The cleanliness of the store (especially in todays current covid crisis) is top notch! The management and staff are always so friendly. The only thing I would would like to see more of is staff especially team members interacting a little more with customers. Its rare now and days that someone comes up to me and asks if Im finding everything I need. But they always help me find something if I ask.

Target is clean. As shoppers we are treated with respect and kindly. Our cashier (I think her name was Tara) was FANTASTIC!! She was super friendly & patient (we found items with the app that were less than in store). She told us “no problem” and that she should would gladly adjust the prices. As we walked away, she thanked us warmly and then thanked the person behind us for being so patient. She is a true joy!!

Need to educate your electronics staff to products. Specifically asked if the product was steaming and was assured by staff yes when in fact it does not! Now I am 2 hours away and must deal with a return.

The most disgusting bathroom I have ever been in Target! Only one toilet was clean enough to sit on! Toilet paper all over the floor. Floor was sticky. Toilet paper dispenser empty and very evident used roll laying in hand rail. Definitely didn’t feel safe using the facilities. Pretty sure it hasn’t been CDC approved clean!

Pick up was right in the front door. I didn’t touch anything but my bag. The item was scanned from my phone and off I went without touching any surface. Just what I needed for a birthday gift.

The customer service is amazing. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and unlike Walmart, they actually care. Target offers coupons and surprise 5$ back giftcards that really keep me coming back.

Target is already one of the most popular stores in town, we are not in a large city and there just arent many options for shopping. Having a Target store as nice as the one in town is great.

Worst toy section i have ever seen. Never have anything new in boys section. Never any Star wars. Very disappointed and store manager doesnt even care.

Target manager accused me and my friends of stealing a game when we weren’t even in the game section then he called the cops on us. We let the police search the care and they found nothing. Then he reviewed the footage and realized we did nothing wrong.

The cleanliness of this store has/is above par. Shelvings are clearly marked, stocked & well-kept. Staff friendly & proffessionaly dressed/groomed.

Do not shop here. Return policy is a scam. Tried to exchange item for different size and was told I now owed money. Will not be buying from any target again. Customer service reps are rude and untrained.

Huge store. Clean. When we were there most workers were busy getting a shipment of frozen goods in the freezers. Not much help on the floor or check outs. I am sure it does not happen all the time.

They didnt have what I needed but it was almost a niche anyways. Everything else was perfectly fine.

Just another big box retail store where customer service is nearly non-existent, floors are trashed before noon and cashier/customer service know nothing about their current Cartwheel promotions.

Target now allows transgender people ( those confused about whether they are male or female) to use the bathroom and changing room of their choice, with no questions asked. Because I have heart issues, the medicine I have to take causes numerous trips to the bathroom. I do NOT want to be caught with my pants down when a man decides to stroll in, for whatever reason. He is not required to prove he is transgender, because to ask might embarrass him. But what about my embarrassment? Target doesnt care about my feelings, or my safety, since it is over 40 times more likely that the man is a convicted sex offender rather than a transgender.

I always appreciate the helpful employees, clean store, and huge variety that Target offers.

Your store has items they wont ship and you dont hold orders for people due to bad weather. That makes it difficult for customers to buy products when your store isnt in their city. Those are two things that are sending your buyers back to Walmart.
