If its cat food or litter you seek, dont go to #Walmart Keene. Plus the price of every brand of wet cat food they carry has increased by 0.10 cents. Except 1 item. I found a great deal(honestly I dont want to share) but FF Petites are 0.98 cents! Cheapest in Keene!! $1.10 & up everywhere else. If you can find any In stock on 11/02/21 there were 6 chicken & rice, yes I bought all of them.

Yikes. Asked 4 different associates to unlock a product and they said “ask someone else” when they clearly were not busy. Finally they called over the intercom for help in my aisle. I waited 10 minutes and no one came. I then asked again and got zero help. The product I needed was a product for nails that cost and I kid not, $6. A $6 product was locked. And I tried to get help to unlock the $6 product for 35 minutes. I then saw a woman stocking the product somewhere else on a rack and reached out to add the $6 product to my basket. She reached back and took it from me like I was going to steal it. I had just come from an event and was dressed nicely and had no pockets on any part of my body. Again.. a $6 product. She then told me I was done shopping and needed to check out immediately. I wasn’t done but after the horrific experience I decided to go to target oh where the product was $8 but I was able to purchase it in 2 minutes so I bought 5 of them. Anyways I went to checkout and they switched Cashiers midway. My new cashier had no clue I was even buying the nail product and had to check with someone else. By the time I finished I had spent 45 minutes trying to purchase a $6 product. This was absolutely absurd and an extremely trashy experience even for Walmart. Only going to target from now on even if I spend more on drug store items. The store treats everyone like drug addicted thieves and it makes a horrific experience for customers. I would have spent $75 getting 10 of that product, but I couldn’t even buy one! I never write reviews but this was so bad I had to write one. A family member shopped at the same time I did, but on the other side of the store and had a separate horrible experience within that same trip! Never ever ever going again

Very small. So many loud, obnoxious shoppers yelling at their kids and across the store at each other. I had a migraine when I left. On a positive note, the gentleman working in electronics/ the photo lab was extremely helpful. Or, I would have given 1 star.

Bought the wrong gift card. It says in very very small print on the back that you cant use it for online purchases, making it so that way I cannot use the card at all, and they will not let me return it, in spite of it being unused and in spite of having proof its completely unused. Apparently its a card that can only be used at cash registers. I do not recommend buying gift cards at this location if you are trying to make online purchases for a non specific website as they dont have many options. I should also mention that because Walmart registers it for you, you cant give an address to the giftcard. I also had bought a glass decoration, and the woman who was helping the sweet cashier knocked over my glass decoration two to three times, and started telling me and my mom about another employee being only five hours on the clock, whatever that means. Bad customer service. Also, a lack of stock.

Yikes. Tons of empty shelves, and when you ask staff for assistance it is very clear they dont really want to help you. I dont know who trains the employees here but they are failing! The one bright spot was that the woman at the service desk was quick and very efficient.

Always quite understocked. No extras at all like garden center, pharmacy etc., I almost always leave without something on my list, often several items the shelves are empty of. Basic stuff like coffee, fabric softener, bottled water...... that type of stuff. Obviously, worse since covid, but still similar prior to covid. Employees have always been fine. Stock, variety, availability is sketchy at best.

I wish it was a Super Walmart. But what it is is useful, and everyone shops here. Easy to get in and out I am couple minutes.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. I called ahead and asked if they carried a selection of bumper stickers the women on the phone asked me specific questions and assured me they carried them. I get there and sure enough they do not have bumper stickers. I talked to a a store leader and she was extremely rude telling me it was probably just miscommunication. It most certainly was not miscommunication, I was clear as day as to what I was looking for.

Had everything I needed staff helpful when I could not find an item. The store was clean and well lit.

I loved when the bigger Walmarts began operating the food Markets a few years ago. I am very much a believer in the lower food prices that I am repeadedly finding at Walmart. Whatsnot to like? Admittedly in this time of coronavirus, its becaome personally scarey to step into Walmart, even all with facemasks ...because many Walmart shoppers are NOT wearing facemasks!

The best thing about Walmart tonight because I say the positive first as I a gentleman was helping his elderly mom whose husband just passed away and let me go first because my situation is very close to that and the negative is where all the stuff we used to get at Walmart go and why is Keene so much more expensive than Hinsdale the employees were very kind though I blame no one but ourselves for stopping there

A decent Walmart. The food section is okay. But nothing special. It has most of the things that one goes to a Walmart for. Its reasonably clean, considering its a Walmart. The staff is sometimes helpful, sometimes not. Overall not a bad Walmart. Not super big, but not too small. It doesnt deserve 5 stars, but its not the worst Walmart Ive been to.

Quick stop on my way home and they had Zero candy bars. Havent had one of those in a while! So good!

