. Thankful I had not accepted payment yet. They refered me to ups on mason. This store knew what they were doing and only charged 8 dollars.
This place is a joke at best, wanted to ship a ring with a small padded envelope and I was told it would be $90 dollars for the cheapest option lol. The young guy that works there is a retard!! Worst ups place ever!!!!!

Awful experience. I couldnt be more displeased with a place of business or customer service. When a businesss job is to be responsible for shipping packages, they should be able to successfully do that. Especially if its a very sizeable and expensive package. Packages that size dont just dissappear. These people are very rude, very overpriced, and untrustworthy. This has been an issue since July 12th with no resolve OR info. This has caused money loss and loss of business for us plus time out of our busy schedules to pursue this.I hope whoever it is that stole our package, which is the conclusion we came to, faces major consequences for this. This will not be the last they will hear from us. Its a shame that there are such dishonest despicable people out there that we have to waste our time on. If you can, avoid this business at all cost and maybe itll go away.

Worst customer service ever... they told me i can ship a letter for 4.35 it wld take 3or 4 days to get there.. I MYSELF ASKED about a faster delivery AND MR RUDE VICTOR THEN told me about 2day shipping for about 40$ which i declined cuz thts robbery prices HE SAID MY FIRST CLASS MAIL WLD ARRIVE 3 to 4 business days.. its been almost 2 weeks and my mail still HAVE NOT been delivered, I asked for a refund because i have to resend .. the usps post office and this UPS STORE declined to refund me so i have to pay to get notary and mailed ALL OVER AGAIN.. today is may 3rd i mailed this out april 24th
I had a good experience when dropping off a large package that had a prepaid shipping label. The staff greeted me and even provided a Drop-off Package Receipt so that I could track my package.
