I bought a gallon of a slightly tinted white interior paint for my bathroom last week. By hubby started to apply paint and it was TOO white so I took it back into my local store in Keizer OR and told the young man I wanted to add “warmth” to this can of paint. He did it and refused when I offered to pay him for his kindness. BTW: The paint is totally perfect now. Hubby painted the wall and it is sublime! Wonderful blonde young man THANK YOU!!(sorry I did not catch his name)!

The paint and colors are always just as vivid from date of purchase to after 10 years. Service is top notch and they are so fast!

I’ve purchased many items from sherwin-Williams and I’ve always been happy with the product it’s definitely the best. Moved to Keizer from Portland so this was my 3 time in. There was a mistake on my order and these guys made it right. I’m extremely happy/impressed with Darrels customer service and professionalism. I will definitely be recommending these guys to friends and family.

These cats are strong with the force. (Excellent product knowledge). They have a fine array of high quality products, and they will meet or beat the prices of their competitors. The brush selection alone is drool worthy. Im a wood worker by trade, and I use some old school techniques and products. Go into home depot and ask for sanding sealer. Youll just get a blank stare. They have to order it in. We called ahead to S.W., and they knew exactly what we were talking about and were able to immediately procure a gallon. Well be back!

They are friendly and helpful. The only thing is they are expensive. Their month-long 30% off sale adds up to regular price at the big box store. They were willing, though, to do a sample spot for me, which was very nice!

After years of automatically going to big box stores for paint, my frustrations led me to this Sherwin-Williams in Keizer. In the last week I’ve had two different young people help me out and they were both knowledgeable and did an excellent job. When the color matched but the sheen didn’t, they tried something different until they and I were satisfied. This is my new go-to paint store and I’m so happy they’re there and that they employ and train such great young people.

I needed exterior paint and not sure what I had to do, the employee took my sample and mixed the paint and I was on my way. It was good, a little lighter in the color but its fine. With the virusu thing going on it worked out good for me.

Great products and service was awesome.

Good place to buy paint and painting supplies. They were helpful making a custom recipe. They have good brushes for painting but no throw-away cheap brushes for painting test areas. Making a test square on a customer wall, it is not worth using a good brush that has to be cleaned. Use a cheap brush and throw it away.

They are great at helping choose paint colors & sheens for your specific application. On the expensive side for paint, but the quality is fantastic & great advice & knowledge. Its worth it! I receive periodic text messages for 30% - 40% off.

Great service and quality products. We have Duration paint on all our buildings. They were able to accurately match paint from another company. Make sure to get the paint on sale (30-40%) as the paint is expensive.

I was happily surprised with the level of service I got at this store. The employee, who seemed awfully young, had all the answers to our questions regarding paint and primer and even suggested a date in the near future when everything would be 40% off (Memorial Day Sale). We picked up our order and everything was perfect. The primer (PrimeRX) is highly recommended because it sticks any loose bits right to the siding just like Elmers Glue and leaves a smooth surface for painting. We used an airless, but the surface would have been perfect for brushing.

The folks at Sherwin-Williams in the Keizer store were very helpful, friendly and seemed to know that they were talking about. I was especially impressed by Stephanie. She went out of her way to try and match the white paint in our kitchen.

Having only recently bought paint from Sherwin Williams, (always bought from the box stores) I can honestly say that the Keizer Oregon Sherwin Williams locations store manager really knows her stuff. I have yet to stump her with my crazy paint questions. I Highly recommended you try out the store in Keizer, you wont be disapointed.
