Sears does not stand by their products we have been waiting 6 months to get our refrigerator replaced or repaired with the same runaround the part is no longer available we are still researching for a alternative. we had our refrigerator less than a year so shou look d have been taken care of immediately. too bad cause I have bought all if my appliances through sears but never again.

No wonder Sears stores are closing all over the nation. I purchased a husqvarna riding mower in February. It made it trough the first mowing and then the starter stopped working properly. Called the number this store provided and it just puts you in a forever holding pattern online. Will never purchase from here again. They do not stand behind their product and have zero customer service. Sad that this is what we are dealing with.

Terrible service. I own rental properties and have bought a number of appliances through Sears in years past but never again. I ordered a refrigerator over Labor Day weekend never received a call that my fridge had been delivered to the store. After that I drove 45 minutes to come pick up the fridge and they were closed even though their hours states they are open till 8:00 PM. You would be better off going to any other store in Kearney!

This store has the worst customer service!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS STORE. THE MANAGER IS UNHELPFUL AND KNOWS NOTHING!! THERE IS NO ONE YOU CAN TALK TO ABOVE HIM. MANAGER HAS NO # FOR CONTACT IF U WANT TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ABOVE HIM HIS WORDS WERE STORE OWNER BASICALLY HAS STEPPED ASIDE and He is IN CHARGE BUT HE CANT WAIVE THE DELIVERY FEE THAT WAS NOT IN OUR CONTRACT REPLACEMENT ORDER WE LIVE OVER N HR AWAY N HAVE TO COME BACK TO PICKUP UNIT 4 DAYS LATER WHERES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOYALTY??

Wasnt able to go in. Site VS sign of hours of operation were different. Went at 5pm and it wasnt open. Hours need to he updated on the website and in store for the correct hours.

Really disappointed in the comments made about me to my boyfriend while loading up a pretty pricey purchase. I ordered online and was a little confused about pickup. I said I would go sit down and try to figure it all out all perhaps sounding a little frustrated. The employee stated to my boyfriend you might want to go handle your girl shes getting an attitude with us I find this rude and disrespectful and will take my business elsewhere after this. They should find some customer service even when dealing with a frustrated customer.

I wish there were negative stars... buy something that is IN stock and when comes to being delivered its suddenly delayed a week. Wait a week and when calling repeatedly to check status and either phone not being answered or if it is answered noone bothers calling back. Go in personally and assured items will be in the following day and delivered the day after only to be called the next day and told its delayed again by an entire month.So unprofessional, its of no surprise why these stores keep getting shuttered.PatheticYes the order is 18 days old as of today (june12) and been delayed twice. Yes I was offered floor models that may or may not be like new or had the bejesus worn put of them with people shopping and testing doors and such. And with the delay of MAYBE them being there on the 30th... thats over a month on an order that was IN STOCK when I purchased it and supposed to be delivered within a few days of purchase.UPDATE: Wade and another guy delivered and hooked up floor models of the ones I ordered. They are a bit scuffed up and not the best alternative but they are temporary as Wade said once mine are in they will swap them out. Not ideal but its a step in the right direction.On that note, Wade is possibly the only one who seems to have any care whatsoever on customer satisfaction.

You dont even deserve one star. I will never buy a thing from this store again. I bought an eliptical there on Jan 6th, got it home put it together and it has never worked. You people never answer your phone and Nordic Track people are just as bad! It is Feb 28th and I have had no luck with getting it fixed. Ive had parts delivered to me that also will not work and no one seems to give a rats butt about it...

I have been remodeling a home for several months now and purchased a new Kenmore dishwasher to install when I had completed the kitchen. I went to open the packaging today to install the dishwasher and it is missing the top mounting brackets, the side mounting brackets and the mounting screws.I stop by the Sears store here in Kearney and asked if they had any replacement brackets and they told me NO. I told them my story and asked if they had any dishwashers that I could get the brackets from as it appears that someone tore open my packaging in order to swipe the ones from my dishwasher previously. They told me NO.I asked them if they could get me some and they told me that I could go to a local repair shop on Monday and BUY them and I asked why would I need to buy them, they short changed me and they told me that 30 days had gone buy and they couldnt do anything. The representative was so snotty and so rude, he seemed to take pleasure in displeasing me with his every answer. I wonder if he knows just how close he was to eating thru a STRAW for 6 weeks?Its no wonder Sears is going belly up, this kind of customer service explains a lot. Ill go to Garrets or Menards for appliances from this point forward. These guys are a flippin joke.
