As a longtime Oticon user, I was pleased to find HearingLife. The device I have had since 1997 gave up the ghost, and I wanted to stick with the brand that had served me so well for so long. Service was great and I was able to get a hearing assessment and new device within a week. I am amazed at how much more I can hear with the new device, and I appreciate the convenience of the rechargeable battery, Bluetooth compatibility and app access.

Definitely worth 5 ⭐️ and so much more!! The guy that I Dealt with was definitely awesome! He was very helpful and explained the whole process and was very Pleasant to deal with. The office was very clean and organized.

Kevin was extremely busy,however fixed my Mothers hearing aids efficiently and quickly. While explaining what the issue was. Would recommend highly.

My daughter was having major problems with her hearing aid mold. Multiple trips to our normal audiologist only resulted in new molds with the same problem.I dropped by Kevin’s business on a whim (after grabbing food at Panera while on vacation). He had me come in the next day - spent all of 10 seconds observing her hearing aid, and diagnosed the problem. A few minutes later, he’d adjusted the fit (by grinding off some material) and the aid was finally working properly.I wish I could keep him as my daughters full time hearing tech. Thank you Kevin for the excellent applied expertise.

Theyre great except for the fact these guy are very unprofessional about their hours. If you say you open at 8:30 am you should be open at 8:30 am! This isnt the first time this has happened in my own experience and Im not pleased. I work 3rd shift and I have better things to do then sit around waiting for them to open up!

What a good place to go. The front desk staff person is wonderful. This is a small office of many in the region. At times only one person is at the front desk although they have sure never been late for my appt. I can see how it could happen. The audiologist knows his stuff about hearing aids and is very professional. They do things here from providing hearing tests and selling new hearing aids to changing a battery for free. Check this place out. They sell Oticon hearing aids. Do some research, youll find good stuff.

Everything still works fine.
