My company has been purchasing their filtration products from Killer Filter for the last three years, and we have always received top notch customer service. Killer Filter has a great supply of filters. They are easy to reach by phone or email and their shipment ETA has always been accurate. I have directly worked with John and Rachael, both of which have been helpful and professional in every instance.

Be Very Wary!!! I selected a particular filter from a top manufacturer from their site. It showed as available, for about $4 less than anywhere else, but the photo was for an old version of the filter. This raised red flags. I could find little info about this business, and only three reviews anywhere that I could find, those being Google, two of which were negative. So, I sent them an email asking to explain all of the discrepancies and if the item was that actual filter or some knock off.Guess what? The filter is some knock off, with no info about it at all. They changed the description to include that it is a knock off, not the actual name brand filter, which it did not say before. At least they did that for that particular item. If I just bought a case of those filters without questioning anything, I would have gotten a big surprise on delivery day and would have had to fight with them and my credit card company.BTW, they did mention that they DO carry the name brand filter, but it is $10 more than the cheapo, which is at least $6 more than anywhere else. However, it could not be selected from their website. I believe that they only sell cheap knockoffs. I wont trust my very expensive diesel engines with knock off filters, thats for sure. If you do, its all on you.

Ive been using them for a few years.. the only reason I gave 4 not 5 stars is that sometimes it takes a while to get my parts due to stock issues but I order a lot of these filters.Call them Direct, very nice people and go out of the way for you.

WORST QUALITY ON SULLAIR REPLACEMENT FILTERS!!!! THE UNITS STOP WORKING AFTER A FEW HOURS OF USE. I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM TO PLACE A CLAIM AND NOBODY ANSWERED MY EMAILS.
