Yesterday we went to GEO for a new wood stove because we recently bought a home and the fireplace insert was out of code.The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable and able to provide us with all the information we needed to confidently make the right decision on which stove would be best for our house.We’re very happy with our new Jotul stove.Thank you, GEO, for all your help.

I wont comment on the company as a whole, as they did not install, only sold due to cost of running a pipe from stove to wall. but the piazzetta Monica I purchased So far is not even close to the quality and ease of my Harman P68. If you dont clean every 35 lbs stove shuts down, refuses to run, where my Harman would go days between pot cleaning and a ton of pellets before empty ING the ash tray. So play on 10xs the maintenance with Piazzetta. Do not recommend, buy a harman

A bit difficult to access because of street construction but worth it. Product variety good. Prices competative. So far looks like the place to shop for woodstoves.

We were looking to replace our tired woodstove with a blaze king stove. I came across their information on the blaze king website.I called them and was told that the stove we were looking for was in stock!Their follow up statement was that because I didnt live local they werent interested in selling a stove to me.

Stephon was great. We have been having problems with the pellet and draught of our 3yo Ravelli Francesca and as soon as he arrived he set to work, checking the stack and taking the pellet stove apart to clean and review all the parts. He made some adjustments, found a loose connector and now the pellet stove is running like new! Thanks.

I cannot overstate how happy I am after my experience with the team of GEO. This last winter I had a heating related emergency: my oil furnace died at the end of January, and I didnt have enough wood to heat my home for the rest of the winter.I went for help to GEO, and not only they all were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient, but they were kind, understanding and very patient with me (hey, it was very cold and I panicked).Now I have a central heat pump that works wonderfully, and is extremely quiet. This is not a standard setting, and we had to readjust goals and strategies more than once, but with proper communication and cooperation it all ended very well.I highly and warmly recommend GEO! (pun intended)

I highly recommend Green Energy Options in Keene NH if you are looking to install a new stove, or upgrade your current wood stove. I have had wood stoves or fireplaces with inserts for more than 20 yrs and often find that the staff in stores are not truly knowledgeable when it comes to these products. Not so at Green Energy Options! I had the pleasure of working with Owen who knew a great deal about stoves, installations and required codes to ensure a correct and safe installation. They showed up on time to do the assessment of our farm house and provided good input on stove and chimney selections. We ended up with an ICC Class A chimney and a Morso 7110 stove. The stove and chimney work great and the correctly sized stove provides ample heat for the space we wanted to heat without being having to constantly close the damper to avoid heating ourselves out of the space! The installers also showed up on time and did a very nice professional installation that was quick, correct and respectful of our floors and house in general. We had to make one correction to the estimate provided by Green Energy Options prior to installation, but it was an honest mistake of a missed item. With that change corrected, the stove and installation was exactly the cost as quoted. The Morso stove is a good choice. I would recommend lighting with a propane torch, especially with a cold external chimney and one must leave the door slightly open until the first bed of hot coals forms. Cutting wood to 16-17 inches is better, but 18 inches will fit. Having some wood split smaller than normal also is better since it is a rather small firebox on this stove. Overall: good company to deal with, good products, knowledgeable and professional with fair pricing.

We converted our pellet stove and insert to propane. From estimate to installation GEO and their installers were professional and courteous and provided what they said they would do.
