This business is not enforcing mask mandates. When I asked who appeared to be the on-shift manager, they told me that it was the owners decision to not be mask police. The worker was polite, and helped me through checkout quickly and quietly so I would not have to stand in line with those who do not take public health seriously. Closest to home... I LOVE their gift shop stuff. I never walk out without a bag full. Good prices and sales (I know liquor prices are regulated) but they are clearly signed and organized very well. They also keep merchandise well recovered, faced and clean. Always greete and ask of I need help (oh more than you know 😁)

Decent selection of hard liquor. Beer selection is rather lacking. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Astronomical prices for most things not booze.

This liquor store has a lot of products to offer. I went in to get some stuff to make banana fosters for a video. They have so much more too, can even find cigars if those interest you, I do not smoke them personally. Several kinds of alcohol, even some small gift items. As for the prices, I would say they are comparable.

As anyone likely to be reading this knows, we are entirely at the mercy of OLCC for what is available in Oregon. Given that restriction, this is one of the better stores. They have a great selection and everything I was looking for. I browsed for a few things I didnt need, but will occasionally buy and they had them all. Well, except for a particularly nice mezcal that I found in CA, but I dont think is available here. Cant hold that against them!Update: On top of all the nice things mentioned above, they really went above and beyond trying to special order something for me. They couldnt get it, but again...not their fault (thanks for nothing OLCC!) No, what was so impressive was the phone call to verify what I was looking for, and then the very apologetic call when they couldnt get it. The person that called was clearly very sorry and upset. We dont always, or even usually, get that kind of service these days.

This is likely the best place to get top shelf brands in Salem. They actually have more than one 18 year old scotch. They have several good brands of tequila and more than a few really good bourbons. With a decent selection of small label wines, you will be hard pressed to find a better liquor store.

I enjoy going to the liquor store on river road. The store is very well kept, clean and organized. The staff there are so helpful! They always try and give us good suggestions for trying something new or try to come up with recipes for mixed drink ideas. We even went in one night and they had a tasting for whiskey and tequila. It was awesome because they were 4 brands that I dont think I wouldve ever tried on my own because Im unfamiliar with a lot of the different brands. Im so glad they did that. We ended up buying one of the tequila brands. They also have a very cute gift section, a variety of items from collectibles to scarves amd mittens, goofy gag gifts and so many other things. Ive found some adorable gloves and collectible statues that I fell in love with. We will definitely visit this particular store again!

And plenty of novelty items to pair with and around the alcohol.The store has a clear layout for its many different kinds of products, from well liquor, mixers, and top shelf brands. For example they have a rum aisle, and a gin aisle. Easy to pinpoint. Plus the baskets have wheels and can convert into a rolling cart for if someone comes in and buys many bottles.

LOVE this store...BUT...I just visited the Keizer Liquor Store for the first time. I cant say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone working in the store is to their customers, including me when I visited.As soon as I tried some of the fine gin I bought at Keizer Liquor (for a very reasonable price I might add) I knew right away it was amazing. It wasnt Juniper forward, which for me was exactly what I was looking for. It was the smoothest gin Id ever tried and went down really easy.So why the... BUT? Well I wish theyd provide some kind of warning in the store about how much youre supposed to have. I had a lot...and after a while I felt really great. Eventually, that bubbly and illusory sense of well-being turned into a bit of a blur.When I work up the next day, I mentioned to my wife Linda that last night must have been a REAL blowout because I slept in my clothes. Even my shoes! I also noticed it was really hard to look out the window at the Portland skyline. Partly because of the bright sun (Ive always been sensitive to light) but also because I dont live in Portland. I live in Coos Bay. Also, its important to note, until that morning, Id never met anyone named Linda.

Multiple staff offered help. Very friendly. Lots of options.

This is the type of store where it shows the employees care. It had never looked dirty and I have always been asked if I needed any assistance. There is a decent selection of both liquor and beers, for Keizer/Salem area, and the employees have been great in their recommendations. If the line gets long the resisters get filled up so the wait hasnt ever been that long. Tell em Josh sent ya and with purchase of copious amounts of alcohol get a free hangover!

Its got more than just liquor I could shop and buy specialty items for just about any occasion and never buy a drop off liquor and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

While there is a great selection here I have been going in for Eola Hills Patriot Red for a few months (at least 4) where a sign has been posted saying it is $11.99. Every time I go in they charge me $13.99 and I have to tell them it’s wrong then wait for them to check it and correct it. And on nights like tonight when I’m in a hurry and just expect they have their prices right I end up paying $2 extra than what I’m supposed to. I’ve at leave paid $2 extra 5-6 times from this happening. If the price is posted and someone reports it being wrong over and over it really should be fixed 😡****edited - raised my review to 4* based on the prompt response and service by the owner and staff

We really used to like this liquor store, but we just had the worst experience here. We called and were told over the phone that we could buy one bottle of peach crown per person. Three of us went in to buy one bottle each and some rude employee told us that we could only buy one per group. I told him that we were told that it was one per person over the phone and he refused to honor that and CHANGED their policy to one per group. He obviously does not care about customer service or keeping his customers happy. We will not be back here due to this rude employee. Called around and no other liquor store has that made up policy!

This is by far my favorite liquor store around here. They have a great selection of hard liquor, wine, beer and cigars. I enjoy wondering around and seeing whats new. Sometimes there giving away free samples so you can try new thing. You almost never have a long wait the service is fast and friendly. There even open on Sundays!

The new location is awesome. Huge with room to spare for cigars and even product tastings. They seem to have a better selection than before with a huge craft beer section as well. Very well thought out store. Kudos to the interior design team and the owners for a job well done. Probably the best Liquor store in Oregon.

Keizer Liquor is one of the nicest liquor stores around. The employees are friendly and many of them will offer suggestions for drinks. They have a wide variety of spirits to choose from as well as beer and hard cider. There is something for everyone.
