Horrible customer service - do not respect their orders nor customers.Placed an order online for an allocated bottle of bourbon and selected a pick up date. Called them to let them know I could not make it that day only to hear that they could not accommodate holding it two more days in their store. I guess they ran out of space in their store to hold one little bottle. Shame. They would rather give it out to one of the many people who call daily to inquire about it. How about respecting your customers and honoring the website orders, instead of blaming it on your staff who made the mistake of holding the bottle.

Excellent selection of wine and beer. Prices are also reasonable compared to other stores in the area. Parking is also available. Only downside is that its close to Walmart so there is always some cars blocking the entrance and exit

Large store with an O.K. selection of craft beers.Ive seen better selections & pricing at other Buy Rites + liquor stores in the area.Also, the management of this store was not knowledgeable of the current beer inventory and was actually unfriendly when asked a couple questions.Thats the last time I go into this store.

Very poor customer service. BuyRite processed our order incorrectly and delivered it to the wrong address. When we didnt receive our order we called and the owners refused to help us and still charged us.I called and sent them a screenshot of the delivery address we provided in their Kearney BuyRite app and it didnt match the delivery information they had listed on their end. So maybe there was a disconnect in their system, but BuyRite Kearny did not try to reconsile the fact that they did not deliver our order to the address we provided.I had to dispute the charge through my credit card since BuyRite would not refund our order or replace it. The only thing that would tell us over the phone was that everything was our fault....

This place is large and the ppl seem pleasant but I was surprised at the limited stock they had. We were searching for a particular flavor of Michelob and the response to our query was, They didnt have it. Places rarely carry it.Not true.They didnt carry it but we had gotten it at another place last week and I was pleasantly surprised to find it in a tiny liquor store in my hood.They were also severely limited in the variety of non-alcoholic beer that they stocked. They only had 4 kinds. This is a place that clearly caters mostly to those who like alcohol. I dont and the Michelob was for someone else who requested it. Not gonna waste my time there anymore.

Employees are friendly, helpful, and generally knowledgeable about the products they sell. Store is super clean too with a great selection of beer, wine, and spirits. The app doesnt work as well as Id hope but the store is still fantastic.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Clearly they hire anyone off the street. The cashier behind the counter is not only rude she’s also clearly uneducated. The concept of chip vs no chip on a card seemed to baffle her. Never again.

Awesome experience at this location. One of the easiest and memorable shopping experiences and i have gone multiple times and never had rude or hard time. Any one saying that probably is a trouble make with a fake credit card lol. Any who these people know their stuff and are more than Helpful and the prices speak for themselves !!!!!!!

This location doesnt give employees a break and they refuse to pay any overtime. STAY AWAY!

We like this store the prices are reasonable and the variety of beer, wines, liquor are great. The knowledge the staff has on the beers and IPAS and everything else they sell is awesome. I love this store because it carries my favorite Sparkling Moscato Bartenura in its biggest bottle.
