Im doing a cross country motorcycle trip and started having chain issues. It was Monday and after calling 5 different places for a 525 chain I got nothing and most were closed. Called Great Plains and was immediately helped. Got prompt service even when I arrived 30 minutes before they closed! I was ready to find a place to stay nearby and wait till tomorrow but they replaced the chain within 15 minutes. It was a great experience and they have my thanks for helping me continue my trip without a hitch.
