My daughter is renting a pre-owned laptop. The staff was great and the selection was pretty good as well. However, after doing research on the item she wanted she was told it was not available when she came in. She settled for another laptop that they recommended at a slightly higher price, after being assured it could handle gaming as well.She had issues from day one, mainly having to delete and reboot as it seems this unit was not refurbished before re-rental.Within a few weeks, the screen began turning black. Knowing that the screen is not covered by warranty, she began researching what was happening and how to (or who could) fix it. Turned out it was due to the laptop being open and on display for so long-no wonder they wont cover the screen, knowing it would be a consistent issue for them.Now the issue is crashing. Now Im not tech savvy so Im lost on what this all means but Im watching my daughter spend the last three days trying to save everything she can. She installed a game and the laptop simply cannot handle it.So with all the money already invested and a screen that wont be covered, she has no options but to pay it off and scrap it. Eight weeks in, $1600 lost, and nothing to show for it. I highly suggest anyone looking for a laptop to just stash away the weekly amount that you would be paying and go buy one outright where you wont be swindled.

They gave me a laptop that is fried and does not even turn on at all im im bring back today maybe they can give me a better deal on one that works

Absolute robbery. I called looking for a washer and dryer. Now I know that rent a center loves to take advantage of people who have low income or crumby credit. Well they told me I’d be paying $4000 for a USED washer and dryer. Yeah no thanks. Horrible they do that to struggling people.

Decent. Never had an issue here. The folks take care of my needs as it comes to trades and exchanges based on a lot of thingt. Definitely accommodating, and the folks are awesome.

Very Rude Manger at this store ! Says one thing and changes it and says it not what he said. Very Rude to customers and does not know anything about privacy with your accounts! West street was way better and more friendly

Great ppl here easy way to get what u need

For some its easy to save but not so much for me. With these guys though Ive gotten a washer and dryer, a couch with blue tooth speakers a ps4 pro, new mattress and boxspring for me and now a new bed frame for my son ALL in the last year. Great people too!!!!
