My husband and I were looking for a bed. We didnt really know what we wanted. George Gipe helped us. It was the best buying experience I have ever had! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. You could tell he loves his job! He not only gave us information but a good buying experience by encouraging us to try and compare different beds. He was never pushy and listen to what we thought and really helped guide us threw the whole experience. Even though we had some technical issues while purchasing he was patient and worked on the deal till it was done.

Matt was very good to work with he didnt push us into buying anything that we didnt want. He answered our questions and got us set up with some pretty nice furniture. However my problem is that when they did the order they only ordered our bedroom set with a one night stand. Who only orders one night stand? And then they made it seem like it was my fault. They gave me the same price that I paid for the other one and I feel like having to wait another 3 weeks for the second night stand to come in that they forgot to order I should get some sort of a discount. It was a very laid-back interaction didnt really seem like it was a big deal that they didnt order the second night stand and thats what I have a problem with.

But most importantly he understands that buying furniture is a big deal. He understood as I waivered between items. He gave me time to take in what he was showing me and to build a living room set that I loved. He wasnt pushing me towards purchase was a nice change of pace as well! He was knowledgeable in all the products that he showed me and he was reassuring of the return process if I dont end up loving the set I purchased. I havent received my furniture yet, so I have no review on the actual product, but the team at Slumberland is amazing! Will definitely return for future furniture needs!

Went into slumberlamd because Ashley Furniture messed up out order. Went in and service was quick and easy. He showed us beds in our price range that worked for us and then asked if we wanted details on them. Ended up spending more at slumberlamd and have to wait longer, but the service and peace of mind that I know they ordered the right product makes it worth it.

I was looking for fabric for a new couch that would match my loveseat, the sales people were very helpful in helping me make my decision. I had a very positive experience at Slumberland Furniture.

Bryan was very helpful in showing the bed foam & chest of drawers I was interested in. And because of that I drove back the same day after shopping around rather than get a different salesman to complete the chest transaction. He also satisfied my curiosity & looked up prior purchases there (4 or 5) over the years. So obviously I am happy with the store.

Josh showed me the different options of recliners I was looking at and then left me so I could try them out for myself. I appreciate his knowledge without the hovering/hard sales approach. I was able to take home the recliner I picked out the same day. Excellent customer service!

I knew what I wanted and I went online I looked at Slumberland then I went over to the actual store A salesperson greeted me he was really nice I told him what I was looking for I needed one of those adjustable beds and the first one I looked at had all the bells and whistles and I told him I didnt need all the bells and whistles so he checked another one for me and I do need the king size bed with the separate levels I asked them about financing we went through a few steps and I was accepted for financing for 36 months with 0 interest I was very happy about that they will deliver my bed and set it up on January 10th no delivery charge no setup fee I really like Slumberland I think its a great store and I would recommend it to anybody

When we arrived at your store 20 minutes before closing time, the furthest thing from our mind was that we would actually be purchasing a recliner! But of course we found one that we fell in love with, & the very nice sales woman stayed after her shift to help us complete our order so that we could take advantage of the special sale! She assisted us a few years ago when we bought a whole room full of furniture & remembered us.
