Comic Boom is a fantastic comic book shop. The owner is friendly and attentive, proactive about asking me if I want upcoming books. The selection of trade paperbacks and hardcovers is astounding, and I can often find something interesting (and affordable) in the back issue bins.

My home shop. As a collector comic boom has helped me build a pretty respectable collection. There knowledge, back issues, and currents, have all you want. Setting up a weekly pull, they get to know your likes. This sets you up to getting books you didnt see coming. Or a variant from a favorite artist or writer.

If you are new to comic collecting or you have been collecting since your own childhood. This comic store is the best in Keene NH. The Gentlemen behind the counter was very friendly and quiet knowledgeable on comics.

Great little hole in the wall for Magic and other TCGs. They also carry a lot of minifigs, and comic books. Friendly staff with good prices. You can also find a lot of brands for storage and supplies that you wouldnt find in a big retail store, like Ultimate Guard. Recommended!

This is a great place. They have weekly game nights. They are personable, friendly, and extremely helpful. I am a huge Captain Canuck fan. They have been so great about getting this, and other, Canadian titles for me. They even found some vintage Captain Canuck comics for me without even being asked to. I wont buy comics anywhere else any more.

Wonderful place it’s ware I went to my first Friday Night Magic!! A while back and as of today still the store I will go to even though I now live 1:30 hours from great prices awesome people and definitely beats the all the stores in Manchester

Comic Booms friendly owner (Cory) has curated a masterpiece comic book store on West Street in Keene. His shop has everything: games, comics, graphic novels, action figures, and an expansive selection of Magic the Gathering and Pathfinder must-have and rare hard-to-find items. Game night regulars are good people...everybody was very patient and helpful when my son was first learning MTG.The Bat Signal in the window means theyre OPEN!

Traded in my Magic the Gathering cards for a reasonable cash amount. Although I am not overly knowledgeable about comic books they certainly had a huge selection and they have a great gathering place for people to come and play varying games on the open tables.

As much as I love the traditional Comics store dark dirty Dusty vibe I cant help but feel that this place needs a revamp it has a lot of potential

Good selection of comics and board games. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Unfortunately, it has many of the uninviting trappings/tropes of a comic shop as well. Walls are littered with pics of scantily clad female super heroes, theres a lit of clutter, and there is occassionally the smell of BO. As such it kind of panders to a specific crowd and may not be as inviting or inclusive to others (females, children). To be clear thats not to say they are on unwelcoming. On the contrary, the staff are very friendly. Im speaking mainly of the place and decor itself.

Whenever im heading back into Keene to visit friends and family I always make sure to stop by Comic Boom. They have a large selection of games and comics. Im always finding something new and unique to play on game nights. Almost all my games are now bought from here.

Amazing prices on everything in the store, it gets me tempted to buy more expensive things like ROB! They have retro games which are my favorite but they are hidden where its a little hard to find them so youd have to ask where they are most likely.
