Great service here. I have used this store a lot and have always been satisfied with my experience and the staff was very helpful. One time they took extra time to help me package some very fragile and expensive items and because of their help the package arrived in perfect conditions.

I love this UPS location! I come here at least once a week to either use their printer to print shipping labels (25 cents per paper) or to return amazon packages, the staff here is pretty wonderful and I can tell they do their best to make sure everyone is taken care of in the store especially when it gets busy.The other day William helped me with the packaging of an amazon return so I could make the packaging that I brought in work rather than spending extra $ to buy another box these guys do a great job here!

I went to get my documents printed for an upcoming exam. All the staff were very helpful and were ready to accommodate my specifications. I have never been to an ups this welcoming. Definitely recommend them if you stay in kearny, Harrison or Newark.

I get great service every time I visit this location. The staff is friendly even when they are swamped with work, customers, but still make sure you feel important and that you are taken care of. If youre looking for a location, drive here, its worth it, even if its out of your way.

Customer service was excellent. I dropped off two packages to return and left feeling like I got something for free... I watched the staff and they were extremely helpful and kind to everyone who entered the store.

I am overwhelmingly grateful for the service provided at this location. I have lived in many states needing to ship items and this by far is the best UPS I’ve ever worked with.When I couldn’t find the answers I was looking for online I called the store and was greeted by a friendly and helpful voice. I was able to talk to the owner who immediately jumped in and helped with my requests. That same day their team dropped off several boxes to my nearby apartment and I was able to get the ball rolling on packing. Within a few days paired with lots of welcomed communication the team at UPS Kearny picked up all of the boxes and my items that still needed to be packed and shipped.Without ever meeting the team I felt that I was in good hands and am so grateful for the customer service and patience. My items are now en route to my new home. I want to give a special shoutout to Doug and to Hetal for their exceptional assistance.If I’m ever in need of services in this area I will without hesitation choose you first. I would highly recommend this store for its incredible service and kindness.

I sent my passport through Next Day Air Saver Delivery for renewal. Now the package is lost. Not getting help where the package could be. They just mentioned to file a claim. Important documents are misplaced but no help from customer care.

If I can give this negative stars I would. When I went to this store, the person who was trying to help me ship my package was not even paying attention to the details I was saying. He was completely talking to someone else in the store about their family. I had to wait 5 minutes just to talk to him. Then, for some reason my package couldn’t be delivered because the delivery guy said the address was wrong and then the package was lost. I checked the receipt it was right address, one family house!!!! How could someone confuse a one family house?????? I contacted the UPS 3 times waiting more than 30 minutes for each just to be answered but they were unhelpful and rude. THEY ARE ONLY GOOD WHEN THEY GET YOUR PACKAGE SHIPPED BUT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR PACKAGE THEY WONT HELP YOU. I SUGGEST USING A DIFFERENT CARRIER LIKE USPS, FEDEX, ETC.

1 one day i came to this store and i got the best experience of my life, the owner, Mr. Patel, make feel if im part of his family or friends, since that day i do all my bussines in his store, all his employees are like him, they treat you so special you feel like not wanting to leave, go there and feel the same i do few times every week i wish every UPS employees learn how to service customer from them....

MIKE IS AWESOME!!!!!!!I travel for work and I ship my electric scooter to my locations. This days I was running behind and got there at 8:04pm. They close at 8pm. Mike was so nice and kind to answer my questions and allowed my to still drop it off and he packed and shipped it for me the next day. He kept in constant contact with me during this process and that really made the difference. We he Could have said Im sorry we are close, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. This UPS store now has a customer for life all because of MIKE. MIke if you read this, YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!! Keep up the AWESOME WORK. Guys ask for MIKE when you go in. This UPS STORE is owned by a saint who employees people who also emulate the same standards that have been set before them. I recently moved and arranged to have an item shipped to their store since I would be at work during the time of delivery. Due to my own miscalculations the size and weight of the packages were simply impossible for me to physically move or fit into my little sedan. I asked the store owner if I could pay to ship it to my place during the weekend and they told me they would bring it over to my place and up to my third story apartment (which happens to be five minutes away) with no additional costs. This particular UPS store will be the only store getting my business for the forceable future as this is not run as a day to day business but as warm friendly family environment, as I could easily tell when the first moment I walked in and the owners were chatting with locals who had stopped in to have their packages delivered. 5 stars really doesnt do this place justice as places like these are far in-between, thank you again for going above and beyond to a newcomer in your city !

35 mins to drop off a Amazon return needs to be run better bad management

Of all the businesses in the area, i would say that these guys are the most hospitable and friendly and they truly have your interest in mind. They don’t try to sell you stuff or waste your time unnecessarily. I have heard people talk about these guys and their helpfulness. The last time I wanted to send something, they made the ups guy who picks up the packages wait for me to come in and drop mine off. Not sure of how to repay the help than posting a great review. Cheers guys keep up the awesome customer service.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I can’t not express how wonderful the staff is, very professional, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. I had to ship a large futon back to a store, and couldn’t figure out how to get a box that would fit or how to get it shipped due to weight. I brought it in simply looking for some advice but instead they literally took the burden off my hands. They communicate incredibly well with you the entire time to assure you that your package is being handled well and with care. I will never go anywhere else, if you’re looking for a good experience with the horrible task of shipping items, look no further, they are truly the best!!! Sorry if this sounds like an infomercial, I’m just really that impressed with this store!! :)

Hand downs one of best UPS location in north jersey/nyc I have been to. Highly professional, courteous people who are willing to help you and go an extra mile. I dont think Ive ever experiences such WONDERFUL customer service!!! Hetal and his team and just great. I needed to have a zillion documents notarized and Hetal patiently worked through each page. He then carefully wrapped the documents in plastic before putting them in the envelope so they wouldnt get wet because it had been raining like crazy all week. He knew the documents were important so he even called me a few days later to make sure everything was ok. I had to go back a few times to have other documents notarized and it was like going back to see a friend every time. I highly recommend this UPS store!
