Not mine, my daughters. I live in Alaska, and my daughter in New Hampshire. She had some battery problems this morning, and went to autozone to get a new battery. The “manager” couldn’t be bothered to help her figure out which battery she needed, help her install it, or even offer to test the battery she had to see if it was good! I can’t believe that a “manager” is this poor at customer service. My daughter was crying when she left the store after being sold a $180 dollar battery and a refusal to help install. I am very disappointed in the nonexistent service she received, and after reading some of the other reviews, I can only hope that this “manager” will either have some training or be reminded that customers are the bread and butter of retail business.
Just left there.Someone was stocking the shelves so all I saw was their back, and I asked if they work there, the response was a unpleasant no I just come in and stock the shelves .. so I had to explain to him that sometimes there are subcontractors who stock shelves that arent store employees... Then he said can I help you. I asked if I could get my codes read on my car and he handed me the code reader and said this is where it is going to go, bring it back in and Ill print it out. The guy was a wiseass...ive been going there forever and...I just left and didnt bother with the codes: he was bad customer serviceEvery other time in the past, they went out to my car and read my codes, By the way, it was 7:00 a.m. in the morning and I was the only person in the whole store.to the store owner, as it seems he pays more attention to this site than the customer service at the store: Im not going on your wild goose chase website search... your stores customer service is down the drain judging by the latest reviews...pay attention THERE not HEREIt seems the new management sucks.Ill be calling even though I think its a waste of a time to complain
Today at 2:50pm I returned an item that I found on the AutoZone website. My wife picked it up for me. When I saw it the part was not anything like the photo on line. When I returned it the manager waited on me . He promptly did the return.I then asked him to look at the website to see if the mistake was the item # or the picture on the website was in accurate. His response was you can look it up on your own phone sometime. it is not like they were busy, I was the only one at the counter.I did respond on how helpful this particular AutoZone was.If you want a great AutoZone, Claremont Nh is worth the trip
There has definitely been some major changes here. The staff is unknowing bit lead by a disrespectful store manager with no regard to customer service. If I could write a review with negative starts thats where it would rank.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They didnt have the part I was looking for so naturally I was disappointed. To be fair the part I needed wasnt really common. I will definitely be shopping there again.
Had a sudden situation that required a new wiper on my way home from VT. Called the Chevy dealer in Keene they were closed called autozone and was assured they could help install the new wiper.Arrived, wiper purchased and installed by friendly, tall man with a customer service name tag (missed his name). Asked him to show me how to do it in case I ever had this situation again. He was super helpful. Great service! I was on my way in 10 minutes. I would have sat at the dealer for hours likely. Thanks again!
Was assured there would be no assistance with my vehicle and was rushed through the phone process by a woman employed there in Keene. Not a good experience

I just want to say Josh is amazing. He helped put my new wiper blades on my car. It was freezing out and not the best conditions. He was working Monday night around 6:30 pm. I hope he gets noticed he is what will help your business grow!!!

This place is THE best! They guided me to put my tail lights in (and another time my front lights). They are the nicest!!
Ultimately I got everything I was there to purchase. The person who was helping me kept getting pulled away by other staff which resulted in a lot of my time being wasted which is why they dont get a 5-star rating I was there for at least an hour which I felt was unacceptable.
Clerk seemed barely interested. Got what I need though.

I had an unfortunate experience there when they put a battery in my car without full contact. After going through hell for weeks, I was able to return their battery, but I had over $500. in tow / new parts / & mechanic labor costs! So even though their staff is great, ill never return. I cant trust them ever again.

I called to confirm a starter was in stock. I spoke to a gentleman and asked him to go put his hands on it and put it aside for me so that I can be sure its there when I arrive. He confirmed they have the starter and he took my name.Upon arrival I spoke to the same gentleman and he comes back empty-handed and says they dont have it and he doesnt know why its still in the system. I reminded him of our conversation where at he put his hands on it and put it aside for me. He never did that. He said he got busy. Busy when? Busy when he was pretending to walk over and put his hands on it but didnt do that? Busy when he said he put my name on it but lied about that also?I asked to speak to the manager. Turns out the manager was a young lady who heard the entire conversation as she was at the counter next to me. Well this is the best part of all. She runs to the back room and never comes back.I wasnt even remotely upset. I wanted her to understand why AutoZone just lost a business customer.I dont expect perfection from anybody. But I do expect honesty. AutoZone, I am truly disappointed in both the personnel and management this Saturday morning...

Cashier named Michelle was extremely rude and got me the wrong part that I clearly said that I needed. Went back in to get a refund and she gave me super attitude because she messed up. Asked if I could have my refund put back on my debit card and they told me that they couldn’t because I chose credit, but I didn’t even get an option to choose debit. She didn’t describe why though just rolled her eyes at me and said ”NO.” Everyone in there was sick and not helpful whatsoever one woman took off her mask while ringing me out, WHILE BEING SICK!!!!! Horrible service horrible attitude and horrible hygiene.
My first visit to this store was about a month ago. The store was very busy when I went in, and there were only two staff members. They worked quickly and efficiently. I received answers to all my questions, and the employee even gave me advice on my vehicle. Definitely a wonderful experience all the way around.
The guys working here were super nice to deal with. They went above and beyond to help me. It seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and had fun working together. Really nice to see!

Theres a 50% chance youll regret going in AutoZone. They treated my mom like sh#% all well trying to force a part on her she knew she didnt need but they would not listen to her. The guy is/was a Moran.They are rude slow dont seem to know much. I recommend any auto part store but this one. Advance Auto is across the street. Much better store. Much better people. Save the hassle.

Worst place to get parts got a caliper and bracket caliper was right but not the bracket then they couldnt get the right bracket then they said they couldnt do anything else but I had to return the bracket and wouldnt give me a discount or anything

Had a rough customer experience with Dean, admittedly I came in late but it was due to my own work schedule. He repeatedly tried to get me to leave as he claimed the store was closing immdiately and he had sh** to do. Gave him the benefit of the doubt. Came back today to return an item and he not got nasty with me for coming in at around 7:30PM (when the store closes at 8PM). He repeatedly stopped helping customers to cuss about how annoyed he was at customers being in the building. Also completely ignored the phone regardless of the three calls he recieved just while helping me even after I said I didnt mind if he picked up and helped the callers.
Autozones website glitched out to an error message when I placed an order, which led to me placing a duplicate order with this store for $500 in Jeep front end parts. When I explained the duplicate order would have to be cancelled and restocked, Ryan handled the situation in a professional and gracious manner, and turned a potential customer complaint into a compliment! I have purchased from Autozone for 20 years plus, and this experience saved their reputation with me. Thank You!
Called and ordered parts. Then drove half hour to pick them up for the time they told me they would be there and had to wait another hour or so to receive the parts. When I got back to the shop I found out they were completely the wrong part.

Unfortunately they hire a bunch of kids at minimum wage who dont know a muffler from a tire youre very lucky if you walk out with the right part and dont have to go back.

The sales staff was helpful in helping me understand the problems my car was having, had the part, and offered assistance.
Went in to get jug of oil an oil filter break pads and rotors for the front and an o2 sensor had to go back because the break pads werent the right ones so i did the break work and moved on to the oil change got down to adding the new oil but when i opened the jug it was open and full of used oil had to go back again to get some new oil the guy did exchange it even though he did not believe it was the jug i bought i have been a long time customer but never will be again (update) i do not care about the wrong part what i do care about is being accused that i was lying about the oil
