This shop is ok. The staff is helpful and respectful. I was looking for a local cigar shop and this was the closest one I had besides the overpriced Grand H Cigars Club. City Smoke is decent smoke shop (hookah, vape, rollers), but doesnt have the best cigar selection.

Walked in on SAT OCT 31st for the first time ever, said hello to the lady sitting behind the counter, no response from her, and I walked out.Ugh.Do not give them your $ ....If the owner of the store just so happens to read this and youre wondering why you have no sales when this girl is working here, well thats why. Shes awful. How do you have the unfriendliest person working there for you?

1st time customer looking for a hookah?, . MJ the young lady behind the counter exceeded my expectations. I never bought a hookah before she went above and beyond to show me how to use and clean a hookah and maintain. I wasnt expecting that type of customer service. 5stars

Best smoke shop in Kearny!!

Its a great shop, the customer dont know what they want. That is very annoying. The lady behind the counter is the best. She make sure the customer get the correct items that the customer needs.

Super friendly staff. Always get a good conversation and the store is well stocked. Affordable prices for durable products.

Nice to have a tobacco shop in town, I just wish theyd order more tobacco! I make my own cigarettes and they havent had tobacco in over a month.

Stay away from this place... Prices are garbage taxes are worse.. it gets better attitude behind counter dont appreciate loyal customers and some of there raw papers are fakes ... Highly recommend not even entering this place

Walked in to get a box for my oil pen. He told me it was $27. Had no problems paying. Walked out to my car and open the box to see if it fit my pen. Box was too small. Literally walked back in, not even 2 mins passed to exchange the box for another. Guy behind the register told me he couldn’t because I walked out the store with it. Told him I don’t want my money back just want to exchange for one that fits. He told me no exchanges. I literally bought it 2 mins ago and he said all purchases are final. This place is a joke!. They’re robbing people for there money and think it’s okay. Btw I’m in the store 5x a month. I’m a very good customer!! I’ll never go back to this BS smoke shop or recommend anyone to go. Last time you see me.

This is probably one of the worst Smoke Shops I have ever visited. You have people who work behind the counter and don’t know anything about there own product. It’s a a shame since being a Kearny resident I like to keep the money in house so to speak. I recommend that anyone looking for a a quality smoke shop with great service, products, prices and friendly staff go to Prestige Vap and Smoking in Belleville on Washington Ave. It’s worth the trip!!! Currently all their LEO products are 50% off.

My real review is as follows...........The woman running this business is rude, offensive, and abusive!I walked into the store and she came running out of the back room screaming Get Out....Get Out! for no good reason, treating me like I was a criminal!How she even has a business is beyond me. It desent deserve any star at all.I highly recommend staying away from this place!

Horrible the women at the desk acted like she didnt even want to be there gave me attitude when i asked a question was not helpful what made me laugh the most was they dont even know their glass its cheap and everyting out of the girls mouth was IDK ..IDK not helpful at all ..... go to Wonderland in HH way better staff is friendly and always makes sure to help you find what you need.

Was closed when I got there at 7pm, Sign and Online says closed at 10pm... very misleading
