I had attended a fantastic wedding, however when I tried to attempt to help clean up all of the centerpieces and fairly expensive elements of the wedding itself, me and the people attempting to clean found the “crew” standing next to our destroyed table setups mixed with food and trash from the tables, almost seemed like they just dumped the tables on the ground and went out of their way to deface the property.Nevertheless putting a huge impact on the great night that we had.Ive never personally interacted with this company but I would advise you to steer clear.

ZERO STARS if i could for trashing someones wedding decorations because when they picked their rented items up 24 HOURS EARLIER THAN WHAT WAS AGREED UPON/PAID FOR. Then the employees admitted to what they did because they were mad some grass was on the dance floor at an outside wedding. The renter had every intention of cleaning the rented items before returning them but since the company showed up a day earlier than they were supposed to the renter was unable to clean anything up because upon arrival, thats when they saw ALL of their wedding decorations destroyed.

Elegant Settings is a great company! If you want punctuality, professionals, and clean/great equipment then this is your place!

Ted and his crew were so great to work with. Super professional, prompt, friendly, and thorough. Plus our tents were gorgeous! Clean, well-lit, well installed, and beautiful. Elegant Settings is a little more expensive than the competition, but IMO its totally worth it.

I worked with Ted, at Elegant Settings, when renting the tent and other supplies for my wedding. He made it easy to walk through and even provided me with a sample floor plan. The equipment was all clean and looked new. The crew was very nice and willing to work with me one the set-up. I would absolutely recommend Elegant Settings for your event rental needs!

Elegant settings is efficient, experienced, and incredibly professional. They responded so quickly when I emailed or called, and I always felt as if I didnt ever have to worry about our rentals for our wedding. They also made sure to include my other vendors in emails to assure we were all on the same page. They were a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend them!
