Got here on a Tuesday afternoon to return some amazon purchases. The 2 young men at the counter were friendly and helpful. They even waited patiently while I sat in the corner to figure out some mixed up labels.

A company computer glitch duplicated my order so I had multiple deliveries by UPS being delivered. The company told me to reject the packages. First off the delivery driver left the packages in front of my garage door so I missed the delivery. Could have actually ran over the packages. Then I wrote return to sender on the packages and dropped them off at the local UPS store. Customer service rep said that worked great and accepted the returns. A few weeks later the packages never showed up at the company was returning too. I went back to the UPS store and they claimed they have no way to track return to sender packages. I then asked for a manager assuming my packages was lost. The store rep then said oh, by chance are these your packages? Sure enough they was. Supposedly they had a hazard label on them (brake fluid) and could not be accepted by the store. I had to take them to the main UPS hub to ship. They sat at the store after previously being accepted for two weeks, the store never tried to reach out to myself whatsoever. UPS has failed on so many levels.

This store was ok but they keep changing personnel and theres no employees with good experience now. Dont blame the kids, they just learning. Maybe if they were paid better they could be keep a little longer.

Young confused staff, nobody knows what they are doing or even talking about. Sent a package of personal items to Canada but they staff member filled out the commercial invoice incorrectly resulting in $260 in import fees being charged! Went back twice to get fixed and both times was turned away saying they would need to charge for a new way bill to correct the issue. Very confused people, even the management was unhelpful.

I stopped into make an amazon return yesterday and the store is an ICE BOX. The employees were all bundled up and freezing! NO ONE should have to work under these conditions. The employees explained that the heating unit had been broken for days and there was not ETA on it being fix, which does not surprise me. I have gone in multiple times to get Passport photos and use the paper cutter to find that they too are broken and there is no ETA on them being fixed either. I asked to speak with the owner and of course there is no owner around. Poor ownership and business practices all around. Your employees deserve a warm place to work and your customers should also feel comfortable when entering your store.

His response was a stellar, Yes, we can get it done! So great to work with a business with strong customer service paired with a Can-Do attitude! They did everything as promised and on time! I was told that Notary person will be here 8:30-4:30. I came today at 4 & she/he is not here .now I have to go back 5 miles to get a piece of paper notarized . UPS should look into time management of this folks!

I have been using this store for the past 1 year and a half!! And all of a sudden my packages are never found, I can show the tracking and everything! This store has become ridiculous!!! Nothing but non ambitious people who work there!! The other day that place was a mess!

I work for a service company based in Portland. I go to this UPS Store a few times a week to ship packages back there and due to the nature of my work the packages are always quite heavy. The employees here are always very nice and helpful.

The website and sign on the door show they are open until 4pm on Sundays. However, I went today and it was closed. I went at 2pm. Not professional in the slightest.

I left a review earlier about how this store completely lacks function. I called about overnight shipping I had paid for and then didnt get for three days. overnight shipping costs 122 dollars and I didnt get it for three days. they got back to me saying they couldnt do a refund but not until weeks of phone calls just trying to get this sorted out and being left with empty promises and fake commitments. They said they cant do a refund because the package was delayed? we didnt delay it? do I make a gamble with UPS every time I drop 122 bucks? This establishment really is a let down and I am short 122 bucks and dint even get what I paid for, let alone the trouble this has caused and the wasted phone calls and voicemails and reviews. Finally seeing your true colors, UPS.

A handy place to drop off packages or Amazon returns. Prices are very high for other stuff though. Over $5 for a small cardboard box! I went to Walmart and bought the same size for 79 cents. They also quoted me more than double what USPS charges...to ship via USPS. Youre way better off to get shipping supplies and print labels elsewhere.

Their website says they ship USPS Priority. Then when you get there they tell you that is technically true, but they dont accept the Flat rate boxes. I rechecked their website for a mention of that and didnt find one.

