This is my first time renting a storage unit and I must say Barbara was not only an amazing help but very friendly. She had me laughing and enjoying a conversation with her. And very helpful. Worst experience ever… public storage in general as a company raises the rent every few months…. My rent went from 66 dollars a month all the way up to 103$ . For the same unit.. worst customer satisfaction ever. Especially through the pandemic.. they win you over in the beginning with a great deal but it doesn’t last long, they slowly raise the rent.. we are leaving public storage for a better provider.

I was very impressed with Molly’s customer service over the weekend. Molly went above and beyond with her kindness and attentiveness in assisting us as we lost our key and needed her to witness us cutting off old lock and replacing it. The experience I had renting a unit from this location was fantastic. Was able to easily reserve exactly what I wanted online. When I showed up everything was ready for me from gate code to a lock for the unit. Stored my stuff in here for just over 6 months and nothing was damaged from weather, rodents or other means. And canceling the unit when I was done was breeze. No hassle about extending or other rention efforts.All of these things above are the reason if I need storage again Ill come back here!

If I could give negative stars I would. Website quotes a drive up unit. After waiting over 20 minutes for clerk to come back to the office, the process was long and AFTER I paid was told it was not a drive up unit but down two dark hallways. When I complained I was transferred to a unit at another location but then double charged!! When I called for a refund was told they don’t refund “admin fees” even though I literally never even opened the door of the first unit. Called the district manager and left a message and was never called back. Then I see after I have moved out of the second unit I was just charged again!! This place has HORRIBLE business practices and customer service. DO NOT RENT HERE, go somewhere else that will treat you fairly. Worst experience ever!

Most storage places are secure, offer easy access, etc. So the main thing that sets them apart is usually service and this one has great service as we were signing up for a unit.Friendly and efficient, we were in and out as quick as you could expect, with a lower rate than we anticipated.

I have decided to rent a space. It is in a great location for me... very close and convenient. It is very secure. You can only get in with a security code which is the code you have to use to get out. There are security cameras that can see each unit. Once you get to you location you have to open a secure door with a code then open your locked door. The staff was very nice and helpful. All my questions were answered. The prices are very reasonable! I am very satisfied! I definitely recommend

2020.02.01 - Storage was paid all the way through March. Found a place and was able to move in and tried to get everything out last night (01.31) but they close access at 9pm. So we finished up today, but they refuse to refund the month or even prorate for less a day. Check your options before coming here.

Shelby is the manager at this location.she has always been helpful and friendly in meeting my storage needs as they have increased. she practices safe social distancing too.

I walked in and asked if there was an available unit. Lynda immediately grabbed keys to show me some units. She was very outgoing and energetic. She answered all questions that I had. Shelby was also great with any questions. They were both very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend Public Storage. I am happy that the gate has certain hours people can go in.

My husband has a unit in west valley but we work closer to the kearns location. We always come here to pay our bill, makes it so much more convenient for us. Shelby is always so nice and has such amazing customer service.

These guys were great to work with. The whole experience was fast and easy. I booked online and found the lowest price around and it was easy and no surprises. They also gave me the first month free! Linda was the best -so professional and accommodating! Shelby was super helpful and nice too! Overall great experience. Manuevering a big truck was a little tricky due to narrow roads but Linda and Shelby came out and helped us get out when we were finished unloading!

Vacated Unit E105 on 4/30/2020. Still being charged for May. Despite calling the main customer service number to let them know. On top of that this is also a rate increase over previous months $70. Despite being in the middle of a Pandemic.

Nura attendant there was awesome. She found a unit to save me money. Showed me several to make sure I was satisfied and even applied a credit from my old unit. I highly suggest this location with Nura if shes available.

I have used this place for a couple years and have found them to be mostly rude and service is hard to come by, hard to find anyone to help, rarely someone in office. If you happen to be late on payment, within days youll be threatened with fines and the auctioning off of your shed very rudely. In the couple years Ive been there the price of my shed has doubled with no explanation just a increase every little while that your supposed to know about hitting your bill.

I had no qualms with this place until the time came to pay my rent and discovered that my check bounced! I looked into why and discovered the person my wife spoke with here didnt input our cancellation request and kept our account open! We ensured we had all of our things out of their storage by 03/31/2017. Our banking records all of a sudden show a deduction for Aprils storage rent. We informed them that we cancelled and spoke to numerous representatives, only to be told, Sorry. The person you spoke with didnt put it in your cancellation request and theres no way to prove that you were out by the end of March. You have to pay for April and theres nothing we can do Are you kidding me?! Obviously, members of their staff are forgetful or neglectful of your requests, and it has now snowballed into an issue with paying rent for my new living situation. Gotta come up with a couple extra hundred dollars now in the next few days if I dont want to see a Pay or Vacate notice on my door, because this place decided to take a months worth of storage rent when we CLEARLY provided instructions we no longer needed their storage or services and my wife and I were CLEARLY set the expectation that our account would be cancelled at the end of March. GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED INSIGNIFICANTLY AND EXPERIENCE DEEP PANG OF STRESS! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THEM SAYING THEY FORGOT TO DO SOMETHING OR INPUT YOUR CANCELLATION REQUEST TO TAKE ANOTHER MONTH OF STORAGE RENT FROM YOU! Youve been warned reader.

Very friendly service there. Good secure place to store your possessions. The only problem I had was that I had to put their insurance on my storage unit and pay for that and that should be optional.

I haven’t yet been able to pull up to my unit without having to park on the street and walk into the building and ask the staff to move their vehicle away from my unit so I can access it! It’s getting ridiculous!!

I Absolutely love the staff Shelby is probably the nicest person I’ve ever met. The only thing I don’t like is that the storage and it keeps going up we started to think $59 and that was it for six months and then it went up to $94 and then it went up to $104 and now it’s $110, within three years. The only reason I’m really staying is because I love the staff Shelby is awesome. She helps the customers stays calm is the customer to calm down. And I have seen this in person so I am not just telling the story. Do you need to lower their prices. I have a 10 x 10 and I pay $110 a month. And this is October 2018.

Connie was very very helpful. She was polite and kind. Another customer came in and was screaming at her, demanding she be helped immediately. Connie politely took care of me and finished my rental. She did NOT jeopardize my personal info or make me feel like my business wan not important because I was not screaming.

Friendly service there. I didnt like that I had to pay for their insurance on my storage in order to store some possessions there. It get costly if you intend on renting a unit for more than a few months. Other than that, it is a safe and secure location.

Ive been renting a storage unit at Public Storage for a couple of years now, and Ive never once had any problems with the facility or their staff. Shelby is very professional, kind, punctual, and efficient. She always goes above and beyond. I am extremely satisfied with the business and I highly recommend it to friends and family.

I have used this storage facility since June 2013. I was out of work until November and had a hard time making the payment; Dustin was always friendly and would call and give a friendly reminder that my payment was due. Once I was short by $.40 and he covered it and said not to worry about it. Dustin knows me by name, and he is always friendly whenever I go to my storage Dustin always says, Hi Paula, how are you doing? and we have a friendly conversation. Thanks Dustin =)
