Sold me a phone that only worked for 12 days, would not replace it! Said the warranty is only good for 7 days so now i have to send it to Motorola for the warranty, so i did now i have a refurbished phone thats bs i paid for a new phone not a refurbished, the store should of replaced it, so i will be telling all my friends not to go to the kizer boost, they are crooks!

I went on the store just to get some prices. Reasonable prices and the phones looked really cool but didnt end up buying anything. Pretty cool store though

Worst customer service I have ever had. Big mistake going with this company and the Mgr at this location is the problem. Boost customer service was no help at all and was refused the district manager number.
