Awful service. Constantly late with deliveries. The last one never even showed up three weeks later but they made sure to charge me. Now they want to charge me $50 to “recondition” a cooler that I rent at $4/month for 3years because I want to cancel my account. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Not to mention the skyrocketing prices for WATER. $2/gallon? No more
Such a terrible experience across the board with Ready Refresh! The prices have gone up exponentially since we started. Deliveries are wildly inconsistent and never happen when they are supposed to. And when you try to cancel, they charge you $50 to pick up the dispenser you’ve been paying them to rent. Absolute trash and zero concern for their customers. Do yourself a favor and get your water from the grocery store and invest in your own dispenser and save yourself the headache of dealing with this joke of a company.
If I could give negative stars I would. They charge for a paper invoice, they apply late fees during COVID, the drivers have nasty attitudes and refuse to take all of the empties, meaning they continue to keep your deposit money long after youve used the product and are able to return the bottles, their invoices are confusing and get you to overpay because they add the past due amount to the current due amount, the current due amount not appearing anywhere on their invoices, basically they double charge you.
If you like Poland Spring water & you have an account with Ready Refresh/Nestle you may want to consider dropping your account. I had Poland Spring water delivered to my home until Nestle bought them out years ago. A few months after they were bought, Nestle slowly raised the price of water/delivery 100%. I was getting 10 gallons of water for $12 which included delivery. Once Nestle took over, within a year I was paying $24 for the same order so I cancelled my account. Customer Service is the worst with a rude staff that has a take it or leave it attitude. I looked around & found that Target sells PS water for $3.00 per 2-1/2 gallons of water... the same amount I paid 8 years ago. Save you hard earned money & consider cancelling your Nestle account & pick up the same water at Target.
My first delivery never arrived, then after receiving the crock and water without a stand; the crock was broken resulting is a 3 gallon water leak. Customer service resent me a crock and stand as well as the 3 gallon jug that leaked. At this point my first invoice is paid in full.My 2nd invoice contained me being charged for the broken/missing items a 2nd time as well as the stand and crock sent to me by customer service. In addition my card was charged 17 days before the invoice said it was due.Today I received a refund for only 1 of the 3 and I closed my account. Terrible Service & A Scam
Unreliable delivery. Will cancel without notification or rescheduling the delivery. They charge for bottles that are not delivered. Untrustworthy. Find a different water delivery service.
They are the worst company ever! We had our delivery confirmed three times and still received the wrong amount of water and distilled water instead of spring water as requested. We are a small business so I tried to give them as many chances as possible, but I just had to stop doing business with them...Can not count on them for anything, there customer service really is horrible.

The absolute worst delivery service ever. Changes delivery date without notice or email. When you sign into their website you find out that your delivery date is changed again. No water! Doesnt matter. They cant keep up with their schedule. Terrible! They hit my account for deposit charges for bottles sitting outside waiting for pick up for the past 5 days. Now they say pick up will be tomorrow, not counting on it. Choose another company. Go pick up water at the grocery store. Then you can control whether you have water or not.
One of the worst companies I have ever encountered. Snuck additional fees and delivery charges onto my bill. SNEAKY LIARS.
I have had a broken water cooler a week. I have emailed twice, ihave tried calling multiple times call wait time is 45 minutes i am currently researching other water companies.
Delivery was great but calling the 1800 number to cancel the service was inefficient. I called the customer service number to cancel 4 months ago and got delivery service today. There was no footprint of that previous call in their system. Make sure you get confirmation that you account is inactive.
We live in Tenafly, NJ and the guy that drops off the water is excellent but the problem is with the people running the organization. They make up all sorts of lies and my list of complaints is so long you wont believe it. This company has a management problem. Their website is useless and full of bugs and it hasnt gotten better in 10+ yrs I have been watching the same useless interface.Whoever is running this company for Nestle should be fired but that wont be sufficient, he should be dropped in Africa and left without water so that he understands our plight. Incompetent losers!!! Even unionized government people are better than you!
I have not received since 3 weeks any water everytime i call the promise a date and dont keep their promises . Worst experience ever. If i can find another company, will chance definitelyBelow is the complaint to corporate which i wrote.Hii was supposed to receive water delivery since January 9calling almost every week.supposed to get weekly water delivery.called this Tuesday, they said Im going to get Wednesday.Wednesday called they said it will be Thursday.thursday called talked to supervisor Samantha she said going to be definitely on Friday.and today I still not received my water and called again talked to Kristen or Christal, she said just a few minutes ago, its going to be on Monday.Please for gods sake i just want my water.
I have never encountered an awful service like this. I have scheduled my delivery on Wednesday 11/29 until now they havent delivered my water! Costumer service said they didnt know why! They always reschedule it that its been 4 days! I called again today and said its gonna be delivered between 9am to 2pm. But nothing! Such a ridiculous worst service ever! Going to cancel my order! Dont even deserve a single star!
We have waited for the delivery of the water dispenser and and first bottle of water for 3 weeks with multiple appointments. They will not drop the water dispenser off unless someone over 18 is there to sign and they only deliver from 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday. I took off work the first time, had my elderly mother wait an entire day the second time and then had my wife go in late to work the third time. All 3 times no call/no show. When we called them there was no apology and not a care given. Then I called to cancel our service but Im still getting account update emails stating Im still active with a credit card on file. This is hands down the worst service company I have ever seen. I would definitely recommend spending a couple dollars more to use a company that actually knows how to run a business and cares about their customers.
Per 5 gallon bottle water costs $13, then charge $5.85. Do you believe it? I decided to cancel the service and buy it from homedepot at $7.
They show some other amount on the site and charge u different on the credit card... so wrong!
