No one should work for you. Red flags all over the place just from the bacon app

Happijac truck camper jacks model 4160 were camper manufacturer installed on my then new 2016 camper. After two years of full time traveling and camping and very frequent use of the jacks to load and unload the camper on and off of my truck, the lower L bracket screws on the forward jacks came loose. The jack legs were about to fall off of the camper. According to the repair technician who did a most excellent $$$ repair, the factory Happijac mounting brackets and screws are not strong enough and are not screwed in deep enough to withstand long-term and frequent use jack use. He also stated that he has done two exact repairs of Happijacs on campers manufactured by two other companies. I was meticulous in proper jack maintenance and the failure of the screws was NOT due to camper frame wood rot/water damage as various repair technicians suggested. Other than this failure, the jacks have worked well and with the recent reinforcing repair, I expect them to bear the load better.

Had circuit board issues on my Bigfoot camper, so I called tech support and was transferred to Marv. Left a message and he called back promptly. This guy could not have handled this issue with any more professionalism or courtesy. Seriously, totally diagnosed the issue, gave me options, then followed through with ultra prompt service. I literally couldnt be more satisfied with how the entire staff at this plant preformed. Thank you, Rick Valkama

Sent an email in to inquire about motor head replacement for my Happijacs. Receive a reply from Tyler Brian right away. He suggested to come to their factory (I was heading south anyway) he would exchange my motor heads for a very reasonable price.A couple of months later I was in Salt Lake and sent another email to Tyler, he meet me at the door and together we replaced the motor heads.Great service and great price verses the alternatives. I called happijac to inquire with a few questions on their system. The lady hung up the phone abruptly after declaring that my question was not within her division.Well Happijac, thanks for making the choice to purchase a torklift system that much easier.
