Cheap stuff no return policy dont buy anything from here

Showed no interest in making sale had to scream across the store to ask about a product because he was too lazy to come sell me a product he seemed more scared of me then helpful no greeting nothing just nonchalant and its a turn off Im tired of this non customer service but except a sale type of attitude

Low on stock never find what I want overall service is ok they do price match

Online and the sign on the door says they close at 9. Its 8:23 and the lights were off and the door was locked. They was a guy inside so I went to the door and he screamed thru the glass, sometimes we close early. NEVER AGAIN!

Josh took care of me. Was very informative and demonstrated to have much knowledge of the products. Very patient and respectful. Bought some supplements based on his suggestions. Will know in about 2 weeks if he was right. Will be going back.

1200 stores closed! They went bankrupt from what the employee told me, but a lot of independently owned franchises are still open. The Lyndhurst store is gone after 20 years! The store in Belleville says closed if you look it up! What a shame! They send your order by mail for free if its not in stock in the store. The employees were always very helpful and patient. Im sorry to see all those stores closed and people that lost thier jobs. I will still go to the stores that are open though, and hopefully they will recover and be around for a while.

This is a franchise GNC. I just found out they price some of their items higher. The store has a goal they must meet daily unfortunately customer service is not part of that. I have gone to different GNCs and this has no friendly environment at all. I will definitely go to a different store.

The location is very organized and good customer service, but not enough parking and items too pricey.
