As you can see in the first picture, my car was keyed by some unknown jerks. Thankfully, Eustis was able to get her looking like her old self again. I was very happy with my entire experience with them and thrilled with the final result!! Highly recommended!

I think everyone should take there car here there work is great but the only thing I think needs upgraded 😅 is there loaner 🚗. 😆

My car had extensive hail damage. Though the repair took longer than originally stated, the personnel at Eustis were very conscientious about keeping me informed and up-to-date on the progress. The best part... I feel like I have a brand new car again!

Eustis Body Shop did an amazing job repairing the hail on my car. I honestly brought my car to them dirtier than it came back to me. Not only did they fix the hail, they also cleaned the interior and fixed a broken visor clip for free. This is definitely a business that I will refer others to in the future. It was not hard to tell that this company is family owned and operated.

When I picked up my van today my jaw dropped. It looked like it just came off the lot. Such an awesome job! Even the inside was cleaned from top to bottom. Thats what I call going the extra mile! Very impressive! This is the place to go!

They went out of their way to make my experience was more convenient, including negotiations with insurance company, speeding up repairs to meet my scheduled return through NE. The staff at the Kearney, NE location of Eustis Body Shop is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. We were informed of timeline, cost for repairs and what you need to complete in regard to insurance information. Our van was done on time, the replaced windshield was perfect and they had vacuumed and dusted the interior, a detail that was not expected but appreciated. I continue to be impressed with Eustis Body Shop and highly recommend this business.

Five star experience - always! Through the years we have had work done on our cars by Eustis Body Shop. They are professional, thorough, work well with our insurance companies, and their work is always top-notch. I appreciate so much the fact they provide a loaner car when we are having work done. I had extensive hail damage to my vehicle. It was awesome that they loaned me a vehicle to drive while mine was being repaired. When I got my vehicle back, I was thrilled with the end result!! When there were some delays, Miranda was very good about communicating them to me. Great people who do awesome work!!!

Hit a deer and it messed up the entire side of my SUV. These guys were able to get my car in the shop same day and got it repaired a week earlier than expected. Car looks just like new! Great body work and great people.

My husband had an accident outside of Kearney. He did not have a cell phone with him and was suffering from a concussion; therefore, he wasnt able to remember any phone numbers and unable to get ahold of anyone for help. Eustis Body Shop came to tow the vehicle and quickly realized that he was in need. Out of the goodness of their hearts, they sent one of their employees to drive him all of the way home (an hour away). We were both so incredibly thankful to these people to not only recognize that someone was in need, but to go out of their way to make sure he made it home safely. I cant thank them all enough.

These people are awesome. They have worked on several of our vehicles, all of them were completed on the time frame they told us. The Vans that they provide are clean and in good repair

In the past 6 weeks, weve twice had the unfortunate need for body shop services. After the incredible service we received the first time, we knew instantly where we were taking the next vehicle needing repairs. Twice in six weeks the Eustis Body Shop service was fantastic!!

Eustis Body Shop went above & beyond for me! The tow truck driver gave me a ride clear from Kansas. I was loaned a van over night, just so i would have a way to pick up my rental car the next day. Its never fun to clock a deer at 80mph and be nowhere close to home! After the thankfulness your family is safe has settled a bit reality inevitably sets in…. EFF the new overpriced SUV is in shambles, now what?Thankfully the tow truck driver (or modern day super hero) that saved us from the side of the road with my two kiddos, under 3, at midnight recommended Eustis Body Shop.Brian at Eustis Body Shop did a full workup on our NEW Infinity SUV, repaired our tires and was confidant that he had made our mangled beast not just drivable but SAFE for my family to get home. As I was in the middle of my nightmare super hero number TWO (Brian) tells me there will be no charge for the work that was done. Say what?! Eustis prides itself of being part of the community and treated us like family. I was in a position they could have taken full advantage of, willing to sell body parts if necessary just to move FW from this mess.After leaving their location my husband and I couldn’t shake the professionalism, integrity and kindness they showed us, so we did the unthinkable… we chose to have Eustis Body Shop (4hrs from our home) repair the $10,000+ in damage to our family saving SUV. BEST CHOICE EVER!!!!!It’s been a few months since we picked up our overpriced hunk of metal from Eustis Body Shop and she is running better then ever, looks better then ever AND I have to scream it from the rooftop (or type it out on google) THANK YOU!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!Unless you are a glutton for punishment, enjoy overpaying, subpar work and making multiple trips to fix the same problem this is the place for you!!!! Big or little repairs, high priced automobiles to ones you cant give away I strongly believe you will be treated with the same respect and compassion I was at this establishment.

Was not impressed with the customer service and attention to detail from this body shop. I had held off on using them in the past as their estimates had been significantly higher than competitors. We decided to try them this time as our insurance was going to be covering the work. Our insurance company gave approval to the body shop on their estimate Sept 10th. We never heard anything back from the body shop so I assumed that we were good to go. I did not hear anything regarding our car being finished yet so I called Sept 24th to see if it was ready for pick up. They admitted that they had not even ordered parts yet for our vehicle!! They claimed that they never heard back from our insurance. When I checked with our insurance they confirmed that an email had been sent Sept 10th (and I confirmed that it was sent to the body shop). The body shop claimed it went to their junk email. Regardless, we were very disappointed in the delay to get our car back but also that they never bothered to follow up with us or our insurance. We were also stuck with paying extra days on our rental car because of the delay. When our vehicle was finally finished they were still missing a part for the front bumper. They said that we could take the car and that they would call us when the part came in. Well they never notified us when the part came in. When I ended up calling to see if the part came in they said that it had been there since the beginning of the week (but nobody bothered to call us). I would not recommend this body shop!