I dont know if Walmart is still recovering from low stock from the pandemic or what but they were out of stock of many items. I asked the man working in electronics to help me and he told me Yeah in a second Im trying to finish this up Kind of a turn off.. Turns out they didnt have any smart TVs under 55 inches. I ended up going to Target instead. Customer service was better over there.

Everything was stocked well and clean. They were much more organized and presentable than Target.

Dunks was wonderful as usual😚, always absolutely love dunkies, I was at all the dunks in Keene N.H today my daddy had a medical appointment today, so we( Lynne his girlfriend and I went with him and she and I did a lilshopping around for things we needed, just putting around back to dunkins, I had a medium mocha iced coffee and it was perfect as they always are, Lynne is a very sweet woman we clicked right away I saw My sister, Katrina last night I have not seen her for over a yr, I asked my dad to invite her and I was shocked he actually remembered the night I was there it was so wonderful to see the lil pip squeek again finally after all of these yrs And and now we both are grown ups ha ha and Im not babysitting her anymore, lol I found out that my dSweet younger Little step sista we dont call eachother step sisters just sister, boy did I miss her her name is Katie for short just wanted to say a big CONGRATLATIONS to my sister KATIE MORGAN FOR HER ENGAGEMENT TO HER MAN OF SEVERAL YEARS!! Nothing too unique about this Walmart but there is definitely a wide variety of affordable products and Ive never left this location feeling like I was not welcomeVery quality store considering how large the corporation is!

I always visit this store with my friends kids. The staff always smile and wave to the babies (twin 1yr old boys) and we often have help grabbing shopping carts too. The selection is great too.

Fully stocked with needed items. A few shortages, but not too bad. Its what youd expect. Staff are present and easy to find.

Nothing in the store seems to ever be fronted up. Items are commonly found behind other items.

Need to have a person constantly at womens changing rooms or at least a bell to ring,phone to call someone so you dont wait all day for someone to come over.

If youre seriously looking for a review of Walmart... well I dont know exactly what to tell you...Its Walmart.Its just like every other Walmart.Theyre not really terrible. Theyre not really great. They are entirely the definition of average, by design.This one has a decent enough selection of things, its not going to win any prizes, but if you are looking for a mainstream common item, and youre not too picky about the quality, theres a good chance they will have it.

The store was a little on the dirty side and I had a difficult time finding several basic products that I was looking for including masking tape. Also I take issue in lack of customer service and increase of do-it-yourself checkout lines I look at this is completely lazy and terrible customer service

All i wanted was a mousetrap and 3 different employees directed me and all were wrong. Still need a mousetrap.

It was nice and clean but as usual Walmart never actually has what your looking for but at least they had a nice staff

The Walmart in Keene NH has a great selection when it comes to clothes, toys, health & beauty and other miscellaneous things . The food section however does fall a bit flat, BUT its the only Walmart I know where you can get a gallon of milk ( generic walmart brand of course ) for $1.50 !!

Not very exemption or none mask friendly. They announce that someone is entering without a mask and ask you to where one so you have to devolge medical information saying your exempt inhabe talked to managers about the announcing so everyone can hear and they say thats so the manager can know but the keene ordinance and the state executive order both allow exemptions so why even bother asking and pestering a patron. Would steer clear and just head to the hinsdale Walmart where they dont bother you at all.

The layout of the store is great. Downside is that there is typically only 2 check out lanes available or a long line for self checking. You should plan on 15-25 minute wait to check out.

Needs to be updated to a supercenter. Love the one in Hinsdale better but sometimes cant get over there and have to go here.

Its Walmart. You know what you get. And, oh my, the people you will see.

They “enforce” masks but let anyone in with or without them. My father passed in October with Stage 4 Cancer, before he passed I would have to shop here and there would always be some teenager, Karen, or general rude person who would refuse to wear a mask or at least face shield. This Walmart constantly violates the town ordinance and state emergency order. When explaining my situation to an assistant store manager I was told it didn’t matter how compromised my father was she refuses to stop people from entering regardless of reason.TL/DR: They refuse to stop anti-maskers and want sick people to die off.

Ive never had any problems or complaints about this Walmart. The employees are friendly and capable and it is usually well stocked. Ive made returns easily and the store appears clean.

Walmart is always great because they have a variety that solve almost every need for a great price. Plus its always a good place to see something that will make you laugh.

Just like any other Walmart the employees are rude they DO NOT sanitize key pads and card readers between customers... it only take 10 seconds to wipe it down. When I asked if there was more of a product I was told clearly if you dont see it we dont have it have definitely limited my shopping there to a minimum!

With there lack of employees the store is usually packed with stock which is stored on main floor making it hard to find what you need.
