Excellent staff, upfront and honest estimates as well as very knowledgeable. Would recommend going to this place before anything else. It is a one stop shop with nearly same day turn around times.

I brought my sons computer n phone into this place. He was killed in a car accident and Im trying to piece together what was going on that night. I explained to the staff and owner what was going on and they said they would do their best to help me. The computer was easy for them to reset since I had bought a password reset disk. They got it unlocked but since his phone had been submerged in water for 25 min I was told by law enforcement that it was destroyed and no longer useable but this place knew what to do and got the phone working but unfortunately it has a password and they dont want to mess with it. I would give them 100 stars or more for the work they did. They also didnt charge me anything due to the circumstances. I will definitely go back if I have any other issues.

Went to them back in August/Sept 2020 to get my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 screen/base fixed. Long story short was told a day and time to come in to get it fixed and they didnt even have it ordered, so had to wait about a week for them to receive it and got it repaired. Also, I ordered their screen protector to help prevent cracks, scratches, etc.. Last week my screen decided to crack and so I decided to try them again. I was told to come in today to get it repaired. So I went in and was told they havent received it yet (shipping issues). They offered me a refurbished screen/base with a slight scratch in it and that they would apply their screen protector to it or to wait till they receive the new one. I was not offered to get shown the refurbished screen/base and the person who fixes the screens/phones was relaying messages to the guy in the front instead of just talking to me. Really felt like they didnt want me to be there.

Kids stepped on my work laptop. Other businesses wanted to keep it for 7 days to get the part and run diagnostics but I explained I cant go with out my computer for 7 days. I could still use it plugged into a monitor. Shatter Masters needed it for about 10 min while they order the correct part. Called me when it came in shortly after and then only took an hour or so to fix it! And at a much more reasonable price! I was extremely satisfied with their service. I hope I dont break another screen soon but if I do I know exactly where I will go. Thank you guys!!

I typically go through Apple Certified places for my Apple products. This is the first time I didnt. My iPhone 7 Plus screen was cracked and they fixed it within 2 hours. But, when I got it back, my phone wasnt reacting to my touches on a certain area. I went back and they fixed it, no problem. That same day, my phone wasnt responding to touches again and even started typing/touching things on the screen by itself. Also the phones sensor near the camera doesnt work anymore. So when I call the screen doesnt shut off. I placed my finger on top of the sensor and it doesnt shut off.I bet they do great work and they are very friendly, but I wouldnt recommend for Apple products.

Had my Galaxy S8 screen replaced for cheaper than anywhere you can find online or local in 2018.They cracked the back casing of the phone, and they were honest and went out of their way to tell me when I came to pick up. Im pretty easy going, understand that repairing mobile devices is iffy, and not a garuntee of the product. So I wasnt upset in the least. The honesty is what made me happyGoing back tomorrow for my Galaxy S8 again cause I broke th screen again. Happy that service will be cheaper this time! Highly recommend them as it is hard to find affordable and professional mobile repair service.

The guy in there tried to tell me that the screen for the galaxy s8+ was 350 dollars. It costs anywhere from 25 to 45 for a repair kit. Screw that place. Im doing it myself.

First time ever going there today, will go again. My screen was shattered and they said 45 mins it’ll be done, came back to a brand new screen. Very impressed!

Great place, my screen broke on a Sunday. They had me a new one installed by Wednesday. One month later that screen went bad. They overnighted a new screen for me and had it in the next afternoon.

IT WAD TERRIBLE! They had the phone for a week. Then I went in to get the phone but they didnt have it done yet. And then they said it be done the next day then we went in early on the next day and they still didnt have it done, but then they said it would be done by 2. And it wasnt. So they said it would be done the next day and then they had a smart alec look on thier faces. It was just easier to buy a brand new phone.IT WAS TERRIBLE!

The customer service at Shadow Masters was always quite friendly. However, I had quite a negative experience. It took two weeks with me always contacting them to try and fix the keyboard for my tablet. I was continually told dates when the problem would be resolved, but it never was. In the end, I did not even receive a new keyboard.

Great price and quick turnaround on a battery replacement. A+
