After finishing our basement 3 yrs ago we had searched and had several estimates for the best price for the carpet we wanted. We chose Johnson carpet they did such a great job and their price couldn’t be beat we used them again last week for the rest of our house. And again we were not disappointed the owners are very friendly and professional the installer as well!!! They did a fast and awesome job you can’t see any seams anywhere they did 4 rooms, formal room and living room I highly recommend Johnson carpet!!

Johnson’s Flooring was awesome to work with! They were friendly and helpful as I tried to pick out what I wanted. They kept me updated about when they got the product in and when they would install.I ended up telling them the wrong color, and when they opened the box and I saw it, I panicked. I called them right away, told them it was my mistake and wondered if they could do anything, and they immediately got to work finding the color I wanted and got the supplier to agree to return the wrong color.The installers were polite, made sure everything was cleaned up, and did a great job. I love my new floors and would highly recommend Johnson’s!

Johnsons Carpet is amazing! We got 2 bedrooms carpeted for a very good deal. They were incredibly nice and wonderful to work with. The installers were very quick! Seriously would recommend!

Great carpet and flooring options however the contractors they go through are not favorable.Not only did they crack pieces of the side trim and broke it inside of our new house they left glue on the carpet on the stairs that we found weeks later from installing. The communication is not what it should be and we felt like the owner we spoke to during this process was not helpful but made us feel more like a burden to her and just an order number than an actual customer. However the others we spoke to were incredibly kind. This was just my personal opinion and experience. Unfortunately we will look elsewhere for the future.

Johnson’s Carpet is the best! I have used them for three properties of mine and all three times has been great! Diana is so great to work with and has helped to get the very best quality carpet for the best price for my rental properties. They show up on time and always clean up after themselves when they are done including vacuuming the carpet! I will continue to use Johnson’s Carpet for all my flooring needs.

Before selecting Johnsons Carpet, I went to about 15 different carpet stores from Salt Lake to Bountiful. Johnsons had the best customer service, best follow up, best choices, and best prices. Clearly the overall winner! I loved how they were family owned and operated, and it was great to be supporting a local small business!

To start out with we contacted a couple of places. When they found out that you lived in a trailer court their attiutude changed. Out of the two one showed up, looked at our counter tops that we wanted replaced, said he would get back with us, he never did.We found Johnsons Carpet and said that we wanted to replace our counter tops. Diana said of course and made arrangements immediately to take measurements. Diana came to our home in a trailer court, took measurements, shortly after she gave us her quote and we picked out the pattern we wanted. Diana made arrangements for Lance to come and do the counter tops. Lance did a fantastic job for us and Diana was so good to work with, we could not be any happer with the project. Thank you Diana and please put in a plus for the work Lance did.

We had the best experience with Johnson Carpet! We had just bought a home and moved in when we realized the carpets were unlivable, the carpet cleaner recommended Johnsons carpet so we visited them that evening, just an hour or two before closing, and picked a carpet they had in stock and explained our situation and they had the new carpet installed the next morning. They were kind and understanding and we plan to visit them again to replace the rest of the carpet in our home. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to replace their flooring.

I used them for my old house in bountiful and when I moved to Farmington I shopped around and found them to be the best price and quality so I used them again. They are nice and easy to work with. I enjoyed working with them. I would highly recommend them.

Love the quality of the carpet but unhappy because there are seams showing in several places. Called and text them several times. They did come out to look at it but nothing ever came about it. They said it was the carpet and it would go away when it relaxed. The last text there was no response. I look at it everyday and am frustrated. When you pay good money you expect quality instillation.

LOVE LOVE LOVE.The short version: everyone involved was friendly, professional, enthusiastic and helpful. Everyone jumped through hoops to make a short-notice project 100% successful and stress-free. The cost was completely reasonable, especially given the abbreviated timeframe, and I wouldnt change a single thing about my experience with them.I would (and will) use them again, I will recommend them to everyone I know, and I hope everyone reading this will use them.So, my situation was this: I own a house in Kaysville that I rent out. It was vacant, and it was time to install carpet. Problem is, I live in Colorado and didnt have all the measurements, and would only be able to be in Kaysville for about 5 days.I called Johnsons on Friday, 10 June, and told them I would be in town 16-19 June. I let them know I had a video walkthrough of the house that might be able to give them a rough idea of the layout. I sent it to them. On Friday, and then again on Monday, they confirmed that they would absolutely be able to do this for me (I was more than a little worried only because another company had been saying for weeks they would be able to do it, and then on the 10th said they couldnt). On Tuesday I called to let them know I would actually be in town Wednesday the 15th, and they said I could come in and we could get started.Wednesday morning I went into the store for the first time, and the crew came out to measure. Long story short, by Wednesday night I had brand new, beautiful, professionally installed carpet throughout my entire house at a very, very reasonable price. The work crew was flexible and determined to get everything done that day and the office staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and flexible to find a carpet that would work and get it all completely resolved in a day.To review the timeline:Friday afternoon - first contact with Johnson via phone with huge request.Wednesday morning - first visit to office and initial house measurement.Wednesday night - Ta-da, everything is completely done to perfection, and Johnsons has a loyal customer for life.
