Bought a new speed queen washer and dryer. I went to the other business in Keizer after going here first and the other place was not friendly and it felt like I was not welcomed. I went back here because Robert is very old school which doesnt happen much these days. He introduced himself shook my hand and was very knowledgeable about the products. He made me feel like I was wanted and I was part of the family. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here, you will not be dissapointed!

ANYONE LOOKING FOR THEIR $ WORTH. Washer drain pump went out and we had a whole weekends worth of laundry (aahh!). I called a couple places around Salem that gave me OUTRAGEOUS quotes to get this fixed. I called Keizer Appliance and the quote they gave me was right around the price that I thought was to be expected for this kind of replacement. Donna the Lady on the phone that I spoke to was VERY nice and fit me right into their tight schedule. David gave me a courtesy call to let me know that he was on his way to my house (which was within the time frame that they gave me), he came in and replaced the part quickly, he didnt try to milk the clock for some extra $. He even gave me tips on how to keep my machine running like new! This was a great experience with a great company. Keep up the good work Keizer Appliance!

Awful experience and yet have not even been assisted. I have a GE dryer which still has warranty (purchased somewhere else) so this business is to go out and look at my dryer. I called Friday to confirm my time & day (spoke with Donna) and when Monday came around and still no show up, I called & spoke with Donna again and she first indicated she was not aware of the scheduled time. When I told her I had even called the prior week to confirm, her only excuse was, Shes very busy, and alone and too much going on and now who knows when they would be going out to my residence. Her final words were, you can go and get someone else to inspect your dryer when I asked her if I could record her saying this, she hung up the call. Very unsatisfied with her assistance. And she indicated she was the assistant manager.

Keizer Appliance/Brand Source has closed. Looks like someone else bought their phone number but not the same place. Shop only at the other place at your own risk- their customer service is terrible.

I hauled my LG refrigerator down to these guys for a warranty repair. The business is now closed, all of the numbers have been disconnected and I am unable to get in touch with anyone. No responses to my emails. I have no idea where my refrigerator is or if it will ever be repaired.

Wayyyyyyyy overpriced... manufacturers recommended price my ass.
