Better wood better price. They are normally busy so plan to wait a bit for help, but always friendly. They have 7/8 inch cedar fence slats compared to other lumber yards 5/8 inch for almost the same price.

I have made a few different purchases from Rustic Lumber Company and both times these guys were fantastic to work with. Great products, great selection and the prices were awesome. I have already referred them to several friends and feel confident they will be well take care of.

These guys are amazing. Not only do they have great products at great prices their service is unmatched. Vincent personally delivered a load to me after hours on his own time, after a delivery fell through (NOT ON THEIR PART). Totally unnecessary but so greatly appreciated. Their costumer service is unbelievable.

HORRIBLE QUALITY!!!! RUN AWAY!!!! Ive been buying from these guys for years. Just like failing food chains eventually water down all of the food and drinks for higher profits at the customers expense, Rustic Lumber is filling every order with absolute garbage. In my last three orders nearly 50% of the wood is completely unusable! Buy elsewhere. Rustic Lumber ends up costing much MUCH more because you will only be able to use 50% of the material. I literally have enough GARBAGE WOOD for fires throughout this entire winter. NOT JOKING!

If I could give them negative stars I would! This place is awful they are making money on garbage boards. Its better to pay more up front because when you go through the pallet I at least half are unusable so in the long run you are spending more replacing the unusable boards!

Went there to pick up about 100 cedar boards for a fence project. I was told I had to purchase a whole bundle- well within that bundle of 100 only 50 were actually usable pieces the others were terribly split up the middle. I also wanted to purchase 25 of their 14 foot cedar boards and was declined this because they did not want to open a new bundle of 100 they offered me the extras they had lying around all of which were split halfway down the middle unusable pieces- I would be charged the same price for the damaged boards as the undamaged boards. Yes- they advertise at great prices but you will pay for it with poor customer service and low quality. I drove an hour 1 way and was prepared to spend over 1000 dollars with them. What a disappointment. Thanks
