Have been a big lots card holder for 3 years. When I need some last minute things I am able to get most all of it at super savings. Recommend this place to alot of my friends.

I just Love this Big Lots. They always have a great selection of everything. I did a good majority of my Christmas shopping and felt like I got good quality items for low prices! The girls who work there Wendy, Samantha and Sarah are always so helpful and friendly!

Ill never shop at Big lots ever again and urge you not to either.Today I went to Big Lots on 5400s and 4000w to look for a valence. I was not greeted and was followed in and was told to leave the store. I asked for what and was told because I was there 2 weeks prior shoplifting. I told her she was mistaken and pulled my mask down but this associate insisted it was me. She did say she has proof but never produced it. I left the store upset. So I called the store talked to Amanda who supposedly knew who I was before I asked for the manager. I went back down there and asked to clear this up. They called the police and had me trespassed.. For what?? Looking like somebody that may or may have not shoplifted 2 weeks ago. If they knew who I was why arent they prosecuting me. No clarification nothing. I was wearing a mask and went right to the curtain section. This was very disturbing and upsetting. The manager came in at 2pm. I called and spoke with her and she is supposed to call me back. She never called me back.

They have so many items to choose from at a great price. The dogs love the toys too

This store in particular is one of the cleanest stores I have been too. Everything is organized and looking good. We always enjoy going in here because you never know what you might find. They have grocery items that are good priced and some items you wont find anywhere else. They always have great finds that you didnt know you were looking for. Teresa the manager is amazing and very helpful and the rest of the staff are friendly as well. Great store

I cannot say enough about the quality of people that work at this particular store. They are always friendly, welcoming you when you enter. They will bend over backwards to help you find what you need. They are constantly making sure the store looks clean and organized. I have witnessed kindnesses between employees, as well. Always speaking kindly and having each others backs. Whoever manages this store and hires the employees is to be commended. You have a group of people who clearly love their company, love their jobs, love helping people, and find joy in life.

Okay customer service, slightly remodeled, good deals and large selection on kitchen ware and house decor. Large selection of snacks, drinks, candy, and coffee; small selection of child and infant toys. There are some things they no longer have in stock right such as: some frozen foods, baby products (no diapers, wipes, rash creams/ointments, ect), and party supplies

This place is super awesome! Affordable and you find really everything with the exception of fresh produce. Even appliances and furniture!The staff is super friendly, they also have a rewards program to help you with discounts.There arent many of these stores but I do appreciate them!

I never realized what cute home decor stuff they have for such a good price. I havent been to a big lots in years. It was definitely worth the trip.

I had some time to kill in the neighborhood and si I thought Id go in. First time Id been inside of a Big Lots and I was pretty impressed by their selection and prices. The clerks were VERY friendly and helpful. There are some things you can find there that are great,but you have to be selective. Ill definitely go back to do some more looking around, get on their email list and rewards program.

Big lots is a discount store that sells groceries and home needs, if you are looking for something for your house at a great price big lots is the store to shop. Around holidays meaning Christmas big lots has a lot of great Christmas presents that are cheap. It is located on the corner of 5400 South and 4015 West in Kearns Utah the parking lot is not the best it is joined with several other Hispanic stores. So with that being said you know how parking lots are when theyre next to those stores, good luck shop in here.

A good store to shop at especially when they have there 20%off sale like today. I went in to buy a few things but the 2 registers they had opened had very long lines. So I just left. But still a great store.

This store is always clean and organized. The staff always inquires whether I need assistance. The prices are generally manageable. I just wish there were more of this store chain available and closer to where I live.

I love Big Lots. This one is not in the best neighborhood so if youre from out of town probably wouldnt come to this one theres one on the east side on Vine I would go to instead. But for the locals you know what West Valley City is about. That said the store is pretty big lots of selections as always.

They held something for me when I got there it was almost as if it was waiting for me at the register! Store was clean. Service was fast and friendly! Couldnt have done better myself. Thanks Big Lots!!!

This Big Lots is well stocked and mostly organized. The store itself is tidy and clean. Just dont go in the bathrooms. Their bathrooms are very run-down, dirty corners, mildew around the floor around the base of the old toilets. I dont know how their pipes dont freeze. There is zero heating in the bathroom itself during cold times of year, and zero hot water in the sink faucets. The toilet paper in some stalls, and paper towels are sitting atop the dispensers that they are supposed to be within. Someone get this Big Lots new bathrooms!

Thats really good for a tide budget and good staff there.Like to go there a lot, they have sometimes food from Germany for a good price.

Find always some organic food at Big Lots to a good price. Personal very friendly and after coming a few time they know you. Simply a store I go and can come with a lot out. Part of my furniture is from there. Found a great bed for me and a bed for my son. His bed is with bed couch.

It was OK, I like shopping a lot and best time is during Christmas time.

Big lots had great deals. As well they always have the best holiday decorations. I have never had a problems or left unhappy. The employees are always so friendly and nice. I have had a two different employees who went above and beyond and made sure I got everything I needed. The only down Side is the location. The parking lot sucks. And its always a hassle to get in and out of the parking lot.

One of the bottom 5 retail experiences of my life - no exaggeration. I doubt I have ever seen more incompetence and ineptness in one location. Employees are completely unable to understand their own pricing structure and promotions. Any attempt at customer service was completely lost in a futile attempt to argue and somehow prove that the customer was wrong in the first place. I am still baffled by how confused and completely incapable of comprehension the antagonist of this absurd adventure was. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Most of the employees are very nice and very helpful. ... aside from them always following...insinuating that you may have not paid for everything in your cart....and the signs that say..All Summer Items 50% Off however when I get to the checkout stand with Solar Lights.. Oh no these are not included in the sale...yet no where does it state that...

I love big lots. You can find all kinds of things there, from food to knick knacks to hair and skin product to luxury bedding at bottom prices. NOT out of date items or second hand. New.

This store is located near my work and has been used by coworkers and now myself on more than one occasion. They are consistently attentive but not overly intrusive. Helpful, suggestive and friendly. They are personal well kept and hygenic. The store in generally tidy, organised, and clear of unnecessary clutter and spills. They have a wide variety of items with good selection choices. Checkout is prompt and usually pretty quick (differs depending on about of items, number of employees and time of day).

Weve been shopping at Big Lots (and before that McFrugals and PicnSave) for 35 years. The employees are helpful, they greet us cheerfully, and they always seem happy to see us and chat with us as we check out. We shop here often and like it, especially the occasional 20 per cent discount days.

Big lots is a great place to head when you need things for the home. I was able to get a B&D 8cup food processor for only $29.99. but you have search. Its a big place.
