I went in to buy some books and legos (treating myself), and the employee at self check out, Lisa, was incredibly helpful! She made sure all the discounts were added, and even did a price match to save us more money! She even reminded me that there is no shame in treating yourself— such a wholesome thing. I don’t even live in Keizer, but now I’m debating of driving the 2hrs just for this target.

Those electronics people in the black shirts are not always pleasant. theres a shorter nervous one who has always been helpful. Something with a M I think. Though the others arent always pleasant and watching multiple of them like 3 or so just stand around while Im trying to find help with the electronics section. The other target employees in the red shirts usually come and are helpful and I have had some good experiences with them.

Reasonable prices and very clean store. Order pick up is very easy to use.

Be sure to check the expiration date on the foods you buy and also order for pick up from here. Placed an order for pick up on 8/13/21. Just ate one of the yogurts I ordered and saw that it expired July 10th 2021. This is the 2nd time this has happened (that I have noticed at least).

Great place to come and get a variety of things that you need..the kids have a good time here too. I left a case of water in our cart when I returned it and we came back the next day and customer service gave us a new one free of charge!

I can understand how frustrating certain customers might be specially those that buy cards early in the morning. However, how rude the employees treat everybody that even questions what’s going on is ridiculous. It’s embarrassing how rude your employees are with this. Last week was the ONLY time someone was even remotely pleasant. Today we had choice words. The system changes so we need to know what’s going one. There were no signs so we needed to ask and I hope the gal never has a cold side to her pillow again. You took the job in customer service, don’t take it out on your customers.

Whenever I visit Target its always a pleasant shopping experience. But my last trip was very good. I needed to purchase my first pair of wireless earbuds for my new phone. A young clerk took their time to patiently explain ALL the different types styles features and what not that earbuds have! I was able to make an informed choice and quite happy with my JLAB Go buds! Thank that young clerk for me!!

I was having trouble with my phone and couldnt get a bar code to come up( I was buying a new charging cord) . the ladies helped me and got me a 5.00 gift card that was part of my purchase. they went above and beyond to be of help. I so appreciate it after driving over 40 miles to shop at the closest Target.

Disrespectful starbucks employees. One girl with black hair and glasses was Disrespectful. Today is my birthday and the girl refused to give me my birthday drink. There was an employee that was behind us that ordered a drink but got $2.00 off her drink just because and also employee discount of 10%. I feel bad for the other starbucks barista there. This happened today March 20th at about 3:00 3:20 pmPlease talk to your starbucks staff. I shouldnt be treated like this on my birthday. I wont be coming back to this location. Thank you!

I was on the hunt for a cocomelon toy that had been out of stock everywhere. I got an alert on my phone stating it was restocked at Keizer location. I went in and i could not find it. I found an employee by the name of Bryan restocking toys. I asked him if he knew when they would be back in stock. He scanned the barcode and said it showed it was received today and the truck had just finished being unloaded. He went on the hunt for the toy. He came back with a box full! He went above and beyond with his customer service! I asked two employees before that for help and both said it showed two in stock but sometimes inventory was off. Thanks to Bryan he made my day. Very friendly and helpful!

Target has things other stores dont. And the online ordering with same day pick up is amazing they are quick with getting your order ready.

I noticed you are not required to wear a mask yet there is a sign out front that states “you are required to wear a mask”. I noticed a young lady standing behind a table by the front door but not saying a word as people walked in without a mask. She never asked or anything. I felt confused so I asked. I was told “ oh we can’t require anyone wear a mask. I said “why the sign then” I could not get a straight answer. I even called their HR but still no answer. I let them know I didn’t need to shop there either.

The best curbside customer service

My most recent experience with Target online pickup ordering was super great! But not everyone (even me) wants things Target might have, every time.

Target is close, has the items I want, including a decent pharmacy, and at the right price......usually. We know the pharmacy staff and one of the managers and they always greet us when we are there. I call that personal and friendly service!

I love the variety and quality of your products. I was also very impressed with the service today. I pulled in and she was already there waiting with my order so I love the customer service as well

This store is beautiful and has an amazing selection of items that our store in Medford, OR does not have. We love this store! We visited twice while we were staying in Keizer. Both times we purchased quite a few items. When we chose to purchase big boxed items the associates were soo kind in getting it for us and helped us load it into our car. Everyone that works at this store is nice and very helpful. I soo wish our store had the great associates your store has. I can not say enough how much we love this store!

