Found a great deal on a “coming soon” Ram 3500 and emailed immediately. Was well under market value and salesman Steve Robinson honored my place in line although I was an out of state customer which would mean dealing with many inconvenience as well as holding the truck on their lot for an extended period of time while New York State registered the vehicle. I am incredibly fortunate to be the one who drove this Truck off that lot.

Stay far away! Unprofessional, over priced and way under priced for trade in value. Management does not care about their customers and will tell you they dont care and to go else where. So thats exactly what I did! Its a shame because the salesmen was nice. Update: found what I was looking for less than 4 hrs later! It even has more options with adding on side steps all around. They will be delivering directly to me and picking up the trade in free of charge. All paperwork will be done electronically too! Saving me more than $6,100.00! So glad I didnt fall for the over priced money hungry dealership.

I called for a recall appointment and my check engine light was on by the time I had my appointment it came off but they still tested it and charged me $105. I didn’t want it tested if it was off and the invoice says “please advise” I was never advised and they just tested it anyway. I ran it myself and knew the recall would repair the codes. Went in for a free recall walked out spending $105. Also told me there was another recall but they needed to do about $300 of work just to test it. Never gotten any documentation on this said recall. Just wanted more money. Recall paperwork said 30 minutes I was there for almost two hours. For what it’s worth witnessed the service person tell a young female she needed parts she rejected it he kept pushing and pushing

I did a lot of searching and studying...looking for dependability and long term reliability and found RAM to be a truck i should be able to count on for many years and miles..250000 or more with the Hemi...I was lucky enough to find Keene Chrysler and Brian, Justin and Larry to help me with my truck purchase. Within a week of contacting Brian we had worked out the details and and he delivered the RAM to my house, over 80 miles away from Keene.He showed up on time an proceeded to go over every button, switch and computor screen til I was at ease with there functions.Though I live over 2 hours drive from Keene I will contact Keene Chrysler for any vehicle I may need in the future.

Stephen Robinson was amazing! I submitted an online application to finance a used car through them and not even 5 minutes later he called me to come look at the car I wanted. He offered to drive the car all the way to my home so I could test drive it. An hour later he showed up at my home with it. Then 2 days later I was able to take that car home with me! When I showed up at the dealership to pick it up he had my insurance ID cards ready, they put brand new tires on the car and inspected it for the year! He welcomed us with a smile and a prompt closing on the day we picked up the vehicle. He took his time to show us all the ins and outs of the Wrangler, got us set up with Bluetooth and UConnect. His priority was our time and ensuring we were comfortable with the mechanics and technology of the car. Steve respected our time and the fact that we didn’t want to sit in a dealership all day. He did all our financials over the phone, we were in and out in less than an hour. We are looking to move south in a couple of years and despite the distance, we will return to Steve at Keene Jeep for our next purchase.

All around positive new vehicle purchase experience. Never once felt pressured to make a purchase. Nobody asked the standard do you like it enough to buy it?, or whats it going to take? questions, and never had to wait for the conclusion of the mysterious conversations with a manager to get me the best deal. This held true through signing the paperwork and not being browbeaten into a warranty that wouldnt meet my needs. All of my questions were answered honestly, even when I might not have liked the answer, and it was obvious all of the staff takes pride in knowing their product and business. I discovered Keene CDJR when I was looking for a place to service my first Jeep Wrangler JKU. I was blown away by how knowledgeable their techs were especially when it came to my heavily modified, lifted jeep. After a few short months of breaking things while off roading and continuing to modify my Wrangler further, I met the owner (Mike Korpi) and the GM (Larry Monson). I eventually tired of the rough ride and bought a 2017 Nissan Titan Pro4X HD a little over a year ago.Fast forward to 2 days ago and I happened to see that they had a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee TrackHawk. I sent Larry a text message, went in, test drove and in typical fashion, insisted I wasnt buying anything. Yesterday I changed my mind and said to get it ready. Larry had his team take care of everything behind the scenes including all paperwork so when I showed up at 4pm, it was ready with inspection sticker, and a temp plate and I hadnt even signed a document yet. I was out in 20 minutes. Incredible! I didnt ask for a discount or negotiate at all, but was given a serious over-allowance on my trade and a surprising discount off of MSRP. Great price, no haggling. You want leather? No problem. He even delivered the vehicle to us on his day off!!! And we live down by the Cape in Massachusetts over 2 hours away. Above and beyond. The finance guy, Dustin, was also great. Got me the rate I wanted. Instead of trying to upsell me the service contract on a new vehicle, he asked me how long we were going to keep it. I said forever and he then offered it to me, but at a lower rate since the miles would be lower. I usually pass on these, but he had some good points and he was so honest I went with it. The price was low too! I highly recommend the team over at Keene for such a pleasant, stress-free experience.

Very simple and Pleasant Transaction . I saw the exact car I was looking for within 250 miles of my house . I called to check availability and spoke to a salesman Brian. He even sent me pictures of the vehicle so that there were no surprises upon arrival. I drove 3.5 hours to see the car and it was exactly as described . There was no hidden fees and charges like most dealerships have . Tom and Larry also delivered the vehicle to my house 3.5 hours from the dealership the next day.
