Always a good experience with Ciardelli. Called on Sunday for a minor thing and they had a live person answering the phone to handle all calls, even though they are technically closed on Sunday. Got a call back from Jeff in the morning to confirm what needed to be done and the technician (Lucas) was here hours earlier than I expected, handled the things that needed fixing and all with a smile. These guys are great and I never hesitate in recommending them.

I love this company. They set the standard for excellent customer service. I am a residential client of theirs in Bedford, and we recently bought a building for our company in Keene. When I signed up with Ciardellis Keene office to service our new building and reported a problem, they sent someone over within an hour! The service tech (Dave) educated me on the details of the system had our problem completely fixed within a couple hours. This company is the best - reasonable prices and fantastic customer service!
