I have been going to the Maze for 10 years and have never been disappointed. I always come out happy with something special. Not only that, but I bring in clothes to trade for cash to spend on anything from purses to PJs. Love that place and the owner is super sweet!

Found many a pair of incredible pants here. Boot sizes are VERY inclusive, there were at least five pairs of size 13 boots I found.

Ive always loved visiting The Maze. The staff is very professional and helpful and the clothing selection is in wonderful shape. I enjoy wandering the store; the styles of clothing range from retro, modern, high end and name brand. Ive always been impressed with the prices too.

Ive been consigning here for years. They have a generous payout percentage for this area. They take more clothes than anyone else Ive consigned with. I will say that Ive learned really well over the years what they like though. If you follow theyre recommendations for what to bring in you should do well. They got 4 stars because the store itself is a little dated for my taste. That doesnt seem to effect sales though. My stuff is almost always sold.

Always something to find. Eclectic styles and amazing jewelry choices. Manager is so nice and staff is adhering to sanitation between customers during pandemic times.

They have a pretty good clothes section alot of it is stylish. They sale some pretty popular brands alot of the items are pretty expensive so if your broke dont go there

Things were easy to find. Staff was friendly and attentive. I live too far away to shop there regularly but thought it worth the trip.

I have shopped her for over 19 years. I love shopping here and can always find something. The reason for only 3 stars is the service. The girl working on Saturday Jan. 11 2020 was on her phone and not working. She had people piling clothes on the counter that they did not want. Pile was so large you could not put what you wanted there. Also, when asked a question she would just point to an area and get back on her phone. Sad.😞

They are very overpriced compared to other thrift/consignment shops in the area. You can find similar items at goodwill for cheaper prices. It also didn’t have a very welcoming environment. Not the best first impression.

I have been going to the Maze for over a year now. At first it was easy to bring items in on consignment, but for the last 6 to 8 months they seem to find some way of turning items away. I once gave them some watches I had fixed and they were running and keeping good time. Some were high end watches. I came back a couple weeks later and saw they were on sale for what Id paid for the batteries alone. I pulled the watches explaining I would be loosing money at those prices. This was when items I would bring in werent acceptable. So beware. Prices are good so stop in to shop.

I get my little girls swimsuit there every year. Most of the swimwear is NEW and perfectly priced at around $4. Highly recommend.

I Loved the Maze. Its a big store full of quality items. The staff is super helpful. I will definitely be back to do more shopping. Its the best 2nd hand clothing store Ive been in. In Salem I just Love it. I will tell all of my family and friends about The Maze to go there and check it out.

I have found wonderful items like an olive green and yellow bra for $7.00 that made me exclaim - “ someone broke up with her boyfriend!” Cuz I can’t imagine anyone parting with this $75.00 very sexy bra. Many finds like this in the store.

This is my favorite consignment store. They have a variety of sizes, including plus ones, and have so many clothes to try that their rows are quite close together; you cant walk beside someone when going down the jean aisle, for example. The staff here is also friendly and helpful. If you notice a hole or flaw in the clothing you want, they will give you a further discount. It is also inexpensive to buy clothing here.

Good prices. Limited selection for larger sizes. Young staff member was not focused on her job. I didnt feel like staff cared if I was there except to take my money. Did find some good clothing for work.

Great selection and great prices! Anyone complaining about their prices must not go to goodwill. They overprice everything like crazy and their items are often in poor condition. Here at the maze most items look almost new and it’s just a more pleasant experience overall! Customer service is great too!

They take the clothes you want to sell and create an account so that when they do sell you get in-store credit to buy fairly nice clothes. The lady that always there I forget her name she takes in the clothes and she is super friendly. I always find at least one really nice thing when I go in there.

Its kind of expensive and I didnt like anything for me. I did find a jump suit for my daughter. It is kinds like a thift store like goodwill over priced for anything that is decent looking or shape

The Maze is very clean, well organized, and has good selection. They sell kids, mens, and womens clothing. Plus they have scrubs, formal dresses, and handbags. TheEmployees were very nice and helpful.
