Great craft and some home decor store. I believe it was Nate who helped me and he was so great. He cared about the project I was doing and was so helpful.

Employees became passive aggressive and made the experience extremely uncomfortable. One employee loudly told cashiers to call police in front of me. After oddly feeling that I was being followed, it all made sense. Employees are instructed to do this. I had a cart to keep my kid from touching everything. It was empty because I didn’t find what I wanted. I was there for a while looking for a substitute (and checking out the store) I had my toddler with me so we took a couple of bathroom breaks. What I thought to be a normal shopping trip, was red flags all around. They made it known I was unwelcome and they thought I was stealing. This store does so much to enjoy and explore; however, they may call the cops.

Very great selection of crafting and home decor. Its good to know there is also a wonderful toy area with quality toys for children both educational and just fun.

Bennion Craft has an impressive variety of craft and art supplies. The employees are very helpful. Bennion has a huge variety of balloons that last a long time!

Bennion Crafts, is great. They have the feel of a local home town craft store. This is great because it it. This location has been here for over a decade. With a hometown feel you get a strong community feel, as well as friendly faces and environment. In my most recent visit one of my children ripped open a package of buttons. I took up the empty package to the checkout, as my child was playing with the buttons. They were not wanting to require me to purchase them as they understand how kids can be. I was grateful but my child wanted the buttons anyway so we still purchased them. This stuck with me because I feel like this level of personal and individual understanding is what makes this location a local landmark.

I worked here a couple years ago during high school. They said they would be flexible to my schedule and they were not. Connie, the manager, if she is still there, is horrible. Shes mean to customers. Mean to employees. Doesnt give far of enough notice of when youll be working. I had to quit.

A fun craft store with a good selection of items. the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because it doesnt seem to be organized very well. Its hard to find things if youre not extremely familiar with the store. The layout is unlike other craft stores Ive been to. Other than that it is an awesome place to get lost in!

Today I ran to two different stores looking forward a present for my a wife this Christmas but couldn’t find it. I was feeling pretty discouraged until someone told me to check out Bennion Crafts. Hoping against hope I jumped in the car and off I went. I’d never been to Bennion Crafts before but I was happy to see the store was clean and inviting. The item I was looking for was in stock. Ive never been here and not been treated well. The building is an old grocery store, so it isnt huge but theyve packed a lot in there. Great place to go for crafts and decorations.

Nice home town craft store. They have darling seasonal decor. A bit over priced but very original decorating items. They cater a bit more to scrapbooking, parties and sewing. I dont usually find most of the crafting tidbits I need there and end up going somewhere else. I will put a plug in for their ribbon isle they have fabulous ribbon for wreaths!!!

Lots of interesting items inside Bennion Crafts... its fun to blow an hour or two here wondering around looking at junk...There are tons of good hiding places were you can take a nap so you can stay fresh while shopping here. One time I over napped and woke up in the middle of the night locked in the store.Lucky they have a nice restroom and tons of crafts to pass the time while waiting for the store to reopen in the morning.

Beautiful stuff. me and my kids went there for acrylic paints and supplies. some people were nice and helpful others just wanted to rush you along which wasnt nice.

For such a small store I find almost everything I need. Great service!!! The framing department is phenomenal!!! They bent over backwards to help me get all my Christmas gifts ready to ship. Offering lighter weight high quality plexiglass instead of glass to ship better. The quality of the work was outstanding. You can tell I had, yet again a great experience.

Came to get scrapbook paper because there arent any craft stores where I live. Single pages were only 99 cents and there was also a section with some for 50 cents. I got about 30 pages for $15. Big variety of craft supplies and plenty to choose from. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for any sort of craft supplies.

They are kind of pricey and they need to train the employees or at least the employees should watch some YouTube tutorials so they are familiar with products.

I absolutely LOVE their frame shop. Amazing service and they do a wonderful job!! And many times Ive gotten it done much less expensively than Michaels or Hobby Lobby. So I highly highly recommend their frame shop. Ive recommended them many times. The rest of the store has a decent selection for the size of store. And they have different and unique items than youll find elsewhere. And they have some cute craft ideas around the store. 😊 I miss the fun teachers they had teaching their quilt classes. But overall is a cute local craft store.

The store is fun to shop. However, there is barely 1 isle for cake decorating supplies. And they really need to work on their customer service. Its really because of that I wont go back.

Bennion Craft in Kaysville is a decent store. If I could rate different aspects, I would. The facility itself has an old, kind of dingy feel to it. I would rate it a 2. But, I like the location because its close. I would rate that a 4. Store has a decent selection, so another 4. But prices are a bit high, so a 2. The employees are nice, but young and not very helpful, so a 3. Overall I rated them a 3.

Not bad, didnt have replacement bulbs for sale without having to buy a whole nuther setup. A little pricey on what I saw. Good cashier, friendly sort, I think... but mostly it was the prices that would make me think twice.

At first glance this place seems a little dumpy, but once you look around you realize that it has most of the crafting things you could need. The quilting fabric selection is really good and Ive been told by experienced quilters that the fabric quality is better than what you find at your average Joann fabric. They have plenty of baking supplies and stuff for making suckers. I especially like the little toy and game section that they have in the corner.

I brought in an old, folded up war bonds poster from WWII for framing. They did an absolutely amazing job, spending way more time than had I paid for ensuring the document was properly preserved and that the final product was absolute perfect. They really went out of their way for me, cant praise this business for their framing enough.

I feel like it was really difficult to find the craft supplies I needed for painting, knitting and other weird art projects that Im working on here. They used to have a great selection of yarn and paint supplies but not so much anymore. The staff there is very sweet though!

Expensive and overpriced are the words I use to describe the products sold here. However, they do seem to have plenty and almost never sell out! It would be extremely beneficial for everyone if there was more than one cashier to check you out, though. Theres always a line, so if youre in a hurry you may want to come back later. Its hard to find someone who can help you, there never seems to be a lot of knowledgeable workers around.

Only needed one item. Was able to use a discount coupon. Always a good visit when I can do that! 😁

Tried to get balloons for my sons birthday, ordered them two and a half hours in advance and was told it would take an hour and a half because they were behind... no problem but when i came to pick them up 10 min before the party they were not ready, took them another 25 minutes to do them. Got them back to the party when it was half way over... my real issue is that the lady doing the balloons was cheating g it up with a guy instead of blowing balloons up!

I liked how they had a wide variety of goods and supplies and how it always smells look candies there. However, I often find it difficult to find all the materials I need while shopping here. It appears the main focus of this store was the areas covered and not any particular area specified

Terrible service! You could walk around in this store for hours and still not have one employee ask you if you need help. They also didnt honor their 40%off coupon even though the item I purchased was not listed under the exceptions. I look forward to shopping here at their Going Out of Business Sale!!!The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they have a pretty good selection. Id still rather drive 15 minutes to go to Michaels or Hobby Lobby though.