I was helped by Colton and his associate. I had to print and laminate a book mark, they were very patient, kind, and even cut it out perfectly for me! Definitely will go back with cash next time to tip 😊

I love this location! Manager Colton in particular is an absolute gem. I am new in the area, and with all the craziness in the world, it was refreshing to encounter the kindness and compassion from the staff here. Both on the phone and in person, Colton was professional, yet understanding and considerate. Other staff Ive spoken to since were equally wonderful. This store is technically 2 miles out of my way - but i dont care. Their customer service has been so outstanding I wont even consider going anywhere else. (Especially after experiencing rudeness, indifference, and price gouging from a West Jordan franchise UPS store location.)

I visited the store today to send something back I purchased on the Internet with a return shipping label. Ended up costing me $2.13 to print off the return shipping label. That’s double the price if you were to go to FedEx. Save yourself some money and head to FedEx. This might also explain why there’s always new employees at this location.

Make sure to get receipt for EVERYTHING SHIPPED! YOUNG KID WHO WORKS HERE NEVER SHIPPED MY RETURN TO AMAZON AND QVC. Pretty sure they stole all the packages. I wont ever use this location again. BEWARE!!!

I have been waiting here since 8:15am because their store and online says it opens at 8:30am. Its 10 minutes past so far no one is here except for a couple of us customers waiting in our cars. I have called and no one answers. so either you suck at punctuation or you need to update store hours in your locally owned establishment.

The print center here is the absolute worst. They charge $1.00 up front for the privilege of using their prehistoric print station, plus $0.25 per minute spent at the terminal (most of which time is spent trying to figure out the confusing print terminal and waiting for their dinosaur of a computer to load your documents), in addition to the usual per-page printing fees. The system tried to charge me $4.12 to print 4 black-and-white pages!The same job would have cost me under $0.50 at FedEx. They seriously need to update their print pricing and station. Charging for time and charging a flat fee to use the station is just unreasonable.2 stars instead of 1 because the guy at the counter was helpful.

Im really disappointed in the service Im getting with this ups store. The previous that o had my mail at never gave me this many problems. I thought I would get a closer to my stress ups store mail box and I dont even get mail. Ive received 1 letter and 1 package, the rest of my mail has returned to sender and Im getting emails stating that the address doesnt work. Ive made the changes at the post office as they suggested and nothing. I went in to express my concerns and the person working there just said, ya sorry, I dont know... the mail has to go some where. So much for customer service. 2 months of paying...the whole year is paid for, I just threw away 1 years worth of money for my mail not to come. What a waste.

I had a package that needed to be picked up from home and the driver tried 3 times to come get it but no one was home. Took it to the Kearns location and they took care of getting the correct return label from one of their drivers who was going to the main hub to duplicate it so I didnt have to pay anything. They took responsibility of it even though it was our fault we werent home to give the correct driver the package. Great customer/selfless service in my point of view. Thanks!!! Store employee was Amber.

Have taken my packages 4 times. Now wont because they say hazmat rules. Last 4 packages were labled exactly the same. Idiot there started to peel off the sticker. Horrible location and learn the rules. Dont go there.

Absolutely unimpressed with the lack of customer service. My package was supposed to arrive to the recipient on March 1st. They some how created 2 labels so UPS was unable to deliver my package. It had to come all the way back to Utah and then be reshipped and the best they offered was ground to ship it back for their mistake. So a package that was supposed to arrive March 1st is now arriving over 2 weeks late on March 14th. I understand the gentleman was new who created the error but the lack of resolution behind the issue is ridiculous.

Went to pick up my package the worker said they don’t have the package. He didn’t even check. After getting back home a tracked the package and it says it is there. I’m irritated cause now i have to make another trip. When all he had to do was check. He just figured it wasn’t there cause the slip the driver left said it may take the next business day to get there.

I brought a package to their store and explicitly stated I needed it insured for damages. The employee and myself opened my package. I was sold bubble wrap and assisted in packagting more securely. I was charged for and told it would be insured for damages. It arrived damaged and UPS denied insurance due to packaging guidelines not being met. Of course UPS doesnt back their store locations and their store owner does not seem to understand their liability in this ordeal. Plus their employees are slow and service always takes forever

They take forever!!! even if there is only one other customer it takes me 20 minutes or so. they also told me that they wouldnt ship beer. a regular UPS store has shipped it for me in the past but they said they still wouldnt do it apparently its against store policy because a couple of chumps that own it are Mormon or some crap. what a bunch of idiots.
