Called to make an appointment. The lady on the phone was extremity rude. As of Jan 21st 2021 they no longer have a doc. Weird but things happen. When I asked about other locations, she rudely said, i dont know! you need to call other locations. i cant help you! Needless to say. I will not be callingback to even ask if they have a new doc in the future.
Ive been coming here for the last 5 years and have always had a good experience. I understand that today with covid and the new protocols and policies, things are different. I stood there outside the vision center for 40 minutes before I ended up leaving. Two other men were there before me, one said he had been there for over an hour and was still waiting, the other was helped right away. Another woman came after me and was helped after standing there for 10 minutes. The two women working up front were rude, sat at their computers all while we all stood there watching them. They never came to greet or explain anything about why the wait was so long until we had been waiting several minutes. I ended up walking out and will take my business locally from now on.

My daughter wanted to try contacts for the first time. Walmart Vision provides education/training to new contact wearers to ensure that people can put them in and remove them properly. The first day, my daughter couldnt manage to do this task. On the second try, she succeeded ....after an hour. Kudos to Dr. Betsy Turk, Brandi, and Pam for their patience and kindness through this process. Great people!
I wish I could give zero stars. We called and a lady picked up and when we began asking a question she abruptly hung up on us. Very rude.
My son needed glasses and I took him there, I was so please with the way they were attentive to is every needs the even help him to choose his glasses to suit his face. Two tumbs up for the staff
I came to Walmart Vision Center to get my eyes tested for glasses and contacts and I was so please with the service, Baihearah was very nice she made sure I was happy, I will definitely be going there for all my eyes need and I am telling my family and friends.
Cashier was very rude and out and out lied to my wife. She asked the cashier if she would put some jewelry bought at Wal-Mart in a small bag and was told that Wal-Mart no longer had them. As leaving the store, there was those LITTLE bags on all registers we passed.Being from out of town for a doctor appointment this is not what we expectedBad customer service is apparently in your Wal-Mart. Not one associate offered to help us look for an item that we were looking for
