Went and looking for a doll making supplies and they have absolutely none. Did find some other neat stuff but nothing that I needed to make what I want. Sadly now I have to go to Amazon to get the supplies I need.

Every Halloween I order specialty items only available at this time of year. I made two orders of over $100 each. The first order never arrived. The second order was poorly packaged and everything inside was broken. Of course theyre all out of stock so I got none of my second order either. When I called about the missing first order, I was told it was lost and they could do a reorder for me... Unfortunately, most of those items are now out of stock too, so in spite of ordering early in hopes of getting them well before Halloween, I ended up with nothing but a headache, lost time and now eventually a refund. Customer service was very apologetic but because each purchase was over $100, I had to be transferred to another department to get my refund, which was another 30 minutes lost waiting on the phone for a second customer service rep. I had already been waiting a month for this shipment to arrive. My feedback: Michaels; pack it better! Track it better! And please figure out a way for people like me to actually GET the items, especially when its the Michaels stores fault. Why should the customer end up with NOTHING in the end but an apology, and having to do the run around even for that much. Unacceptable.

Nice store but the inventory on beads was extremely low and the prices were on the higher end but given the holidays are upon us so its understandable so Ill be returning at some point to view the store again to see if I can find beads that I need.

EDIT: I received a call from the manager who explained it that the person helping me realized her error after I left. This was 100% an honest mistake. I sincerely appreciate the transparency. Thank you Michaels! Time to get back to my crafts.Not a great experience. They refused to honor a sign advertising 40% off cricut materials and tools, saying well, materials means tools and created exclusions that were not stated on the sign. Then they claimed the sign was wrong. I left annoyed and will spend my money elsewhere. The customer isnt always right, but I do expect stores to honor their signs.

Lillian, from the picture frame department, totally saved my project (and my husband’s birthday gift). She came in clutch and was my hero today. Michael’s is now my go-to craft store and it should be yours too, especially if you need framing help!

Woman took my arts out just so an elderly woman wearing a grey shirt with purple flowers could view it. That made me angry because I believe in keeping arts concealed from contaminating viewers. Im energetically sensitive. Saw a name ASHLEY next to my arts, and I strongly dislike the name Ashley. I wished I could pick up from the back door but front clerks were being buttheads.Beautiful work done though !!

I won a $50.00 gift card for here and I enjoyed shopping here. They have everything you could want for crafts and more. I bought some candles and some canvases for painting.

Friendly staff, no issues. Just low stock not sure if its due to Covid19 or changing the store around but overall good experience.

Found the art stuff we were looking for and a present for a friend. They prefer that you pay with a card as cash is considered a germ carrier and they dont always have enough to be able to immediately be able to make change without having to call someone up to help.

They had 1 screen of yarn that needed to finish the baby blanket.

Michaels is a wonderful place with so many great craft ideas. The staff us extremely friendly and helpful. The framing department is the very best around. These are real people who do really care so if the dont have what you need be courteous.

Michaels is my go to for many of my hobby needs. I paint miniatures, and Im like Sid from Toy Story only a little darker...they have an excellent selection of paints and fine quality brushes. Also modeling compounds and the likes. The very best thing about Michaels,though, is unlike Hobby Lobby, they dont steal cultural artifacts from foreign nations.

I always love this store cause they always have a right craft for the right job, bought like $40 worth of metallic model paint for a project Im working on, they had all the colors I needed.

Went in to buy model paints which can very expensive. By the time I was done shopping i had a total over $47. When I got ringed up the young gentleman asked if I had a phone number with us and I declined. He proceeded to scan a random coupon and the amount went down by $15 making my total just pennies above $32. I was in awe. First time into this location and definitely the beginning of a good customer - sellers relationship.

I was horribly disappointed. It used to be my dream and drool store. The bead section one aisle that took me forever to find! The prices were ridiculous. I will not be going back!!

I LOVE MICHAELS, but shopping in-store has become cumbersome. The associates are always (and usually rightfully so) busy, so there is little no help in finding things. Also if the website says the location has 1 unstick it apparently means the store is out of stock- super irritating. But- always have coupons available, and usually some type of sale. As long as you dont need help, have your coupon ready, and dont mind waiting in line for at least 10 minutes, its good. But whoever is in charge of this location could make multiple small improvements which lowered the stores star rating imo.

Truly a wonderland for crafty people. There are so many options to choose from, you can get lost in thought with all the project ideas this places gives you!There is almost always a sale going on, even for the framing department, which is exactly what Im looking for as arts and crafts is one of the most expensive hobbies you can have (in my opinion!)The staff, though busy with tasks, are always friendly and each one seems to have an expertise in each department (no i dont mean framing/aisle numbers) but personal experience with some of the products offered. And if theyre not exactly sure what product would work best for you, not only do they work well with their teammates, but theyll help you search high and low to try and find what youre looking for

Not as extensive selection as the old Michaels on Lancaster, and very crowded. Barely passable aisle for wheelchairs and walkers. Actually, some were not passable due to stock being left in the aisle. But the staff in the framing shop at the back of the store were awesome! The price for framing has significantly gone down. They deserve the full five stars. But Michaels should know to keep aisles more clear so the disabled can shop.

I shop there all the time for my paints and canvas.....they have excellent prices.

Review was from an experience just before the holidays.The framing department employee was very helpful by showing many different aesthetically pleasing mat options in a various price range as I had already chosen the frame. The organization of the store was overall good, however with the multitudes of people that had visited many items werent on their shelf or in another location away from their shelf price tag. Typically this is not the case with this store. I have shopped at Michaels for a very long time and I am grateful to have this store nearby for all our crafty needs.

A bit pricey but has some good stuff and wide selection of art supplies.

This store is always clean, well organized, and staffed with friendly faces. The only negative interactions Ive ever had have been with customers assuming I work there and then yelling at me for not helping them.They have a great framing shop and the seasonal aisles change frequently without causing disorder and chaos.

I was sad to see that the crate and basket area has been done away with. I went there specifically looking for for bins of the basket or create variety.

They have practically everything you need for crafts, art projects, decor and holiday needs. Always check for coupons before going to the store. Some prices are pretty expensive otherwise. There is a pretty wide selection and the staff is eager to help you. They have great customer service and are very friendly. You can find really cute items here. There seems to be something for almost everyone.
