The customer service wasnt that good but shes like probably tired and probably upset because shes looks like she was running the show by herself I mean I just thought that her donuts could have been warm cuz I was there before they opened

There was no one in line when we entered the shop, so we went to the counter to check out the offerings. We stood there for at least 2-3 minutes before the guy from the back area came out to take our order. The two gals working made no eye contact, no hello, etc. Must have been too busy a morning for everyone!

Got nutty logs an all only had half of filling or less, an the donuts tasted like day old. An our time at the shop was 8:45 am. Was VERY disappointed.

Youre going to have to get here early if you want a good selection of donuts. Theyre the best in town though, hands down. Building is a little dated on the outside and the inside and parking can be a little bit of a pain. Especially if there is snow outside.

I always go inside, so I cant speak for drive up window service, but their donuts are amazing!! Fresh every single day and if youre hungry for a donut in the middle of the night they open at 3am during week and 1am weekends. Fast, friendly service. Good coffee, too!

Great variety of homemade donuts that reminded me of my childhood donut shop. They were getting low on supply by midmorning, but thats probably a sign of their awesomeness. I only hold back a star because the service wasnt what Id consider hometown friendly. However, when the drive through was backed up they sent out an employee to ask cars further back what they wanted. Thats thoughtful service!

Love this place, their wheat, chocolate, and blueberry donut holes are my favorite. Be sure to arrive early to get your fix because they do sellout quickly.

Lived in Columbus all my life and hands down the best donut shop ever!

Went through the drive through this morning. The employee at the window acted annoyed that she had to help me and was in way too big of a hurry to even hear my order. I asked for 3 cream-filled donuts and when I got home I found 3 jelly-filled donuts in the bag. They are essentially always out of donuts by 8 a.m. and in my opinion, they need to overhaul their staff, who are rarely friendly.

I really wanted to like Daylight Donuts, as it is a Kearney institution, but it has very irregular hours, and inconsistent offerings.Unless you are there at opening, there will be very little left within a few hours, which is good for them, and speaks to their quality, but makes it hard for them to attract new customers. Ive been in twice to find their donut case essentially empty.Also, their location has terrible parking options, and is hard to get to.I cant fault their quality, but it is a local donut shop, with odd hours that relies on early rising regulars.

I would of gave more stars but they need to update their online business hours, we got up and went 34 miles to get donuts, check to see when their hours were, said Sat. 1am to 12pm. We were there at 1:30, it said opens at 3am on a piece of paper on door. I dont think well ever go back. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON LINE!!!!!!!
