I ordered chocolate cookie crumble crepe frap off of their menu but none of them knew what it was… but then again none of the other Starbucks knows what that is.Nonetheless, I ordered double chocolatey chip frap which came out VERY delicious. I’d go here again but it was a road trip drink.Price was good too.

For going on 5 weeks they have been out of everything! While I understand supplies are hard to get, as someone whose worked in this industry if you need to go to a local grocery store to get simple things like juices and syrups I’m sure your customers would appreciate it still than having absolutely no options. It’s bad when you’re in the drive thru and have to go through 3 different drinks before they finally say they have one where they have the supplies to make it all. Other coffee places in town I’ve been to don’t have problems with drinks out of stock.

Everyone was so happy and friendly! The drive through line was out into the street but they were very efficient and we got our drinks much faster than we expected!

Annoying that with a mobile app order I have to wait forever in a line for a cold drink and cold food although they are supposed to be hot because they arent even allowing for pick up inside. Disappointed and will go elsewhere again.

I went through yesterday about 2pm and my drink was spoiled :( I dont really blame anyone, I also work fast food and I know checking dates isnt always a priority, but I wanted to make it known that my drink was spoiled, sour to the taste and a rancid smell. Other than an upset stomach, everything was fine and the service was very nice

How hard can be?I just want two shots of expresso with a little bit of hot milk. The “barista” took looong to give me a cup full of milk with a little bit of expresso.

The first detail I will mention does not fall on Starbucks but on Google, Google shows the business being open before its business hours. After waiting in line five minutes I called the store and they informed me they didnt open until 7am.. instead of driving elsewhere I waited another 5 minutes and placed my order only to find out that they did not have any dark roast ready because they just opened. I think a coffee shop that opens with only one coffee available is ill prepared at best! If you are going to open at 7:00 for business you should be ready for business!Their lack of preparedness and snotty attitude is unprofessional and I will not go back there.

The woman at the windows was polite and quick. The store was it of all the sandwiches except one, and they had no lunch plates. Seems ridiculous to be so low on their inventory.

The employees are always super nice, my drinks I’ve ordered are always great, but the inconsistency of the hours here is really frustrating. Multiple times a week they’ve been closed at such random hours while online says they are open. At least update your online hours so your customers know whether or not you are open.

Lovely servers, good coffee but the parking lot is a mess. There is only one way in and one way out. If you park and go in the only way out is to get in line with drive through traffic. Ill know better if there is a next time.

I come to this location every single morning I have always been treated with the upmost kindness and respect, Dani is amazing she always has a smile on her face and is always happy, I wouldn’t go to another coffee shop!! 30oz iced coffee 9 pumps white mocha and a double shot. I like Starbucks a lot. I have been a gold star member for years but if I hadn’t ordered ahead today I would have skipped it. This is nothing against the employees or maybe even the manager but a decision needs to be made if you’re open or not. I’ve been able to walk in and pick up my order other days and some days not. It has been open as late as google says and then I’ve been here and they closed super early. Not mad just frustrated.

Amazing experience through the drive thru. We are traveling across the country and stopped in Kearney for the night. This morning we needed our daily caffeine and ordered at this Starbucks. By far Brigette is the kindest Starbucks employee we have ever interacted with. Great spot!

Im not at all a fan of Starbucks. I fo there for friends since we dont have one near by, but this Starbucks was quick deapite the drive thru line being full and the baristas allxwere very polite and fast with tje orders, thank you.

Love my coffee like most people do. Friendly staff (minus that one girl, aka Miss Attitude), very clean store, great atmosphere, and just an all around great place to go. I actually use this location more often now to attend to my business matters.

For the quality of the product, spending $4-$8 on a simple drink cant be justified. I realize Starbucks only uses guilt free product, but even with that included the prices shouldnt be this high. Other than price, the atmosphere is nice and it is cleanly.

I really like the friendliness of our Starbucks baristas. Every time I go in someone greets me, whether I am just picking up an online order or ordering to stay. My drink was also made perfectly, which is sometimes tricky because I have some modifications I need to it.

Just sat at Starbucks for 10 minutes while two employees hid inside. The website says closes at 8pm but we waited and pulled up to a window, no one came over and said anything, they only had one sign on their front door that says closing at 6pm due to weather... nice!

They are very good at getting custom drinks right. Helps for particular coffee drinkers like me who dont like things too sweet.

Pulled up at 6:56 to get Starbucks. On the website it said it was closing at 8 and they took the car in front of us order but when we pulled up they said they were closed. Worst service i have ever experienced will never be going back to that awful starbucks again.

Awesome staff! Great at making customized drinks, always friendly, clean bathrooms, tolerant of little children. Mornings drive thru line can be a bit long but staff try their best to make sure everyone gets served and on their way.

Standard Starbucks. Didnt run into anything unexpected. The interior has decent amount of seating if you want to work of chill. Doesnt feel claustrophobic as some locations feel.

We pulled up to starbucks as the workers were outside we asked what time they closed. They said 8pm, yet it was only 7:14pm. When asking them why they were closing at 7 instead of 8 the worker did not reply. I just thought it was pretty rude.

Im gettting a little disappointed in about this location. Half the time you can not understand whom ever is in the drive though, because I feel like they are at an auction with how fast they feel they need to talk. Now I have worked in this industry and understand that fast and friendly is key, but quality, and making the customer feel valued is also.

If youve been to one Starbucks, youve pretty much been to all Starbucks. That being said there are a few subtle differences that can make one Stand Out above the other, or a little worse than the other. They have the usual twinks behind the counter, and they are fast enough for a really small town Coffee House. But I think because its such a small town coffee house they dont go through the inventory as fast as other places, and need to do a little quality control. So a lot of their food is stale and or dried out. Which explains the four star Vice the five.

It’s LGBT friendly and the partners are like family. They get the drinks out as fast as they can and still make customers happy when they have busy rushes.

I have never been to a Starbucks before & I have to say the coffee was amazing. Very delicious & not so hot u couldnt drink it & not so strong either. Just the way I like coffee. The only thing I didnt like was the parking lot. There is one way in & one way out. It was packed. U cant get out of the parking lot.

The cute guy in the drive thru window danced to Back Street Boys with me. 10/10 best service.

This is the worst Starbucks that I have been to. That is saying a lot, since many airport Starbucks stores are pretty terrible. I waited in the lobby in front of the register waiting to be acknowledged or served for 6 minutes before the staff noticed that I was heading to the door to leave. There were four (4) staff members who I observed look at me but did not care. Apparently, they only care about drive through orders here. Do NOT go into the lobby, they will not serve you. This appears to be a systemic issue at this location, as evidenced from other reviewers.I was able to finally place an order. They took the order, with a serious amount of attitude nonetheless, and then went back to gossiping and working the drive through. When the barrista called my order, I went to pick it up and it was incorrect. I asked about it and he did not seem to care. Again, another missed opportunity to help remedy an already terrible experience and now wasted money for something that I did not order since the barrista either does not care or cannot read the label since the order was entered into the computer correctly.I was in town to be with a terminally ill family member and I noticed this store. I thought that this would be a known element that I could have to help me during this trying time. Boy was I wrong........I will NEVER be back to this Starbucks location.
