This part shop has Good QualityBut They Do Not Recycling Engine oil.So Even though I like this part shop,I go to the other shop to buy parts.I Do no understand near of part shops all accept oil recycling,Why does this part shop refuse oil recycling?Very Not Good Smart business policy.

I have a Dodge W250 and every place I went to didn’t have the Chrysler door panel clips but Keizer Napa came in clutch and they had them. Way better than autozone or O’reillys.

This is a very good place to get auto parts and auto tools. The store is clean and well staffed. They have a rebate program which is easy and based on your purchase history. They have a good stock of Carlyle tools which are better than Snap-on and easier to replace when they are warn.

They were very friendly and quickly got my part for me. The young man, I forgot to ask name came out an helped me. I should say did all the work and replaced the part for me in the parking lot.He would not accept a tip from me. Great service. Thanks.

Great addition to Keizer. Brian is awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. Good selection of items. Very well kept parts store. For you motorcycle riders, they actually have motorcycle specific oils.

Went for the grand opening. The store is well stocked and has knowledgeable staff to take care of your needs.

They do ok with parts sometimes. The quality has gone down over the years, same parts as all the others.

I have always liked Napa and now they are in Keizer. The service is great. They help you with reccomending parts or tools you might need. There exchange and return is super easy and they are very reasonable with the policy. The parts I have bought seem to be a higher quality then other big name stores sell.

Had them check by vin number for a part on my car. They still gave me the wrong one 😑 then refused to let me return it to the store that was closest to my house.Instead was told I had to return it from the store I bought it from which is OVER AND HOUR AWAY from my home! Last time I will buy a product from crapa aka Napa. Waste of time and money.