I love this store for the most part. They have an awesome variety of stuff, everything is a good price and its well organized. The issues I have with this target are unfriendly and seemingly incompetent staff, the grocery department had moldy strawberries on the shelf, everything expired in less than a week that we went to pick up and when we tried to tell staff the produce was moldy they just kept walking.

James acted like I was trying to rip off Target over cheese. I told him the sign said 3 for 6$ When they tried to charge me $3.19. He then quickly said that’s only if you buy all 3. I advised the sign did not state that. He only said he was sorry with a shrug. I did not pay the higher price, asked the checker to take it off my bill, I would not be buying it. I finished my transaction, then went back to the cheese, took a picture of the advertisement, no where did it state you had to buy 3, and went and found James to show him the picture. I let him know his customer service is horrible, when I stated the sign did not say what he claimed, he should have went and checked. He shrugged again and said sorry, while laughing. I will not be back to Target!

This target is awesome! It has the perks of a super target without technically being one. Also, it has a Disney section so.....you literally just have to go!

This is a very nice target, but recently their stock has been diminished. there’s never full shelves and the home section feels empty. i feel a liquidating k-mart has more product than this target location. it’s probably cause covid-19 but who knows. besides the fact, the store is always clean and not once has a staff member been rude, and they’re always helpful.

Yikes. I walked in for a handful of items and just needed a basket. I walked past 4 basket stations and they all were empty, so I borrowed a green tray from the housewares section. When I got to the cashier, she asked, Oh, did you change your mind about buying that? I told her I actually just needed a shopping basket, but all of the stations I walked past were empty and I needed to have something. Call me crazy but I think the appropriate response would be to let someone know that they needed to be restocked. Instead, the cashier said, Well Im glad the tray was helpful to you. Then I told her that I didnt need a plastic bag, and that I could just put the few items I had into my handbag. She said, Well you know, the plastic bags dont cost anything. I said, Im not interested in using a plastic bag to carry a few items. But if you had paper bags available, I would be very interested! I joked and said that I have big muscles and can carry a few bananas, but really, Keizer Station Target....why dont you provide paper bags?? To top it off, I went there with the main goal of buying 4-5 bananas and all but 2 of them had black spots all over them and were past their prime. So I bought two...Updated to add:You gotta be kidding me! An hour after I wrote this post I went to open the cheese I bought and see its covered in spots. I checked the inner lid and learn that its SEVEN WEEKS EXPIRED (see attached photo)!!! GROSS TARGET, I AM DONE!

This store is very clean and easy to maneuver around. There are always plenty of employees to help you and the cashiers have always been very friendly. The only thing I wish they had was more carts that seat two children as there are hardly ever any available when I go.

Its a Target, what do you expect. The plus sides for this one are that its the cleanest and friendliest one around. The clerks all seem to be in a good mood all the time, but not so much to be off putting. Also the Pizza Hut in here is surprisingly decent.

Stores always been pretty clean, staff is always been pretty cool, but I dont know if Ill be back. Going through U-scan and . . . why do you need to shove a camera in my face, and then show it on the display and wave it around that yourre monitoring me? I come in I pay for stuff and I go. Dont understand why you need video of it.

It’s good customer service. Except one time I tried to return used underwear and they wouldn’t accept it. I tried to say, “it was only worn a couple hours”. They replied, “That’s gross”. So I left.

Almost my entire wardrobe is from the target clearance section. I try not to look at the dollar spot on my way on, but they usually have some irresistible items there. They have an excellent return policy & I can quickly find an employee to answer my questions.

Maybe it was because it was today but there were 10/12 people in line check out no 10 in Keizer and the cashier suddenly announced he was closed. He should have either passed me through or called a supervisor and when I protested he said “come on through” I’ll cancel my break”.How could I make him do that? Won’t come back.

Clean store, easy to shop and find what you need

I always have poor customer service experiences when visiting this store. Due to the pandemic they are not returning merchandise except for online purchases. Just tried to return an online purchase and they said no. I think they are just trying to take advantage of people during this difficult time. Really sad.

This is a really great Target store. We had no problem getting in and finding a place to park the truck. And then no-one said anything about us being there. Inside the store is really nice and the employees are nice, friendly and really helpful. They have a nice selection of clothing and the quality is alot better than Walmart, thats for sure. The store is also very nicely set-up. We found everything we were looking for and then some. Maybe Im just partial to Oregon everything because I am!

I always have a great experience at Target and love how they have so many different things available to the consumer from clothing to home and even grocery now.

A maze to get to since its in the Keizer station but once there parking is decent. Stuff is OK, quality can be questionable, pricing is comparable to other stores but has a better vibe. Avoid the one off Lancaster.
